Lol. This is HIS one week break from the kids. I mean C&E's parenting is pretty much parking them in front of the TV or a workbook all day and throwing snacks at them when they whine and now for a whole week he doesn't even have to do that!? He hasn't said his parents are in town/kids are in Nashville (though they could be saving these details for YT) so I imagine they're Addie/Ellie/Callie's problem this week at G&K's house. Josie was gushing about Michael being an angel, totally spoiling her kids etc. so I imagine Michael only has Josie's kids, not Josie + Carlin. And as an aside it's nice that Josie gushed on IG (though never said the name MICHAEL, just "my sister" over and over), but if I were Michael I'd be expecting a nice present from Europe for my week of labor, not just an IG video - lol.

These people are so insufferable. Patient's mother visits, fine, normal. Patient's mother visits and GETS IN BED with a blanket, shoes and socks off, and is lying there SCREAMING on speaker phone (bc that woman can't talk in an inside voice) on a call with another daughter, which she surely could have done at home lying in her own bed!? They're being super quiet about this whole thing with maybe 1 post a day, but let's be real it's bc they're saving the content for this week's YT as they desperately need a week with 200k views. Hope they realize though as much as they treat everything like "party party" and push into everyone else's events bc they are so bored in their own lives - ahem showing up in Whit's hospital room daily at noon and leaving at 11 pm - I hope they realize that no one else cares to disrupt their lives for C&E. I mean day two - we haven't seen Whit spending the days there, we haven't seen Michael stop by with dinner (though I imagine she might do that once this week quietly - unless she's got the kids). And as for the creepy pastor my God C&E when you get home, maybe start teaching your 3.5 year old something about stranger danger, boundaries etc. If you'll note in that video, the pastor is playing with Layla in a way that seems too familiar - yet LAYLA is the one who goes "tickle tickle" and tickles him and then that gives him license to start tickling her!? WTF. And it's not like this happened when the parents didn't see it - they were standing their filming the whole thing. Of course they think this is the cutest thing in the world - look at her lovely relationship with a man of God. Yep men of God have never been known to be inappropriate in any way . . . . And this particular man of God was holding your daughter between her legs with an arm up the back of her dress like a year ago . . . . So yeah maybe do something about that other than - aw Godly white men would NEVER hurt my kid . . . .

So Carlin has checked in for the 5 day EEG - showed herself packing, her and Evan driving early this morning, so I guess they're halfway thru day 1 now. Honestly I don't think she'd ever push Evan towards a 40 hr job, nor would he take one up; though I guess maybe if things got desperate, she could push him to take on video editing from home, but those are contract gigs and hardly 40 hrs/wk. I feel like whatever her anxieties/co-dependencies/fears of her man being out of her sight (maybe bc of Bobby) are, she simply cannot/will not deal with him having a 40 hr/wk job outside the home. I do think though as they fall further and further behind Josie and Katie in terms of vacations, spending on those vacations, Josie/Katie likely will upgrade to McMansion type homes soon -- I fully expect Carlin to start the bullshit regarding living the #simplelife blah blah, as she gets more and more frustrated. Same thing Erin started doing when she was clearly resentful of Alyssa getting the big house and perfectly matching dresses for her girls weekly - it was all this IG bullshit re how her kids live the simple life and know how to have fun running barefoot in a field etc. Reality is though, Erin was willing to separate herself from social media/IG and live her own life and seems like she's not in touch with her sisters' lives moment to moment and seems reasonably ok with the life she and Chad have. Carlin & Evan OTOH aren't going to be genuinely content. They'll sit there being resentful and then be running off to the Stewarts all the time to escape their own lives. I def think their income is down. I mean look at the YT hits. They aren't even holding 100k views consistently nowadays on a weekly basis with their boring ass videos - that means they're looking at UNDER $500/wk coming in from YT!? At its peak when they made decisions that Evan didn't have to actually hold down a job, they were making about $1000/wk. Carlin is also a LOT quieter on shilling right now. Shilling begets shilling - when you are making sales for the company, they keep you around; when you aren't, they drop you FAST on IG. It's not shocking that her stats are down bc as you say, people are hurting because of inflation - they're less apt to pick up some overpriced make up item weekly bc Carlin said so. To me the vacation where they basically ate chips and uncrustables the whole time kind of suggested that times are a bit tougher. And you're right it could be that the 100k car, bought right when their income started going down is pinching. It's interesting that they don't even have the maturity or awareness to admit that the life they've set up may not be forever. I mean as much as Katie also NEEDS Trav at home just like Carlin, it is interesting that Trav has said more than once that it's great to "work" with Katie right now and both be home together all day but he admits it may not be forever. Which is so super interesting bc given that Trav has the family school, if all the IG/YT income went away, he's clearly still getting monthly checks from the family business, so he won't ever HAVE TO work like Evan likely will. I mean Trav working could just be like teaching a music class or being choir director at the school - the type of job that takes a few hrs/day max and Katie can even come watch. But he at least admits the issue - that staying home 24-7 may not be forever.

