  1. I love everything about Amantha. She's gorgeous & my favorite character. I only found Rectify like two weeks ago, spent an entire weekend just catching up and I'm in love with the show. I'm a little worried what she'll be up to in the upcoming episode tho, the summary for E10 kind of gives it away & I'm dreading it since I love Amantha & Jon, they're so cute together.
  2. I was a big fan of SVU for the first couple of seasons, as someone else wrote I think I was a big fan up till season 5 and then it started to slowly drift downwards for me and I completely stopped watching those last couple of "The Benson & Stabler" show seasons (I chose that order cause then I can call it the BS show *ha*). The show peaked my interest again when - get ready to flame me - Connie Nielsen came onboard for an arch there in season 8. I adore Connie and I have to say even though I know it goes against like 95% of the SVU fandom I liked her character, not a whole lot but some, and it was something else than the BS show. Then I read that Danny Pino &, especially interesting for me as I loved [[[loved]]] Chase, Kelli Giddish were coming aboard I immediately started watching again. And since they came onboard it's been like my #1 show. I didn't like the Lewis travesty either. Benson has always been a fave of mine, she was a strong female character I looked up to, but I don't like what she became after Stabler left, I think especially she's been really cold towards Rollins and I hate to see when women treat other women badly, they don't necessarily had to become bffs but I think it would've been nice if Olivia at least tried a little bonding. It was quite obvious Rollins looked up to her when she joined the squad and except for one ep (Theater tricks S13 E11) Olivia have really not showed her any interest at all. All in my opinion though of course ;) And Lewis didn't make it any better. Liv is now a character I actually dislike, she's bitter and yeah I know PTSD and everything but still, it's not an excuse to be a bitch. I hope Noah can make her into the character I used to look up to. This however - http://nypost.com/2014/08/02/olivia-benson-takes-command-on-law-order-svu/ - does make me start to worry SVU will turn in to a baby drama and I'm not on board for that. I'll jump off the fandom in a second if Noah makes the credits. Pls deal with all that off screen and bring back old Liv into the squad room and I'll be a happy camper.
  3. I'm a huge Hannibal fan too and I saw/read some things from Comic Cons and apparently Chilton (Esparza's character on that show) returns. WTF? Super bummed. Sure Esparza played the hell out of that character and made him very dislikeable but I was really hoping he would devote his time to SVU after Chilton took that bullet to the head. He took a bullet to the face/head, c'mon he should be dead. He should be Barba full time. Sigh.
  4. I had very low expectations for the finale but it didn't suck as bad as I thought it would. If we get cuddle time with Benson & Noah every frickin episode next season though I'll hurl. She can only have that baby if it stays off screen & it makes old Liv come back cause Liv this entire season has sucked in my opinion. The case was basically only there to give Benson the baby but I still enjoyed it since we got to see Murphy in above white sweater & doing his lovely Irish accent. I was dreading his exit but then it turned out so awesome with the head nod from Munch (love Munch) and Liv's Mary Poppins comment. I'm going to live in oblivion this summer and only face the fact that he's no longer with us until this fall. Loved Amanda's 'since when' comment to Liv. And I love her badassery even when ridiculous, but I just love everything about her so what can you expect. Not sure how I feel about the rather obvious fact she seems to have feelings for our man in orange (speaking S15 so that's Amaro not Cragen). I can take tension - sexual tension most preferably - but I won't stand for pining. Detective Amanda Rollins doesn't pine. And the fact Mariska doesn't even have chemistry with her own hubby on screen makes me hope she'll save all her love to Noah next season (again off screen tho). Mayhem was a travesty to watch. All in my humble opinion of course.
  5. I'm sad. I didn't like the ep and that like almost never happens. Sigh. I mean the only highlight was Murphy undercover. Oh and Rollins' hairporn. Malina was creepy but the case just never took off. I mean here's the funniest guy from the cubicles & they ruin that cause now I'm thinking all he did at the Office was to watch child porn. And then not even Barba could light the courtroom on fire, and Nia certainly not. So disappointed. And it felt as though they even tried to make Murphy a little less likeable in this ep and all I could think about was how he will exit next episode. And speaking off the season finale... c'mon Amaro. You do look smashing in orange and I'll tune in to see Munch (of course!) but I already know I won't like the finale. Amaro says he cares about his daughter (and son) but then why the hell would you do something that stupid!? Now you'll never win a custody battle. The creep deserved a beating but c'mon. And I can't believe I'm saying this as a Finanda shipper (shipwrecker?) but why even go there with Rollaro if they don't put anything of it in a ep featuring his ex. That's just stupid writers. Now Amanda has a (even larger) slut stamp (we all know girls get judged harsher than the guys so let's not even pretend Amanda isn't the one getting the sore end of this deal *no pun intended*) and gets even more hated by the fandom which makes me so sad cause I like that little flawed character so darn much. Not just cause of the hairporn. I think what the finale this season needed was something involving the entire squad. Like them all being trapped by a psycho and needed to work together to break free. Now we'll leave this season with no closure what so ever between Benson and Rollins, my fave duo Tutuola & Rollins is stuck somewhere mid-season, and Amaro pulls even further away. Not a good way to end the season. Ugh this is making me so depressed since I have no life outside TV.
