  1. Really hope she finds the time to do a scene... It's so odd to me that Finn is coming back.
  2. Kelly Bishop Interview Includes confirmation that Paris (Liza Weil) and Gypsy (Rose Abdoo) will be back.
  3. Filming starts tomorrow so hopefully we get some pictures of the cast from the set on social media!
  4. The show must've gone full circle at the beginning of season 5, halfway through season 6, the beginning of season 7 and the middle of season 7 then with this logic. The firm drama is so tired. These writers can't stick to anything for more than 10 episodes. They need to put this show out of its misery. It's shockingly bad at this point.
  5. I agree, that scene should've been with Kalinda. It made no sense with Lucca. I don't know what it is about this show this season but it's like the soul has just been completely sucked out of it. There was nothing really ~wrong with the acting or dialogue of Alicia's breakdown scene, but I still felt absolutely nothing. This entire season I've felt absolutely nothing.
  6. It's one of the huge reasons Luke and Lorelai delayed their wedding, didn't get married after being engaged for a year, and Lorelai slept with another man. Plus it was a big, life-changing plot point for what was basically the male lead of this series. It should almost definitely be revisited in a proper way, and if it isn't, it'll feel like Amy pandering to the majority of fans who dislike that character/storyline. Edit: I agree with the above person who said no Anna though!
  7. Looks like Christopher will be back: I'm actually happy that Chris will be back. I really want some kind of resolution to his relationship with Rory. And I don't think ASP will go there with Luke/Lorelai/Chris again. I'm betting on him being married to someone else (with maybe another kid?) in the revival. Bonus points if he got back together with Sherry, but only because I'd love to see Madchen Amick again. It's funny, at this point I'm most curious about if April will be returning or not. I actually want Vanessa Marano to return, even if it's just a few small scenes. Mainly because April is regarded as one of the biggest missteps of the original tv show, and if the revival can give us some kind of resolution or indication that the storyline meant something it may not feel as cheap and contrived anymore - at least to me.
  8. If it was revealed in November that she was pregnant, I would assume she would be at least 3 months along then, since that's usually when people start sharing. Meaning she'd be around 5-6 months right now. She doesn't look 5-6 months pregnant to me in that photo, so the news probably came out late and she's had the baby already. Either way she looks fantastic and I'm so excited for filming/set pics with the cast soon!
  9. Another photo https://www.instagram.com/p/BBLvxHMAGmt/ I guess she could still be pregnant, but wouldn't she be further along/showing more at this point if she were?
  10. Judging from certain spoilers in the spoilers thread, she won't be ignoring season 7 completely. Picture of Alexis from an awards show tonight: Looks to me like she's had the baby. So the Alexis/pregnancy issue is one thing that's definitely off the table now. EDIT: On a slightly more shallow note, I'm glad Alexis's hair is darker than it was during ATX where it had a slightly more red tone. This colour is much more in character and closer to the natural tone for Rory.
  11. I don't think any old characters/cast members will be returning to Grey's any time soon. I do wish they'd bring back Addison, Teddy, etc for an episode or two. The show feels more disconnected from it's past than ever before, especially with Derek and Cristina gone, so it'd be nice to see old characters. I too think it's Josh Charles/The Good Wife. The showrunners are leaving at the end of the season on that show, and it wouldn't surprise me if they want to bring him back one last time before finishing up (their part of) the story.
  12. There will probably be more casting notices coming out within the next little while before filming starts. It's crazy to think that filming starts in just next month!
  13. Finally, real spoilers! In other news, they're apparently painting the interior of Sookie's house back to the colour it was in season 7, so Melissa may be coming back! Unless they're planning on having Jackson in there without her.
  14. The one that bothers me the most is in 601 when Lorelai proposes, her hair goes back and forth from behind her shoulder to in front of it in every shot, and it bugs me every single time! Not to mention the changes from 522 to 601. Besides Lorelai's hair looking different and Rory's hair becoming longer and lighter in one night, and even Luke wearing a wig, all the mugs behind Luke change colour during the proposal scene between seasons. They really dropped the ball with those kinds of things on this show.
