  1. Not sure why the onus was on Lara to apologize when it was Tzarina who took a work conflict & made it personal. It did show Lara to be the bigger person. Meanwhile, Tzarina's whining on socials that Jason didn't have her back when she thought they were such good friends. Next day Tzarina gets right back into her feels when Lara is rightfully frustrated that the kitchen misplaced their radio. She really needs to learn to separate work from friendship & stop taking every damn thing so personally. I 100% see her as the issue. Plus, why was she so concerned about Alesia & Nate? Next week's episode talks of a surprise kiss between the crew. Watch it be her & Nate. #toxic https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJb4Q-SgSRD/
  2. Admittedly, I don't watch Potomac & am unfamiliar with Ashley but she's giving 'prettiest girl at the prom' syndrome. In other words, she wants all the mens (and all the screen time). I find her a bit exhausting. Shannon's lonely & looking for an emotional connection, Luann's looking for a rich travel/fuck buddy & Gizelle's seemingly looking for a wallet. Still entertained. Very curious about Shannon's parting gift to Earl.
  3. It would be interesting to have a season where they're allowed to have their phones. It would require the show to increase the difficulty level which I would appreciate. Maybe it's the false effect of nostalgia but the earlier seasons seemed much more challenging navigationally & intellectually. Miss that.
  4. I think Carl & Lindsay are both flawed & they shared equally in the demise of their relationship. They would both agree that they are better off apart so Carl was smart to end it. Did he handle it in the best way? No, but then again, there's really no way to end engagement without hurt feelings. IMHO, Carl has been extremely gracious post-break. He actually does seem happy for her with the baby news. Meanwhile, Lindsay continues to take every opportunity to slam & belittle him. Some think that's deserved but to me it shows way more about her character than his. It's a year later! The fact she's still so fixated on it screams that she's nowhere near as happy as she's claiming to be. I think she desperately wants the Mrs. title & knows this Turner guy has no interest in marrying her.
  5. Bolder to Queenstown: That area was gorgeous! ..and I agree with everyone on Sean. I noticed the side-eye she gave him when he talked about how his part-time retail job while not "meaningful employment" was providing them extra income. My guess is that his lazy ass continually finds reasons to not to find meaningful employment. Also wasn't much a fan of the realtor. IMHO, she was a bit of a pill herself.
  6. Not really. If anything, from their comments, Austin's entree was his weakest. Seemed like they really wanted that male winner.
  7. Convinced this Jesse/Lexi thing was a complete showmance. I've long thought it was strategic on Jesse's side (after seeing all.the publicity West got last season) but the last weekend staged breakup was proof enough for me that Lexi was just playing her part as well. Lindsay's trying way to hard to show everyone how happy she is. You got knocked up by a rich dude, it's not exactly a Disney fairy tail ending! Carl doesn't look well. Way too thin, almost gaunt & his skin is starting to look bad. Hope he's ok.
  8. I'm team no one, they both have issues. But, I do find Jesse funny & entertaining at times. Michelle just gives me the ick, I'm even irritated by her voice & speaking cadence. Speaking of, Zach's voice is so obnoxious, it matches his personality. I truly only like Kristen, Mia, Jason & the S2 version of Luke (seriously, he's like a different person!). Everyone else I am hate watching.
  9. I like the show's premise & Luann's a perfect choice because she knows how to have fun with it. If they do another season I hope all the women are close in age or at least their dating ranges align. My wishlist (for the drama): Jeana/Vicki (OC), Sutton/Garcelle (BH), Ramona/Sonja/Kelly (NY), Cynthia/Eva (ATL) Oh, and bring Luann back to host!!
  10. Seattle to London: Most corporate international assignments include a housing stipend. Because the international assignment is meant to be temporary (typically 2-3 years), the company I work for encourages employees to keep their US residence. The stipend is intended to cover the entire housing cost in the international city. They also provide an educational allowance covering international school tuition for kids, the cost of annual trip home and a small stipend to maintain your US residence. Some folks choose to rent out their US home, in essence living rent free for the duration of the assignment so it can be pretty lucrative & addicting. At his level, I am sure Amazon's stipend covered the $9800/mo rent. Calgary to Hamburg: I was surprised they didn't consider living in the city. She wanted a short commute and I wonder if he'll feel pretty isolated out in the suburbs home with kids. IMHO, the first place was so much nicer than the other two.
  11. Reading that Michelle made fun of Jesse (on the After Show) for being too emotional because he cried when his dog died tells me all I need to know about her. He's (rightfully) chastised for calling her a hooker while she's seemingly applauded for claiming he's broke, suggesting he's bi, etc. Double standard. Not a Danny fan, there's something off with that one too. Bottom line, the miserable people want to drag the non-miserable people into miserableness.