  6. You're welcome :) It's a great podcast, he & Mick Benzo are really funny & the 'behind SVU' segment is always a real treat for diehards ;)
  7. So does anyone else on here listen to Ice-T's podcasts? I think he's so cool and anywho I listen to ep 10 tonight and on the segment which he calls "behind the scenes of SVU" he said that they're actually filming the three first episodes of S16 right of the bat (something about giving the cast and crew july & august off). From what I've been able to understand from tweets between Donal Logue & Warren, Donal won't be in S16 at all, so then will Olivia go back to being boss? Or do they have a replacement figured out already? That's such a major decision though, I mean can they find someone like Donal that so easily slips in & becomes such an amazing part of the cast/squad? And slipping into spoilers a bit but they're scouting out prisons for S16 so is Amaro heading there? The press release for the season finale did mention Amaro would find himself on the other side of the law. Gah so many questions and no one to discuss them with...
  8. - cool. I've only seen Sons of Anarchy do it before. And I was really in need of it cause I hated Kurt Sutter at the end of the finale and then the after hour reminded me why I love his screwed up mind so much after all :) I hope Bates keep doing them, Freddie being up at 3 am just speaks volume of how invested or committed he is with the show & I really like the little insights you get while they talk. I like listening to the actors but I hope the writers gets a wee bit more time in the future.
  9. I've enjoyed this entire season of Bates Motel, liked the finale as well & the after hour was a nice treat. I wish more shows had after hours like that, I don't mind blurring the line between show and real life. I caught myself in the middle of the finale like 'ahh what a sweet family' (re: Norma, Norman & Dylan) & then quickly got like an aha moment & was back to 'okay not so much'. My love for dysfunctional families are endless.
  10. I'm really super happy about this, just hard to express it from down here with my Finanda wreck.
  11. I've sunk with my Finanda ship so there will be lack of oxygen in this post. It's not often I wake up an early hour just to watch the episode before work but I had to find out who Rollins was hooking up with (more exciting mystery to me than who was 'the thing' with Olivia on the plane). I can't say I'm surprised, the hints have been there and let's face it as long as she doesn't hook up with @sshat Nate or someone she feels forced to go down on then I'm... not okay just yet but I think I will be when I've grown gills down here with my wreck. What about that scene when Murphy called Rollins into his office tho? Weird or was it just me? Still love Murphy tho & he might be right about her blind spot for men in power but bringing up her Atlanta captain? Is that in her records or something? I didn't think they hooked up tho. And Cragen? Don't go there pls. I know Murph explained that one away with the hooker in the bed but... I dunno. Weird. As for the case... Woody/Polanski/Whitford delievered, it was okay. Poor kid. Good Barba. Keep Murphy. Back to chipping for air now...
  12. Yeah I remember him as Chuck on ER too and most recently he played a despicable man on Sons of Anarchy. But since he keeps dying on every other show can we hope for a quick death on Gotham so he can return to the SVU squad room? No, that was mean but then again I kept hoping for Dr Chilton to die just so we could get more Barba (not that it helped though *sigh*)
  13. Thanks for the info WendyCR72, too bad though. Donal just eased into the squad so perfectly, the tension w Amaro just a bonus. Now I'm going to worry both about a S16 and who will come onboard :/
  14. I think I would've been able to enjoy this episode more if they would just renew the show already. Now I'm like just stressing out about the lack of time to get everyone but Liv in the spotlight. It was a good closure to the Lewis storyline but I wish it would've come sooner. Love love Donal and I'm hoping he can like shot Gotham over the summer and then come back (it has to come back!) to SVU in the fall. I'm loving the tension between Lt Murphy and Amaro. And I'm secretly (okay not so secret now tho) hoping for a bit of Murphy/Rollins/Amaro tension (and that's coming from a Finanda shipper so I'm very OOC but when am I not!?) And tho I would've preferred Barba could get the win I'm still happy since Lt Murphy got the win. I don't care if he lied, he's awesome. But speaking of Barba, where the F is he? And the fact he will not be in the finale. Outrage.