@Salacious Kitty- not only should it have occurred to the FIL that they only had until 2023, I GUARANTEE that this fact was not hidden from him. I guarantee it was said by a judge when the deferred action was granted, is in the deferred action order handed to him, was discussed with him by his lawyer after the deferred action hearing, and/or comes up in their yearly Homeland Security check-in meeting esp in recent years as 2023 approached. I assume they took the fundie approach to hearing this - lalala it's not in an immigration officer's hands, it's in God's hands, we're favored and chosen, WE won't be deported. This problem actually wouldn't have been that hard to remedy if they hadn't sat on their hands for a decade and a half. -Upon popping out the 2nd American kid, MIL/FIL should have applied for continuation of deferred status until 2031 - to ensure they wouldn't be kicked out with minor children still needing homeschool. Of course they would've had to unbury their heads from the sand to do that + I bet they had some delusional thinking of - don't REMIND the government we're out in 2023. Lol as if the gov't doesn't know. But if they had asked for this relief in 2013 when the kid was born and they had 10 years of deferred action left, they would very likely have gotten it - it's hugely responsible to come to the gov't honestly and 10 years in advance of an event. -The German born kids are currently: 26, 25, 23, 21, and 18. -For the ones ages 23-26 now, they had options bc they've 5-8 years after their own 18th birthday for their brother to turn 18. FIL should have been drilling it into their heads that they had 5 years to get legal. Easiest way to do that in the US - join the military OR get into an industry with a shortage where you can get a job with an H1B. Had these morons ever picked up a newspaper, they would have realized that tech was THE H1B industry from 2001-2022. Granted these morons couldn't work for Apple but tech had massive shortages at every level, to the point that you didn't even need college degrees. As part of homeschooling FIL couldn't mandate that the 3 oldest HAD to get certifications in JAVA/other programming languages and be pounding the pavement for a job at 18?? If you get in with a company that hires H1Bs, you can have a green card in 3-5 years. But perish the thought, very likely the job would be lower paid [companies underpay bc they know your motive is a green card] and could have been located in Portland Oregon or Miami or someplace, could've involved a female boss, at a company regularly holding happy hours. -For the current 18 and 21 year olds, granted fewer options bc they didn't have 3-5 years for an H1B visa and green card, so join the military. As much as fundies look down on non white immigrant populations, they do this successfully often. Seriously - all you need to do is serve honorably for ONE YEAR and you can get a green card and most of the hurdles that are difficult to overcome otherwise - like illegal overstay etc. - are overlooked. Granted it's probably like a 4 year contract overall in the military but really what else are they doing. But perish the thought - the military has guys who aren't Christian, female commanders, guys who've impregnated their girlfriends, people drink etc. A lot of this "emergency" is of their own making bc they decided to pray it away. So Trace posted a deportation update video where he interviews his FIL and they answer frequent questions. Trace acknowledges that marrying a US citizen and popping out a US citizen does not exempt Lydia from the deportation order. So apparently T&L hired an immigration lawyer as soon as they married and made a motion to reopen the family's original asylum case - bc that case has to be reopened to remove Lydia from that case, so then she can seek a spousal visa thru Trace. The court denied that motion to reopen. From what I could understand from Trace & Lydia's convulted understanding - courts don't want to reopen these "low profile" cases so if you're denied once, you just keep asking the court again and again until it reopens. Uh as a lawyer - no you can't ask the same court for the same relief 1000x until they say yes. It's not like a toddler crying to mommy for ice cream until she says yes - WTF. My guess is they have filed a Motion to Reconsider and that's pending; or if it was denied they're taking an appeal. I don't expect these morons to understand any of this, but Lydia even said this is the type of things that takes months and months. I mean if they aren't lying and did file for relief immediately upon marriage - it's been 12 months already. As for the interview with FIL - I'm sorry but I 100% do NOT believe him and Trace. Trace comes across ANGRY as he goes on about how THE GOVERNMENT gave them indefinite deferred action and there was NEVER any conditions like having to leave when the last German kid turned 18, so they built their lives upon that, they're great Christians doing wonderful things for their community and THEY are being asked to leave. I mean Trace sounded nasty enough that I legit expected him to sneer - "THEY have to leave but those brown people get to stay!?" - but he didn't. Sorry but I 100% don't believe this. As a lawyer, the doctrine of continuing harm comes into play in lots of types of law. The harm here was - we couldn't stay in Germany bc we couldn't homeschool and we were at risk of losing custody of our kids. Ok our government went with that. I GUARANTEE our government went with that for the time period that that there was continuing harm - i.e. original asylum seekers under age 18 so we'd return to the same problem in Germany. Guess what that problem came and went when the youngest German kid turned 18. Guess what that just happened to be this year. It's no accident that the government reached out to them THIS YEAR. It is clearly in a government computer that they had until 2023. And I 100% don't believe the government didn't tell them that. But instead they've been sitting on their laurels for 15 years praying. Frankly when the 1st US born kid was born 12 years ago, the PARENTS should have sought asylum/continuation of deferred action FOR THEMSELVES for 18 more years to ensure they could stay and homeschool that kid (and then again 2 yrs later for the next kid) so they wouldn't end up deported with minor kids. Instead FIL lets slip the "plan" was as the kids married US citizens, they'd get green cards themselves eventually and/or when the 2 US born kids got old enough, they could sponsor the parents/rest of the asylum seekers . . . but alas the pesky government file had them marked for removal in 2023, with the oldest US citizen kid being just 12 so she can't sponsor anyone. And to add to their worries - homeschool/non public school diplomas aren't recognized in Germany so when this brood lands in Germany - it'll be hard to get jobs . . . Lol. Good luck Trace . . . .

