Today is court day, where supposedly the judge will outline what the psychopaths have to do to regain custody. May the list of requirements be long and unattainable. I pray the judge is aware of every terrible thing that has gone on when she makes his/her decision.

I got the feeling that Nathan wanted to smack Andrew.

Is Jace's shirt a message from Barb to David???

From my recollection, Nathan and Jenelle were scheduled for a court date on 5/30 regarding custody of Kaiser. Does anyone know if that court showdown occurred and what transpired?

What has Nathan been up to lately? Does he have a job? It sounds like he has a decent girlfriend who cares about Kaiser and who has a professional-level career. I am just hoping beyond hope that the judge allows Kaiser to stay with them, where he appears to be happy and well taken care of. I hope there are no roadblocks keeping Nathan from obtaining permanent full custody.

Only a monster like David would get upset at a child for being upset and scared about her dog being brutally murdered and other abuse she endured. Hopefully the judge uses this as yet another glaring reason to deny the return of custody of Kaiser and Ensley to these psychopaths.

TMZ reported this "Another source says the judge laid out a number of steps Jenelle and David must take in order to regain custody, including parenting classes, counselling and weekly drug testing. " but someone tweeted to The Ashley this: "and the court is requiring weekly drug tests that they both will NEVER pass" and The Ashley replied: "the court has not required anything yet. They are incorrect. They won't find out their requirements until next week." and "next week they will learn the steps they have to take to get the kids back, so it could go on for a while until they do the things on the judge's list." So I hope drug testing is really going to be required.

I hope the judge stipulated that the drug testing is hair follicle testing. It is too easy to buy synthetic (or real) pee and fake a urine drug screen.

That is what I figured, but I was hoping someone was making sure he is not stalking Barb or any of the kids. I wonder if he (or either of them) ever gets confronted in public by people who are upset about Nugget's murder, the kids, etc. I am almost hoping for vigilante justice, although I doubt many people would want to risk their life to teach these losers a lesson.

Are people like David normally under any type of ongoing surveillance by the authorities because of all the weapons and lunacy, threats to the secret service, and so on?

Jenelle refused to see the kids she allegedly wants back because she isn't feeling well? What the heck did she do at home with them when she didn't feel well? Lock them in their rooms (or outside) and ignore them? Sadly that is probably what she did. She is pathetic and I pray the judge sees how selfish and unworthy she and David are to have custody of those poor children.

Does Nathan still have unresolved legal issues going on, probation, etc., or is he in good standing to take on long-term custody of Kaiser? I know he has had some issues in the past but I can't recall what they all are. Is he a convicted felon?

Jenelle is unbelievable. She has opportunities to visit her kids and possibly even get them back if David isn't around and she is choosing DAVID?? She is as low as they go. In a way I am kind of glad she is doing that, however, and that David is not pretending to be respectable, as I am hoping it helps the case(s) against them and keeps the kids out of their custody permanently.

Does Barbara still work full time or is she retired? When Jace is not in school and she is working, where does he stay or who stays with him? A babysitter? I'm just wondering how Barbara is going to manage a 2 year old, esp now that she wont have Teen Mom money and daycare is expensive. Maybe she will be eligible for financial help from the state with daycare for Ensley since it is a CPS-removal situation or does she have to manage this all on her own?

I hope all the kids made it to somewhere safe. That video of David ranting to the Secret Service is extremely disturbing. What type of lunatic threatens the Secret Service? I am worried this will end up in some sort of SWAT team shoot out. I can picture David using the kids as shields/hostages. I hope they never get their kids back.

Also, Catelynn is absolutely ridiculous and useless. She "isn't ready" for couples counseling with Tyler? That's a load of crap. They have so many issues and he actually wants to try to improve things. I guess she knows she won't be in control like she probably is at the spa treatment centers, and will hear some things she doesn't want to hear and might actually have to do some work. I am so annoyed she is pregnant again. She has no business getting pregnant again with all the unresolved issues she has. She is ready for another baby but not ready for couple counseling. Makes no sense at all. She makes me so mad!!

Kristina is very mature and generous, and goes way above and beyond to keep the peace with Amber and her hair-trigger temper, but I hope she doesn't become more of a doormat and allow herself to be taken even further advantage of by Amber with more babysitting of James, etc. It's ridiculous what lengths she and Gary go to to not upset Amber. Amber is unbelievably selfish and immature.

How utterly stupid and neglectful of Randy/Chelsea to allow Aubree to watch the live filming, knowing what happened at the last reunion and the probability that drama and fighting would happen again. Like the MTV "higher ups" have ever been able to control the losers on this show.

I knew pretty much all my classmates last names when I was in elementary school, middle school, etc. Teachers used last names, there are yearbooks, many families lived in the neighborhood so we knew their names, and so on. I would've noticed if a 1st grade, 4th grade (or any grade) classmate all of a sudden changed their last name. So thinking nobody is going to notice a name change is highly unrealistic to me. Hopefully the transition will go well for your son.