  12. Lara's correct, her issues with Tzarina were work related while Tzarina made it personal. To sit there at dinner crying like she was some victim was a bit much. Then again, I think she uses her tears to get male attention. In any case, it appears the entire crew sides with Lara so Tzarina must've been much worse than what we're seeing. I read yesterday that she blocked Harry on socials because he suggested she stop inciting cyberbullying. She came back with some long justification for reacting like she did because she was pushed into a corner. She keeps saying that but how? There was a work disagreement over plates & the crew mess. That's hardly bullying. If you're still talking about middle school trauma when you're in your 30s, it's time for a therapist. Smoochies is a terrible word, I get why it gave Alesia the ick. Bri must've agreed to the girlfriend title because it appears she moved to Australia. Jason's ire with not knowing about the promotion screamed of production IMHO. Too much like Sandy & her constant yet inconsistent involvement.
  13. Ten years in, Brittany is a willing participant to the toxicity which negates her victimhood IMHO. The true victim is Cruz.
  14. The abuser is 100% at fault for their abuse but Brittany's a full grown adult, so she is responsible for her own choices. Unfortunately, she's repeatedly chosen to stay with Jax, marry him, have a baby with him. Heck, she's still talking about getting back with him! This isn't a situation where she has no other options. She has her own income, a rental house, friends & family to support her. So no, I don't see her as a victim. I think she enjoys the drama of it. #sad
  15. I don't like that they included one person in the cast who is so much younger than the other three. It forces them to include 30 something men none of the others would seriously consider limiting their dating pool. Wale was being pretty presumptuous. So was Earl. There's something controlling about him which is Shannon's pattern. Glad she recognized it early. Plus, if he's triggered by critical women, Shannon's not the one for him. Looking forward to seeing them out on more active dates. The sitting around the hotel is getting old.
  16. Again, Kristen merely said the rumor she heard about Michelle's cheating involved a different guy. She did not say (nor would she have any way to know) whether or not Michelle also cheated with Aaron. And she was joking about rescinding her #teamjesse status, notice how she put an immediate stop to Michelle's Santa Barbara voting plan Michelle denied cheating all last season. Now she's suddenly owning up to "one mistake" on WWHL. There's something shady about her IMHO and I'd suggest the timeline she herself has shared along with the evidence Jesse mentioned points to her knowing/getting with Aaron before they separated. I mean, Michelle had already moved in with Aaron during filming last Summer. Neither Jesse or Michelle are perfect and they both share blame for the demise of their marriage. I see him acknowledging his faults while she tries to act blameless. Worse, she's on a publicity campaign talking about his finances, how he won't pay her spousal support (odd, since they're 50/50 business partners) his drinking, etc. So yes, I will defend him all I want.
  17. So Michelle wanted to be a stay at home mom and have a nanny? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJW-Bprgfzv/?igsh=NnV2amQwdHNvcmQ4 Sometimes it's best to just say "it didn't work out; we wanted different things" and move on. She's only making herself look bad with the constant press tour on how she's such a victim. Good luck with crazy eyes Aaron!
  18. Megan goinh through to the finals was a surprise. The other two not so much. Brandon & Bobby were so slow to get their wellingtons into the oven. As a result, the were both underdone. Always surprised by how much help the judges give them vs. other cooking shows. It's apparent when there are so few contestants remaining. Blais was pretty much Megan's sous chef.
  19. All the ass-kissing worked... https://www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-appoints-former-real-housewives-of-new-jersey-star-to-holocaust-museum-board_n_681cb7d4e4b0b11c4979cb39
  20. Kristen did not claim it untrue. She merely said that the cheating rumor she heard about Michelle included a man other than Aaron. Michelle's never actually denied cheating. She was offended by the insinuation that she accepted money for her services but she hasn't proclaimed faithfulness. If anything she's seemingly tried to justify it by saying that Jesse lost interest in her, wouldn't touch her, etc.
  21. Seattle to London: I liked them. Amazon obviously pays well, when I heard $9500 budget I was excited to see some amazing properties. Then Richard showed us apartment 1: am ugly two bed for $10k. Damn, London's expensive. I did like the one they eventually choose, a lovely 4 bed Edwardian with a nice garden for $9800. It was in the area they wanted close to Hempstead Heath & perfect for the two dogs.
  22. Not a fan on Zack. He has toxic energy IMHO.
  23. While I was sitting in yet another boring meeting this afternoon I realized that Tzarina claimed she left her last boat because Lara “stole” her sous-chef to be a cook/stew. But at the start of the season, Tzarina shared that she'd never actually had a sous chef before. She also told Alesia that she & Lara had been friends for years so she was shocked that they have conflict. So which is it? She's contradicting herself allover the place. Past seasons have shown arguments over who cleans it. We had one of the lecherous bosuns demand that a stew clean it after a night out at 2am. There was one season where they rotated who was responsible each day per a posted list Never have we had an official sous chef before so again, it makes sense to me that it would fall under their purview.
  24. I like that they're able to mingle informally rather than having everything structured around 1:1 dates. Recommendation, rather than 8 men they should expand to 12. I don't want to see the women fighting for male attention, it should be the opposite. IMHO, Joel Kim is the weakest part of the show. I'm shocked to learn he's a comedian. He has the personality of a wet dishrag. Way too much time with him this episode.