Damn Josie & Kelton are in Barcelona to celebrate their 5th anniversary - sans kids it looks like. How pissed are C&E right now as they try to make $300/wk on their recent videos discussing some eye infection Evan had and then running all over town trying pumpkin spice whatever. C&E had talked about going to Hawaii for an anniversary but then it was a quick no when they looked up hotel and car rental prices. Wonder if it's occurred to them that J&K get to do stuff like bc the husband works full time and some weeks likely more than full time.

💯. Reality of how this will go down - it won't be IMMEDIATE deportation. The Oct 11 date in their "petition" appears to report to self deportation. So that date will come and go while Trace and Lydia sit at Zach's kids' soccer practice. Then it likely won't be an expedited deportation where ICE shows up 2 days later - that's the sort of thing that would happen if Lydia had committed a violent crime. Ok so she'll be in the "regular" deportation queue. I don't think anyone knows what that looks like at any given time - so when Thanksgiving and Christmas come and go and Lydia is still here cue G&K - praise the LORD, they tried to bring our family down, but we prevailed bc GOD. Reality is though it's like living with a sword hanging over you. Like ICE can knock on the door at any moment. What mother of a newborn would be ok with this?? Like Trace is off renovating a kitchen in January, ICE knocks, Lydia is home alone with the kid, guess what the kid sits in a facility until Trace can come claim him. ICE isn't stopping by G&K's house on the way to processing, so Lydia can drop off the kid and give him a thousand kisses while someone videos it for YT and Gil prays over Lydia!? I mean if ICE wants to be nice bc this is a young blonde haired blue eyed white mom, they may wait in the house for 15 min for Addie/Ellie/Callie/some adult to get to the house to get the kid before they haul Lydia out. Like do Trace/Lydia get this?? My recollection is that rental cottage they're in is down the street from Michael & Brandon. If I'm Trace/Lydia right now, I'm sitting down with Michael/Brandon and explaining this to them in great detail and when Lydia is alone have them on speed dial - you see any cars pull up to your home, you call Michaël/Brandon ASAP to come get the child. I fully expect Trace is much like John was with Alyssa's heart thing - ooh IDK when the doctors talk they use SUCH big words . . . Like lawyers are talking, he's nodding like he gets it, but he truly does not and does not even know what to ask. I mean if he's looking for a way to make $ from Germany - a YT series on adjusting to live in Germany would be the way to go. But then it's Trace - he'll sit and whine about how much it sucks compared to good ole Rocky Top, instead of showing viewers around and showing how he's adjusting - so viewers will be done watching by week 3.

