  1. I thought it was gorgeous too. I don’t usually pay much attention to homes/sets on TV, but I really liked it. Shame that it burned down. Again. That was supposed to be a real pumpkin? I did not get that. I thought it was a cute episode. I too find Ben odd, quirky, maybe even a little creepy. Mostly from when he was Claire’s assistant.
  2. Me too. That caught my eye. Hated the second outfit. I thought the Pennywise skit was the highlight, of course Kate was great but the guy who played Anderson Coopy was very good too. I’m a fan of Kumail from Silicon Valley and The Big Sick, but I found the show a bit underwhelming. I didn’t like the Melania Trump piece just because it seemed very sympathicand I don’t find her sympathic.
  3. That’s exactly what I thought of, as well. Such a horrible event. I don’t know if it was the first time I’ve been really paying attention but they all looked so much older to me this week. Probably because I was watching a couple of old reruns. I thought Haley was really funny, especially as she was saying ‘goodbye’ as she picked up her new phone and then she was back to old Haley.
  4. I know everyone else has said but wow, that was bad, fake crying from Paul. Trying to convince us time? Nah uh. I guess like last time, Paul convinced Josh and Christmas that they had to split the vote to ...what? Protect their alliance? I can't believe stupid old Josh went along with that. I have no hope for Christmas. Alex confuses me. I thought she was somewhat onto Paul, but then tells him everything, including the fake crying. Worries about him going up if she wins the veto. I almost feel sorry for her. Almost.... i really think they need to show the clips of Paul strategizing on the finale night. I need to see Alex realize that he was never really allied with her.
  5. That was a nice blindside though. Jason was mad. And Josh's goodbye speech? Perfect. I was a little surprised that the show allowed all that to be shown.
  6. I don't understand why Josh went along with that bullshit charade with Paul. Has there ever been this much crying in previous BB seasons?
  7. Kevin and Raven? That's how she revenges Jason? I had a moment of happiness when she won HOH, but then she nominated them. Shaking my head. And yes, that was the chance for Josh to approach Alex and use the veto, power, get Paul nominated and out.
  8. Duh, because Paul told him to nominate them. it really is a combination of Paul playing well and the others being so stupid. Matt's not suspicious at all that he's always the pawn? Wouldn't it be readinsbke to ask for someone else to be the pawn? The show was marginally better last night. Even though I don't enjoy Paul, I do want him to win now. And I literally lunge for the mute button every time I see a DR with Josh starting. The sound of his voice, plus the volume, that's a big no from me.
  9. Every time I read a post here that mentions Peggy, I literally have to pause, think 'who's Pegg..oh right'.
  10. I turned it off. I'm just not interested in watching this nasty shit. The people aren't entertaining in any way. I hate the ganging up on Cody and Jessica, orchestrated by a Paul. And Josh is HOH? Ugh, I won't be watching any of this week. He is THE WORST.
  11. No, I'm in Toronto, watching on CBC also. I record it and watch. I don't have any narration. I had that happen once to me on a different show. It's a setting called described video for visually impaired people. I'm not sure why you're just getting it on one show though. Maybe call your provider and ask them.
  12. What narration are you referring to? I don't have narration. Did you hit a setting on your TV?
  13. Was it not a weird moment when they showed Roxy attempting to brush her hair during the fat shaming machine presentation? I mean, she's in the middle of a presentation to a munch of doctors and she's laying on her back. Not the easiest position to brush your hair. I would have liked to hear if any of them noticed any difference.
  14. You know at the end when Andy asked who needs a little more Ericka Jayne? I thought, Ericka does! By which I mean that she honestly seems to be the most uptight/stick up her bum of all of them. Aside from her two little breakdowns, she always seems overly controlled. I'm not really Team Anyone on this show. Ericka is definitely an enigma. And I can see why of all of them, Dorit would have jumped to the assumption that Ericka could take a joke like the panties. Because she only knew her a little bit. After all, she doesn't give a fuck, she wears a c&$@ty necklace, she lives her ErickaJayne life. But, in fact, she is the least likely of any of them to take a joke at her expense. As for Eileen, I like her and I think she's the classiest of the bunch, which is why it disappoints even more that she's started doing that buh bye crap. Especially while calling someone else rude. Overall, I didn't mind this season. It was a bit of a palate cleanser after all the boring Lyme disease stuff last season.
  15. I loved the first gown on Ann, the colour was perfect in her. I do t really care for Roxy, but I did feel for her that all the dresses were sample size. That would suck. Kara just comes off as so brittle and unnatural all the time. toronto looked really nice in this episode. I must take the ferry over to the islands soon.
  16. I guess that could be interesting. I always thought it would be good to see Leanne get together with Robert, but I guess that's not happening.
  17. For all the money she has and her glam squad, I thought Erika's outfits in HK were horrible and the makeup way over the top. She made a comment about not wanting to wear a little skirt on the flight but I didn't notice any of the others in skirts. I remember Doritos telling LVP about the baggie of pills but I forget what was said soecifically.
  18. I'm looking forward to it the Steve is the dad reveal. I really haven't warmed up to Toya and her insta story with Peter. They just seem like a weird fit except for the 'shock' of her being Leanne's sister. And why she is always wearing such dowdy, frumpy clothes. I love Peter but hate his current storyline, big yawn.
  19. Thanks for posting the doggie pics, Zoeysmom. Delightful! I also wondered who braided Erika's hair. It looked very very complicated and not so nice at the back. I kept trying to see exactly what was happening on the back of her head. I felt bad for Camille when she talked about her ex. No matter how bad their relationship may have been when it ended, they share two children. Makes me think way less of Kelsey Grammer. Didn't he try to get custody of his son but not his daughter or am I misremembering?
  20. I didn't understand why Kyle went with Ericka. I never got the sense that they were particularly close. I think I hate the way Ericka talks, that monotone voice is very off-putting. I really enjoyed the Lisa and family adoption scene. So sweet to see. And yeah, I love dogs, like too much, but just having the dog sprawled out on the table was a bit much.
  21. You know who I really can't stand in the show? Erica's gay advisor dude. I mean, c'mon, I want to enjoy him, but there's just something off putting to me about him.
  22. I enjoyed Eileen when she was having drinks with Dorit and Lisa, and she spread her legs and said 'I'm shy", imitating Erica. Funny! I thought the baby Phoenix scene was very sweet. I admire Lisar's drive. I admire Lisa V's work with dogs. I didn't mind pantygate, I mean at least it's no Lyme disease. As long as we're done with it. And I can't imagine PK feeling comfortable enough to tell Erica he could see everything. I've never gone commando like that. Do you not feel a breeze??
  23. But Haley's grandad is married to a much younger woman, so it's probably not such a big deal to her. i really enjoyed this episode as well, especially the Italian reveal. Well played!