  15. Spoilers from set tags ahead... Paris is coming back!!! (unless they mean Paris as a location but that seems unlikely): There's an old folks home in the revival (I hope this isn't for Emily):
  16. That's one thing I'm almost sure about as well. No one is going to want to willingly work with Julianna Margulies after TGW ends. She's alienated herself from the industry the same way Katie Heigl did, all because of the Archie situation and her power-hungry ways of controlling this show creatively and otherwise. No showrunner, writer or network wants to have that on their hands. Shame too because she's a brilliant actress, but her reputation has gone down the drain somewhat after the last few years. And for the right reasons.
  17. Not always. A lot of times actors have multi-year talent deals with the network that aren't specific to a tv show. So, as an example scenario, if TGW doesn't come back and Matt Czuchry has a deal with CBS for another year, they may put him on another show to fulfill that contractual obligation.
  18. CBS is trying to make deals for an eighth season apparently. I'm really hoping there's big holdouts so that they can just end it this year, but it seems very likely the show will continue on, possibly without certain cast members like Baranski or Czuchry.
  19. That's a good point but Owen did choke Cristina. If there's a legitimate reason like PTSD or Amelia's alcoholism they could get away with it. I think it'll be a patient though. I'm wondering how the face mask fits in too.
  20. I still think everyone will re-sign but who knows. We could hope for a smaller cast, but you just know judging from the show's history that they'll introduce new interns or make Penny and the blond intern regulars once someone decides to leave. They like to keep the cast huge and it's one of the major reasons the storytelling has been inconsistent on the show. For example, it's still baffling to me that we have Jerrika Hinton as a series regular. It just makes no sense to me, and she's going into her fifth (!) season on the show if she re-signs.
  21. JCap is signed through season 14, though. I almost want SaRa to leave just so we can get one final good Callie/Calzona storyline. I miss that character and that pairing a lot, it feels like ages since we've seen the true Callie and Calzona. I feel like Callie has been on autopilot for a couple of seasons now and they give SaRa one episode a season (Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word, Bend and Break) to play with, and other than that she's become window dressing. She's one of the best actresses on the show and deserves better.
  22. The dates could be wrong, they could be taking long breaks between episodes for cast availability reasons, or they could be getting creative with the filming schedule to accommodate certain things. Lots of possibilities but I almost think it's the last one because of how many actors are involved including possibly Milo, Matt, Liza, etc. If they are real, we could even guess that they're filming all of the scenes with Alexis first before she starts showing a lot, and then doing the scenes with just Lauren, Lauren and Scott, and Lauren and Kelly in the second half? That would be insane but I don't put it past them to film out of order just to get it done. The more interesting part to me was "streams on Netflix in 2016", so they're aiming for it to come out this year. That's crazy. I was sure it would come out anywhere from January - April of 2017. But if they wrap up shooting in June and are efficient about it, we could be seeing this in October - December!
  23. It sounds like a good idea if it's done well. I definitely prefer the gimmicky episodes or the ones that play around with the format (I Saw What I Saw, These Arms of Mine, Golden Hour, Song Beneath The Song, If/Then, Beautiful Doom, Do You Know?, etc) over the disaster ones.
  24. Hmm, I think Justin will be back for sure. Five kids is a lot, even if they are a bit older. I don't think anyone with a large family would give up that good a paycheck and a steady job. As an original, he probably has one of the highest cast salaries at this point, and I think he knows he has a good thing going because he's hardly in any scenes and doesn't get anything major to do. I don't see him as a Sandra Oh type situation, wanting to leave because he feels creatively unsatisfied. In fact, he might be happy to get to go in, knock out some easy scenes and leave. This may be an unpopular opinion but as much as I love Richard and JPJ (and I do!), I almost hope he surprises us and doesn't re-sign. That's a character that needs to be retired, IMO. I feel like Richard sticks out like a sore thumb in the current cast and keeps the show from feeling ~young. There's just not much of a reason for him to be there, especially when he isn't the chief. They barely explore his storyline with Maggie, which IIRC was half the reason Maggie was introduced in the first place, and Debbie Allen only guests once in a while, so yeah, I think Richard should retire now.