Had the same thought. Whichever way this goes, it isn't a positive unless A&J really step up, which they won't. Say Zoey is having palpitations or something similar on occasion and they just weren't caught when she was happily being tended to in the ER or the drs office [she was SUPER happy there too] but they're showing up in regular life. Well she needs to understand that she needs to tell mom/dad and they'll believe her and no it isn't a bother even if they have to go back to the dr. Thing is though now with A&J taking the - it's for attention - stance, they're less likely to believe her + she probably gets it at some level. Like she may not have understood exactly what John was saying but at 5 kids can pretty much get the gist that daddy is brushing them off, things this is NBD; thru some part of the YT video where they were talking about what the dr said - Zoey did walk in, so she may have heard some of it directly and it may not even just be a feeling that daddy is brushing her off. Secondly, even if nothing is going on - Carlin is the cautionary tale here. She has said directly that she had anxiety by the time she was a teen and her parents basically had her pray. Uh we don't know that teen anxiety didn't start years prior when she felt brushed off when something felt wrong to her - bc G&K had too many kids to care. If they don't deal with this, they could be dealing with a loud anxious attention seeker for years to come. And on a different note, STOP THIS STUPID "BEST BUDDY" THING. Multiple times in the video John refers to Rhett as his little buddy. Then while they're shooting this YT, Maci wanders in demanding to be picked up, Alyssa picks her up and goes on about how Maci's her best buddy and John goes "wow poor Rhett, I guess he can be my best buddy - haha." While all this is going on, Zoey walks in and John goes "are you my best buddy" she says yes and John goes "how nice." Lol John - we all know the spot is occupied by Rhett. Jesus Christ - Zoey is still only 5. She still needs parental attention in a little kid way and is seeing that Dad is occupied by Rhett and Mom by Maci and Rhett!? Ally and Lexi are old enough that they're prob starting to understand who their parents are - but Zoey isn't there . . . so cue the issues that come from being the ignored child.

Carson def has a sad affect - as does Brooklyn. But C&E don't see anything wrong with that and instead of considering whether the kid is bored or getting depressed, they play it as - oh he's quiet and Godly and gentle just like daddy, perfect. Uh the kid seems bored and likely not happy. Granted plenty of guys grow up with just sisters and often with just a single mom, and yeah while they may spend more than the average time in their youth playing house or dress up because that's what their sisters want and they get outvoted, but reality is for most this is NOT their only social interaction. They have their little guy friends at school, soccer, wherever - they rough house and talk about whatever 8 year old boys talk about. Plus most homes are NOT gender segregated. Meaning the kid's sisters are happy to roller skate or [gasp] even throw a football or play soccer with their brother. The dress up and house days don't last forever - by 7 and 8, there are plenty of board games, card games, etc. that both boys and girls enjoy. But not in this house, you know they want the girls playing wedding and princess forever to dream of their own courtship in 10 yrs. Brooklyn is 7 and Carson's closest in age playmate - and looks sad/down often too. I have to wonder if given how "traditional" C&E are, they are starting to pull Carson and Brooklyn away from each other - after all time for Brooklyn to start helping mommy with cooking and cleaning and we don't want her throwing the ball with Carson for too much longer lest she develop a pitching arm and become tomboy-ish . . . . Instead of noticing that Carson appear unhappy and maybe arranging some kind of school/co-op, sports, playdates [if there are other boys at church], they've decided the solution here is to tell Carson he is daddy's buddy. Yeah bc an 8 year old doesn't need 8 year old friends, he needs a 36 year old bestie. I mean it seems like the closest in age friend he's ever had is Bobby/Tori's oldest son - who is not even 5 yet. I mean great cousins but come on - 3.5 years is a pretty big age gap here + Carson now sees Kade like 3 times/yr for a few days. [My sense is the Carson/Bradley friendship went away with the BSB fallout.] And in their obsession with - brother for Carson - of course they never considered that an 8.5+ yr younger brother is not a playmate. I mean that kid is not going to be able to reliably throw a ball until Carson is nearly 14. When Carson is 18 and off being a handyman with Chad, he'll have a 9 yr old pulling at him to play kid games when he gets home. But that's too pragmatic for these fools - all they want to consider is things like - aawww but look how close Trace is with Jeb who is 14 years younger. Uh yeah Trace takes him out to ice cream/an activity a few times a yr, and does a yearly social media post. But in what universe are they peers? When Trace wanted to play basketball or ride horses or whatever he had Law and Nathan and then his barber friend Jonas, and also made a bunch of guy friends at 18 in college. He wasn't looking for his 4 year old brother to play with him.

