  1. My favorite part was the Roomba. Can the Roomba get its own slot? It has more personality than Madison.
  2. Stupid misleading title. I'd watch if it were a show about seven skeletons picked to live in a house and have their lives taped. I mean, what happens when skeletons stop being polite and start getting real?
  3. Sherlock and Watson should try to solve the mystery on Serial.
  4. This episode felt like they jammed a bunch of stuff in so they could tie up some loose ends and move on with other stuff. It was so disjointed. I guess we were supposed to be surprised by the ending? But it seemed obvious to me. Crowley's Scottish and his mother was a witch, so when a super-old Scottish witch shows up, what am I supposed to think? If there is ever a day when I don't laugh at Dean being splashed with holy water, take me to the hospital.
  5. It looked to me like the blast came from the car in front of Carrie and Saul. Not to mention that if the blast had come from Saul's glasses, they'd both be dead.
  6. I like Mark Moses, but could he play Dennis any squirrelier? Dennis, man, if you want to be a spy, watch a James Bond movie or something. You could not be worse at this. I didn't even think about the glasses being the source of the bomb. When Saul put them back on in the car, I thought of it as his way of saying, "Okay, my crisis is over; time to go back to work and be the strong Saul I usually am." I was trying not to think about that...
  7. Didn't Sam sleep with...oh, shoot, what was her name? The dead hunter stuck in the house with Bobby and all those ghosts? She slept with Sam, Dean, and Bobby, right? She was older. Put me in the group of people who didn't think Sam was cringing because the women were older, just because they were forward. If Amber had hit on him, I think he would have reacted the same way.
  8. Did anyone watch to the end of the credits? JP said to on Twitter, but he didn't say it until after the episode aired on the East Coast, and he didn't follow up to say what happened.
  9. The more I think about the Yu/Chantelle situation, the angrier I get, so I'm glad other people agree that she was treated horribly. I especially hate that he pulled the boss card. She has to take his comments because he's in charge? No. That's why there are laws against harassment and discrimination. If she really did work for him, she could sue him. I would bet money that Yu only apologized because a producer pulled him aside and told him either how damaging his words were or how he was coming across. Before that, he stood by what he said. I don't believe for a second that he changed his mind on his own. I really wish Tyra had discussed the situation at panel. We've seen models in other seasons treated poorly, even screamed at, but this was over the line. It's telling them that even if they're not okay with their treatment, they'd better keep their mouths shut or they'll be treated worse. Tyra stood up for Will earlier this season - what would she have done if a "boss" had made homophobic comments toward him at a shoot?
  10. She was the director/writer, but she played Sam. I realized after the fact that, for the first time, there were only three male characters in an episode. All the guest stars (except Rob Benedict) were women.
  11. I'm not going to pretend I didn't go fan girl during this episode. I'm 32. My life was not supposed to be like this. The actress playing Marie was terrific. I love talented guest stars. I was nervous when I heard about a musical episode. I thought it would be cheesy. I felt a lot better when I heard the plot. This was so much better than I expected.
  12. But when they let Kate go because she said she'd stay clean, this happened. They don't want to take chances anymore. For me, this goes back to Benny. When "Bitten" took place, Dean had just come back from Purgatory and had made friends with a monster. Sam was surprised that Dean didn't fight him on letting Kate go, because Dean usually wants monsters dead no matter what. Benny made Dean realize that not all monsters are enemies. For Liane, who is awesome: Dean kept her phone - that's the phone she called from the pay phone. I assume he knew it was Kate because no one else would have called her phone.
  13. Here's a parallel Sam should have mentioned: He watched Dean die, then carried his body home and put him in his bed. Dean did the same with Sam back in season 2. Does Dean consider what Sam did to Lester a worse decision than Dean selling his soul to bring Sam back? She was asleep.
  14. I didn't think strength was the problem. I thought he choked when it was time to kill a monster, because now he knows what it's like to be one.
  15. I like that they followed up on "Bitten," but I lost consciousness halfway through thanks to all the anvils. The Paul Bunyan line made me laugh so loudly, I embarrassed myself.
  16. I'm both happy and sad that they used the theme song from the international broadcasts instead of the Paula Cole song. But after hearing the Jann Arden theme 100 times while recapping the show for my blog, I never want to hear it again.
  17. Michelle Williams' hair never looked that good, unfortunately.
  18. She also has trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time. As soon as Fara called with the news about Haqqani, she dropped Ghazi. She's unable to delegate - she has to do everything herself. If you want something done right... A round of applause to the person who cast Mark Moses. He's always terrific. The actor who plays Aayan is probably less uncomfortable with the love scenes and more excited by the fact that no one knew his name months ago, and now he's making out with Claire Danes.
  19. Now I'm imagining what would happen if they swapped, with Peter Quinn working for Olivia and Quinn Perkins working for Carrie. QP would cry on her first day, and Olivia would try to get PQ to switch from beer to wine.
  20. He was touching the stripper, and he offered her money for a private show, which got him thrown out. There probably was something in that time we haven't seen yet, and I also like what NoWillToResist said. It might also be as simple as Dean being mad that Sam wouldn't let him go when he wanted to leave. Sam probably said, "This isn't you," and Dean thinks this IS him.
  21. It was either Robert Singer or Jeremy Carver who said before the season started that Demon Dean is like Dean without guilt. So Demon Dean can kill innocent people, be inappropriate with women, etc. because he doesn't have a conscience telling him not to. Regular Dean might beat up and threaten someone innocent, but he's not going to kill him. Regular Dean might want to have sex with a woman, but not be aggressive or inappropriate with her. He knows that's wrong. Demon Dean doesn't. On the topic of the humanity - the Deanness - he still has, the song he was playing on the piano was "Hey Jude." His mother's favorite song.
  22. Aww, man. I should have paid more attention to that stuff last season. Regular Dean is already guilt-ridden and forever miserable, soooo... :) I forgot to mention earlier: I can't believe Metatron didn't try out a Hannibal Lechter impression when Hannah came to visit him.
  23. I have a theory about Crowley. I think he's orchestrating all of this to get Sam killed. He took in Dean and raised him to kill so he could get rid of Sam. Remember, he answered Sam's phone call and "accidentally" kept him on so long that Sam could track him. Crowley's too smart for that. He knew he could trade Dean for the blade, which is just icing on the cake for him. He expects Dean to kill Sam; then Crowley can kill Dean with the blade. Voila, no more Winchesters. I've never booed louder than when I saw Curtis Armstrong's name in the opening credits. Hannah would have been crazy to take his deal, but man, I wish she'd done it so we'd be rid of him. I agree, no way Cole is 24. He looks older than JP.
  24. I was trying to remember, and what mizkat said about Sam being right-handed reminded me: Cole said something like, "I thought you were right-handed." I think he meant that he knew he could take Sam on because he can't currently use his dominant hand.
