Emma had a That's So Raven moment.

I'm with you. Shows like E.R. and Grey's Anatomy have convincingly portrayed what amputations look like so it can't be that hard for OUAT. The brace on Hook's arm is awkward and quite noticeable. Plus, the glimpse of his arm we did catch in season 2 made it look like the amputation was much higher than the wrist. Emma needs to get Hook out of his jacket so we can assess things :-)

I'm so weak. I wasn't going to watch any sneak peeks, but I couldn't resist that one. It's very possible though that the first minute will be the best bit of the episode. I hate that the characters will immediately be thrown into crisis mode. I've been able to forget about OUAT for the majority of the summer, but I went to bed last night thinking about the blocking of the CS scene lol. I think Hook's hook should have been resting on the table, and that should have vibrated when the air ship passed. At the very least, Hook's left arm should have been facing the sofa.

I love Ella Enchanted. I'm (gulp) almost 30, and I have a copy on my bookshelf. I bought a new copy a few years back since the first one got worn through use and doggie teeth. I will also watch Ever After whenever I catch it on tv. I love Leonardo's line, "I will forever be remembered as the man who opened a door!"

My issue wasn't the diabetes, it was (as Glade said) that the low sugar episode was included solely to illustrate that each classroom has a backpack ready to go. I don't buy that the students didn't have any food in their backpacks especially if this took place before lunch.

This episode held my attention, but also hit some sour notes. For starters, I could not read any of the texts! The print was tiny and my vision is poor. I did not like the inept substitute having a gun and actually firing it. The diabetic girl immediately needing sugar was unnecessary. Stef should face disciplinary action for running into the school the way she did. Not smart. I wish Mike and Lena had had more to do. I did want to see more from Nick's perspective. My favorite part of the ep was Jesus saying "Mama" repeatedly which is odd because Jesus has never been my favorite anything. Next week has more Nick but looks like a horror movie parody. One Tree Hill and Buffy pulled off the school shooting concept better than The Fosters imo.

I'm ready for my 50 second Captain Swan scene now. It will have to sustain me this summer, so it better not suck.

I would have loved for Emma and Rumple to be included in the Jekyll/Hyde story. It would have been fun for everyone to have an adventure together after a half season of hell.

Go back to the Steampunk! Rumple is sounding extra Scottish tonight.

I wish we could stay in The Land of Untold Stories for this ep. New York is not cutting it.

Hook and Charming are making this ep for me.

Boo...that Hook/Emma scene was a big nothing.

Feels too early to be watching this. I'm still in dinner mode.

Well, this episode showed just how little the writers cared for Robin. He got minimal focus and a thirty second funeral. I was never a fan, but his death could have/should have moved me in some way, and it didn't. I actually laughed at the close-ups and odd expression of spirit Robin. As for the rest, I liked it. It was great seeing Snow again. Merida didn't bug me. Arthur and Hook in the Underworld was a winning combo (stubble sandwich...ew and lol). Though, how did Hook get up the elevator shaft? I'm bummed the souls weren't freed. I thought Hook would see Milah again. Hades defeat was way too quick. I really wish we hadn't wasted so much time in the last three/four episodes with filler. It would have been awesome to see Hercules/Zeus/Hades fighting each other. The Hook/Emma reunion scene was awesome. Overall, the Underworld arc has been a dud and did not live up to its potential, but the Hook/Emma moments have been on point. Emma deserves to be happy dammit and I really hope Regina doesn't ruin that.

I enjoyed this one a lot. I'll get the cons out of the way: Hook': "True love is the rarest form of magic." Me: HAHAHAHAHAsnortchucklecoughnoit'sreallynot Not buying the Zelena/Regina sister bond. Emma's mentor did not have to die. That was a bit much. Pros: The Hook/Emma goodbye. I know a scene is good when I immediately want to watch it again. The Robin Hood heart theft nevermind just kidding story had me fooled. I do love Robbie Kay and wish they would find a way for him to stick around. Hades being a dick. This pleased me because he's supposed to be a dick. The pacing was good. Everything moved. I groaned at Henry wanting to save everyone, but those scenes were brief. I hate that we're just now getting to the good stuff and the finale is coming up. This episode proves that you can have character balance in the present day while still doing a story in flashbacks.

Zzzzzzzzzz I was so bored. I liked David vs. James. Annoyed we didn't get more of them. Regina/Zelena in flashback did not work. The globs of makeup were especially annoying. I know what the writers were going for, but again, they used a heavy hand instead of letting characters develop naturally. I will stop there. I get tired of reading my own bitching lol. Hope the next one is better.

I didn't expect this ep to bring the Charming Family Feels. I love that Hook/David got a scene to themselves and that they found a way to send Snow back to baby Neal. Hook's penmanship on the grave was adorably childlike. Favorite line: Chisel Chin Jr. I wish I could point my pen at paper and have words magically appear, Henry. Not sure I buy Red/Dorothy. Too rushed. Glad they didn't shy away from the big kiss (this being Disney and all) at the end even if it wasn't earned. Belle can stay sleeping. Zelena and Regina had a few nice moments, but I'm bummed there will be more Zelena focus next week. Hades and Zelena are weird together.