Depends on the type of visa they file. Rest assured headship Trace won’t understand and will just nod when the lawyer recommends what to file. All of this also depends on what the current backlogs may be with the US govt/embassy. Full fledged spousal visa tends to take 11-24 months and can be more depending on backlogs, cases that get subject to higher scrutiny (ahem - like you overstayed once and were deported). There are other visas esp from the EU where the spouse gets to come here on a conditional type of visa and wait here for the whole marital visa process; even those waits can be long though - like 6-9 months. IDK if Lydia qualifies for those programs though - someone who has come into the country once and overstayed will just do it again if given the chance, so USCIS may just not given you that chance - esp since you can wait in safe Germany here, not war torn Syria. I truly wonder what their lawyer is saying vs what Trace/Lydia are hearing vs what headship Trace is deciding - bc he has announced clearly that as the owner of the penis he makes FINAL decisions. Bc if these idiots know what’s good for them, they should be self deporting Lydia yesterday and calling USCIS to be like - mark it in her file, her flight leaves 10/1 at 3 pm. Bc it is so so much harder to come back to the US legally like thru a spousal visa (or frankly in any way that you could overstay like on a tourism visa) once it is recorded that you overstayed once + govt had to spend $ deporting you. Plus deportation triggers waiting periods - meaning you can’t be deported Monday and start the application process for a US visa on Wed. The waiting time varies based on the reasons for deportation but 1, 5, or 10 yrs is common; so then you either wait to apply or spend more $ on US lawyers to get a waiver on waiting time - and you’re not guaranteed to win on that.

So I don't usually watch Alyssa's videos but turned out Zoey had like 3 days where she was complaining of heart racing. Alyssa's solution is to put an Apple watch on the kid, do ECGs via Apple watch, and do her own "research" - kid's heart rate gets up to the 160s-190s a few times. So Alyssa calls to make an appt with her own cardiologist who is a pediatric cardiologist and they'll see the kid on Monday. But I guess Friday/Sat A&J decide that's too long so they take her to the ER. Rhett has to come of course. Zoey isn't acting uncomfortable in any way - I mean the kid is BEAMING at the hospital, talking about how much she loves it there, wants to live at the hospital. John meanwhile can't stop looking at and talking to his little buddy Rhett . . . . So hospital says she's fine to leave but they have to see a cardiologist. Off to the cardiologist who does the required testing, finds nothing, gives them signals they need to watch for. John brushes it off as "there was more detail there, but she's fine." Alyssa later explains the cardiologist thought she experienced something normal like a skipped beat or a hard heart beat and it scared her so then her heart started racing because of that, combine that with 3 days of Alyssa asking how she felt, letting her wear the watch, taking EKGs, the kid became more aware/freaked out about her heart. Interesting to watch A&J brush this off as - it was for attention . . . . And then of course the video ends with Alyssa going on about how RHETT needed more cuddles. UH??? I get it - she's 5, weird things happen, kids say weird things. But something is going on that scared your kid and/or made your kid feel like - saying that their heart hurt - was the only way to get mom/dad's attention, maybe be more attentive TO THAT KID?? But alas attention in that video shifted every 2 seconds back to RHETT. Zoey even says at one point when her heart feels bad, she wants to come downstairs and play with Rhett -- I mean that sounds like code for -- I am 5 and need mommy and know mommy is with Rhett, so let me go be near Rhett!? IDK Zoey's personality but I wonder if she's the kid lost in the shuffle. My spidey sense tells me Allie and Lexie get a lot of negative attention - for not doing chores right, not helping their sisters etc. Maci is 2.5 and seems like she has zero effs to give about a new baby, she still demands attention/is needy; I mean at the cardiologist's office she is walking around with a pacifier and Alyssa asks why she needs a paci and kid straight up goes "I don't feel good." I mean if she was a teen she would've followed that up with - eff off. And we all know Rhett lacks for nothing. Wonder if Zoey is the one getting kind of ignored here.