  15. This is my fave ep of the season. Not sorry.
  16. @WendyCR72 - yes you're right. I think it's only a pilot yet though but it looks like a rather solid show. I don't want to wish it bad luck but it would just be awesome to have Donal on SVU imo @MyrtleGroggins - my take on it is that he basically just gave up. He knew he wouldn't get out of there in that last scene and he'd already faced off with Benson in court once so he did the one thing he could do to sorta remain her worst nightmare. I mean seeing someone blow their head off must stick with you for the rest of your life. When he pulled that trigger those first rounds he just showed no emotions, total lack of any fear of death. Liv on the other hand showed great fear so he beat her on that. And then he managed to get the final punch after all and Liv now has no way to counter that punch. I dunno though, he's clearly a psychopath so who knows really? I'm not sure he planned much a head actually, he just went with it, making things up as he went. I was over this arc before it even started (at least in hindsight) This was def not the finale though. I think season 15 has 24 episodes. There will be one more Olivia-show episode but then we have 3 more that can be awesome now that Donal is on board. I guess there's just one more thing I think this season will include though that I'm not looking forward to I know I might sound critical to Liv at times but I actually really like her and I want her on the squad but just not in this state she's in now. I know characters have to change to be interesting but I wish they'd gone another route. I love the squad right now (miss Cragen & Munch tho) and with a Liv I recognize and Lt Murphy it can be an awesome season 16 ;) Damn took me like half an hour to get that spoiler button to work with me *lol*
  17. I just loved that the Lewis-travesty is over & I was pleasantly surprised by Donal/O'Rourke walking in. And the fact he'll be around for the rest of the season makes me so happy I can't put it into words. I mean can you imagine Rollins' BJ-shame and/or 'you're not my father' complex playing out with him? And Amaro punched his boss in the gut #comebackandbiteyouintheassbigtime And O'Rourke & Barba battling it out *swoon* @T-A-C I read some article (sorry I was dead tired and I can't recall which website it was on) with Warren and he draw a parallel to CI/Goren/Wallace and Lewis/Benson. And I got a feeling he didn't want to go down the same route. Having that said tho I think they dragged it out too long anyway. She should've killed him when she had the chance as O'Rourke said. I'm not sure we'll ever see the same Olivia after this, I don't mind character development but this wasn't the route I wanted for her.
  18. Well okay hi I'm Petra (is this when the forum all rise and reply 'hi Petra'?) but I usually go by MorbidPet since peeps on the very first forum I joined back in the days (an ER forum - wicked show, awesome fans) seemed to find me morbid and just gave me that nickname. And let's face it I am rather morbid but I've learnt to hide it better over the years ;) I'm from Sweden, a huge SVU fan (especially since S13 and on), love the entire squad (miss Cragen & Munch like crazy) but I'm in love with Rollins & Fin (yes I ship them too, hard, #Finanda) I'm a tv-holic and moviebuff. Other than SVU I love Hannibal, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Person of Interest, Bates motel, Elementary, Sherlock, I like Motive, Scandal, Grey's, Suburgatory, Shameless (US), and just numerous of other shows. Oh and I just fell in love with Helix though there was way too much oral contact that didn't involve black goo but I just imagined it there and it was okay. Yes that's about it I guess. I'm pretty easy going but I can get worked up and I'm passionate about things I like and since I like SVU... I try hard to respect people's opinions though and so far I've managed to block out the crazy EO shippers in this fandom (I know not all are crazy but I'm hinting to the ones who for example bash Warren Leight on Twitter because the man who shall remain nameless left & 3 seasons later they still can't drop it & on top of it are nasty about it, those people are crazy and you can't tell me otherwise) I'm hoping this forum will be my refuge now that TwoP are closing down. Bye for now.
  19. I agree that the scene it self was rather hard to grasp but if you read the actual script page, you can find it on Warren's twitter, it ends with something like "they walk off together, but apart" Rather cryptic but since Winters has a new show on another network I don't think he can stick around anyway. And totally agree about the shrink. Nate Haskell has freeked me out since the beginning of the Lewis saga, I'm sorry to the actor, but I just can't even watch those scenes (it got even worse when she had that nightmare and kissed him *ewww*)
  20. Well all and all a good episode. Heartbreaking case, good guest stars, Barba being awesome and a Bensidy break-up. Yupp I'll call all that good. Being on team-Rollins though I didn't like BossBenson's snarky remark about the eval & 'you do your job I do mine'. Way to empower your detectives BadBossBenson.
  21. I read the actress (Hettienne Park) had only one thing she asked from Bryan Fuller and it was to become an eggroll. Not fond of eggrolls, I'd prefer to have Beverly still on the show. Oh well.