Exactly. This family is so full of shit. This suddenly is sooooo important bc it affects their inlaws who happen to be white and Christian. There are plenty of dreamers who are allowed to stay here, parents deported, and up until a few years ago they didn't know if they'd ever see their parents again bc you couldn't leave the country on DACA for fear of not being allowed back in [this is somewhat resolved now with travel authorizations - but even then it isn't unheard of for you to be denied a travel authorization to Honduras if you're on Daca, even if your parents are back there]. But by all means let's cry about the utter travesty of a family having to return to GERMANY. And while I'm a lawyer but not an immigration lawyer, in law the doctrine that applies in lots of analyses is "continuing harm." Ok maybe the US govt believed that you/your kids would be harmed by not being able to homeschool and that was a reason to allow you into the US. Ok great. Uh Lydia is 25 now - and most of her siblings are well past school age. What's the continuing harm now that makes Germany soooo unsafe for this family? As much as the Bates and their ilk love to scream "send them back" when it comes to brown undocumented people - the reality is you often can't send them back if they are escaping some town where the gangs would kill them or there's no place to go back to in war torn Syria bc their town is now held by an opposing faction that will kill them. Here - you aren't harming anyone bc the majority of the siblings aren't in school anyway. The 2 who are ages 10-12, well no one is deporting them, they are more than welcome to stay as US citizens - it's up to their parents to figure out the logistics of who'd take them. And no anchor baby Ryker isn't a reason to scream continuing harm - bc that child won't be looking at any type of school situation for 5 years - so it isn't compelling to say well EVENTUALLY we wouldn't be able to homeschool our own kid. The law looks at present harm not any possible future harm. Plus he's a US citizen, as is his dad - you could make plans for him to live here if you wanted. In case these morons haven't noticed, the US government is not in the business of worrying about whether your family stays in tact and gets to live together. But of course that was 100% ok with the Bates when it was brown babies in cages and parents being sent back but gosh their WHITE Christian family HAS to stay together . . . .

Well these 2 kids featured above aren't dreamers bc they were born in the US. So they're citizens and more than welcome to stay. If Kelly is soooooo upset that they'd have to leave because their white Christian parents and siblings would have to leave, well why doesn't she take them in until age 18? Does she not need any more cooking and cleaning help as Addie/Ellie will be married and gone in 2-5 years. Fear not folks, after being scared this weekend re whatever was going on with the newborn, by Monday they're over it bc they decide the best place to take a newborn is Bradley and Kasey's soccer practice with Jeb, Jud, and presumably all of Z&W's other kids in tow. In a way soccer isn't the worst outing bc you can park your stroller far from others. But with this fam - come on. No way Whit won't want her pics with the baby, no way Jeb, Jud, Bradley, Kasey, whoever Z&W's other kids are won't be encouraged to kiss the baby or whatever. Pretty sure Trace is anti covid vax. He hasn't said but his ideology on other things and the government seems to suggest that, so I'm fairly certain Lydia would not have gotten it at all - let alone while pregnant with Trace's precious boy. Though even before Covid, pretty sure new parents esp of first kids took some care to avoid exposing their newborn to 8000 others esp young kids!?

How old is their kid? Days? Weeks? Bc Lydia has an IG saying that they had to take him to the ER 2 nights ago bc he had a cold and his O2 levels were dropping!? Do they have an O2 monitor at home? He tested negative for Covid/RSV so it's just a cold but she talks about how it was scary. And yet when he was born we saw pics of him w G&K, her parents, 3-4 members of her family, Michael, Bobby & Tori, Carlin & Layla, Josie, their barber and his wife, Isaiah, Addie, Callie, Jeb, and this weekend - Lawson who I believe has just gotten off a flight from Cali. HELLO??? I know Covid is over blah blah but it very much isn't. Even if you personally don't care/think Covid is NBD, wouldn't you protect a newborn from whatever is going around - colds, Covid, RSV. I'm thinking handing him around to at minimum of 20 people in whatever days/weeks he's been out of the womb may not be the way to go here.

May just be me but whatever Bobby did/didn’t do is making me view C&E (and Z&W and K&T’s) marriages in a new light. I mean the Bates have been getting married since 2013, and there was never a Jill Duggar type of situation – where Jill used to show up at Walmart HQ to have lunch with HER man daily at the cafeteria and then often even sat outside in the parking lot after lunch until 5 pm. I mean clearly Jill needed everyone to know at all times that there was a wife and she was close at hand. Then Bobby has an emotional affair or is talking to other women or whatever while Tori is 6 mos pregnant, they run out of Nashville in March 2019, and suddenly Whit has her man staying home a year later and Carlin has her man staying home 3 yrs later – though Evan has let on that Carlin used to cry daily begging him not to go to work for a long time prior. So I’m thinking Whit and Carlin both started the project of convincing their men that they needed to be home, not out all day with god knows who. I mean funny that before 2019, Whit had no issues with Z working in a city office, going away to a police academy, and being a cop. Not suggesting that Tori sat down and told her sisters what happened bc I imagine it was too humiliating, but let’s be real G&K knew and Kelly has a big big mouth. I can’t imagine that in the lead up to Carlin’s wedding which was only 2 mos after Bobby/Tori moved back, Kelly wasn’t giving motherly advice in god speak regarding – keep your man close, men are tempted by the devil, often the devil takes the form of hussies who’ll tempt YOUR man, it’s YOUR job to keep tabs on your man 24-7. At the wedding, Gil’s charge pretty much told Carlin to suck her man’s dick 24-7. Gil went on and on and on about – PRAISE him, praise him all the time, praise him for every little thing, that’ll build him up, he’ll be able to fly blah blah. But that was clearly Gil speak for – if he does anything it’s bc YOU didn’t suck hard enough. Kind of explains Carlin’s years of daily crying of – don’t go to school, don’t go to apprenticeship. Evan held her off for a few years, I imagine by convincing her that all he does is sit in a classroom and his class was 100% guys. But Evan has said before that her anxiety got worse in 2021 – i.e. pregnancy #2. Bobby cheated on her sister while she was pregnant too. And now here was Evan not just in class but at an apprenticeship, and his assignments were all at a hospital. Gasp a hospital – you know a place where he’d likely enter the hospital Sbux or cafeteria. OMG what if one of the many nurses or med techs or HR women at the hospital dared speak to MY MAN?? I kind of wonder if that’s why he was the weirdo who’d spend his dinner breaks on the phone with Carlin sitting in his car!? Like to show her – I’m not talking to anyone besides you, I’m not even sitting with the other guys anywhere on a hospital campus where a nurse can dare smile at me . . . . Katie got married well after all this and apparently she’s been the jealous type since day 1 – checking Trav’s phone, getting pissed off if the drive thru woman at Sbux dares to say hi or smile at him etc. Makes you wonder . . . .

Every time they did something or submitted something to get the test scheduled, the schedulers would just magically put them at the back of the line?? Yeah right bro. My guess is they were told you need to do these 3 tests + submit these 3 paperwork things before we can schedule. They'd do 1, let 3 months pass, do another, call and be like - can we schedule - uh no, we still need the 4 outstanding things. And in their minds that spins to - these effin' medical assistant/schedulers just keep putting us at the back of the line. I also do wonder if they have really bad insurance or are doing this without insurance prior authorization or had to dr shop or something bc at one point someone called them to ask if they were "all set on payment." Uh how often have you ever been asked that if insured? If your insurance is the type that needs the prior authorization, they get that done. Sometimes these days they can tell you what your out of pocket will be at least ballpark if it's something big. IDK something about that didn't sound right to me. Uh hello - this girl obviously noticed that you had no troubles grabbing Sbux every hour, nor any problems heading to a beach vacation that same summer with Z&W, nor heading to Vegas for some clothing buyers event. So really did you NEED that much help? Could you have not spent $200 on a move in cleaning service? We never saw her again. More recently they invite some friends + Z&W over for dinner. Zach is putting together the griddle which is sitting in boxes when he arrives, and then the friend's husband slaves over the hot griddle making fried rice for all bc the manly man who needed the griddle couldn't be bothered!? Never saw that couple again. Evan invited some guy friend over from church to "help" put up his Christmas lights - meanwhile friend is doing most of the work, climbing on the roof etc. while Evan films and talks!? How much do we want to bet Evan didn't reciprocate the next day/weekend but going to that guy's house to put up lights. Never saw him again. The only non family place they go is church and pretty sure their rep has gotten around at church. Hello - friends are not free labor, no matter how much Gil grifted nor how much Evan's mommy and daddy told him that he was the handsomest oldest son ever of course EVERYONE wanted to help him . . . .

Well I mean Evan already announced a few weeks ago how much he LOVES being at the hospital as long as nothing bad is going on - he sees it as a chance to hang out and eat snacks. I mean they showed up in Z&W's room daily at noon leaving at 11 pm!? He even joked about staying over and that was with his effing SIL!? So unless they get really stern nursing staff who makes him leave at the end of daily visiting hours, yeah he is moving in for 5 days. I mean why is he going to be staying home - to toss some Doritos at the kids? That's what his mommy or babysitter or Michael are for. They are loser-ish enough with nothing to do that Whit's 48 hrs in the hospital gave them something to do by hanging out all day every day. How much do you want to bet Z&W do NOT return that favor? Maybe Whit stops by 1 time but I wouldn't be shocked if she didn't - but in any event I don't think Z&W are upsetting their kids' routine to go hang out with C&E all day every day. And guaranteed you won't see others either - though maybe G&K come for a photo opp? Maybe they can use this time to consider how everyone else has lives and likes their lives besides these 2 and maybe they should think about how they want to live moving forward. Afterall with 5 days to hang out all day every day with no screaming kids, should be lots of time to have deep and meaningful conversations. But they're not deep enough for that. Instead it'll be - where can we set up the ring light to get the perfect shot of Carlin giving Evan a crying hug if he is made to leave nightly or even if he goes home once to see the kids for an hour. Anyone know when Jackson's wedding is? Because they're doing this for 5 days + going to Jackson's wedding + going sightseeing/vacationing before or after the wedding + fixing to go on their annual camping trip [i.e. sit on the side of a roadside ditch for a few days eating Chick Fila and on their laptops the whole time bc hey Josie does it - except they appear to camp for real and enjoy it]. So 4 days later they are there themselves? I get it - free home cooked meals and babysitting but my god - what 28 yr old needs this much family time. And then someone (not C&E) posted it on TikTok where it got another 828k likes, 129k shares, and saved 63k times. They must be salivating. I mean this is the engagement they’ve dreamt off since Evan quit working. Jury is still out on what $ was made if any. It wasn’t a sponsored post and while IG has a reels $ program, where you can make 10k, 20k etc if your reel goes viral - turns out that program is invite only and IG stopped sending new invites last March. I have my doubts they’ve been in that program for the last 6 mos as this is their first viral reel. No $ on TikTok though some rando who shared it made $. If they aren't graduating with a gf/fiance but are religiously minded, they go on a 2 yr mission trip or take up a ministry job like Bobby did and while at said job, they focus hard on finding a wife. It isn't typically that hard bc everyone at church is dying to introduce their daughter/cousin/sister to the cute young single pastor. After the gf/fiance is locked up, they then use their connections to lock up a business job - under the guise of look this job is great but I won't be able to support my wife and kids on this. Bobby's dad is in a business job, so he likely had connections there, plus would've made connections with church guys. Not saying they end up being Fortune 500 CEOs but the southern good ole boy network always lands these guys in respectable middle/upper middle class careers like insurance, sales for a regional company, commercial real estate etc. And then they move on - have a wedding, have 2 kids, volunteer at church, coach their son's football, watch football on the weekends with a beer in hand. Like Bobby could've had a life he actually wanted with a wife he liked who liked him back!?

That worked out well for Joshie Duggar . . . though admittedly Bobby seems to really love dad life and Josh hated it; so maybe it is a joint decision that they'll get thru this marriage by having kids until Tori is in her 40s - meaning the last kid launches when they are in their 60s and life just goes by without them having to interact all that much with each other. Also effed up that Gil recently preached a sermon about how men cheat with the ugly secretary at work despite having a beautiful wife bc the beautiful wife doesn't give them respect . . . . Way to blame your own daughter while defending your son in law. I don't believe G&K don't know - I have a feeling they go to G&K's church in huge part so Gil can keep an eye on Bobby and his interactions at church [bc at work he works with all men plus bestie Kelton is there to oversee him]. I feel like even amongst the other conservative siblings - Erin and Michael - they didn't attend daddy's church post marriage.
