I’m sorry but the obsession with mommy and daddy Stewart is a bit much. They just visited last weekend with one of his sisters/BIL for their baby boy’s bday. So 4 days later they are there themselves? I get it - free home cooked meals and babysitting but my god - what 28 yr old needs this much family time. So the original dancing with daddy video got 3.4 million likes and 930k shares on IG - apparently it got picked up by bigger IG accounts. And then someone (not C&E) posted it on TikTok where it got another 828k likes, 129k shares, and saved 63k times. They must be salivating. I mean this is the engagement they’ve dreamt off since Evan quit working. Jury is still out on what $ was made if any. It wasn’t a sponsored post and while IG has a reels $ program, where you can make 10k, 20k etc if your reel goes viral - turns out that program is invite only and IG stopped sending new invites last March. I have my doubts they’ve been in that program for the last 6 mos as this is their first viral reel. No $ on TikTok though some rando who shared it made $. Apparently hasn’t occurred to these assholes that in 2-3 days millions of people have looked at their child. Millions of people have felt the need to share images of their child, and 63k people felt the need to save a video of their child. Sure it’s mostly conservative Christian mommies who’ll show it to daddy so he can act out the same thing with their toddler to have the perfect wedding day video. But hello is she not friends with Joy. Does she not get that out of these millions and particularly those who felt the need to save the video to watch repeatedly there ARE a % of Josh Duggars out there? Who cares if they’re inspired by the devil, they’re still getting their jollies off YOUR kid. But they don’t care - cha ching - either direct $ via IG or the chance of more ppl watching this weeks YT. To Evan this just validates his decision not to work bc social media is a job.

@BitterApple - I get it, but the way Whit said it on IG it almost sounded to me like Michael was like - what can I do for Z&W who just had baby #5, hey how about I watch Nos. 1-4 the first time they go to work. It didn't sound like it was going to be this whole family trip with Jeb, Jud, Callie, and Kelly. Like I assume it was just going to be Michael + 4 kids. But we all know Kelly - oh you're going to the zoo - here take Jeb and Jud and Callie off my hands too. And then Kelly probably got FOMO - I mean a BSB meeting going on and no one invited her + her whole household is going out someplace, well she can't stay home and cook dinner or clean. Part of me wonders if Layla is feral though. I feel like Z&W's kids are pretty well behaved as they have a ton of parental attention so it may not be a big deal for Michael to take them out - even Law takes them out sometimes. Maybe Layla is the kind of kid you only take if you can go 1:1 - not along with 4 others. And BTW has anyone noticed that parents of the year are leaning hard into - OMG Layla asked daddy to dance oh booohoooo Evan will be dancing with her at her wedding in no time, time is going so fast blah blah. And clearly they got a ton of IG attention bc then they did it 2 more times. I'm sorry but I 100% believe that Carlin is prompting that child to ask daddy to dance and then daddy is putting on a show bowing like a prince blah blah. Like kids play a game and then move onto the next game, they aren't likely asking daddy to play the same - dance with me like a prince - game nightly. Or if they do perish the thought we keep some stuff just for family and don't post it nightly . . . . They've got that kid performing like a trained seal. And did anyone notice that the dance moved from the playroom to now in front of the mirror and just looks more "scripted" bc Carlin sits somewhere to film it so that she doesn't ruin the shot by appearing in the 25 ft mirror. And oh yeah in the mirror you can see a freaking lighting rig - not the ring lights influencers use - but I'm talking a full rig that UPTV or Hollywood movie studios use. May just be me but my god giving this child ZERO normal education or age appropriate activities other than makeup and dancing like a princess + raising her to perform on command in front of your full studio - just does not seem like it'll have great effects long term. Like I can legit envision Layla having a toddler tantrum bc she doesn't want to dance with daddy or play with makeup today or whatever and Carlin standing over her being like - do you like our car, well we have to pay for our car, you're doing it.

Yeah I mean fundies are low self esteem weirdos - to them chatting with another woman = cheating. I mean Katie just said recently that she gets soooo jealous when other women DARE chat with HER man and she views it as "cheating" by Trav if he engages. You'd think she meant some woman at church is having a 20 min convo with Trav after services and Katie is getting huffy. Nope she meant if the drive thru girl at McDonalds or Sbux DARES to go beyond hi and gets into - what are you doing this weekend or nice weather huh, Katie will pull her hand up and be like UH I'm his WIFE🤣. You're in NJ babe, act like a bitch too often while showing up at the same Sbux daily and guess what someone will "accidentally" sneeze or spit in your coffee. But in any event ever since he arrived on the scene I have NEVER understood why a guy like Bobby marries a girl he clearly does not like who clearly also did not like him/wasn't a good match and just saw him as a ticket out of G&K's house. Only explanations I can come up with - either he was a massive dick at PCC [and there are Reddit ppl who say he was an entitled asshole in college] so he was having no luck with the ladies and needed Kelton to introduce him. OR he had zero self esteem and was hanging with Kelton 24-7 who has had his life planned out since prob 9th grade. So when Kelton was getting engaged etc, Bobby panicked and was like OMG what if I can't find anyone, introduce me to any of Josie's sisters, I don't care, I can learn to love her . . . . Bc it isn't uncommon for conservative southern guys to be in Bobby's position. They don't want sex before marriage so they marry as quick as possible after college. If they aren't graduating with a gf/fiance but are religiously minded, they go on a 2 yr mission trip or take up a ministry job like Bobby did and while at said job, they focus hard on finding a wife. It isn't typically that hard bc everyone at church is dying to introduce their daughter/cousin/sister to the cute young single pastor. After the gf/fiance is locked up, they then use their connections to lock up a business job - under the guise of look this job is great but I won't be able to support my wife and kids on this. Bobby's dad is in a business job, so he likely had connections there, plus would've made connections with church guys. Not saying they end up being Fortune 500 CEOs but the southern good ole boy network always lands these guys in respectable middle/upper middle class careers like insurance, sales for a regional company, commercial real estate etc. And then they move on - have a wedding, have 2 kids, volunteer at church, coach their son's football, watch football on the weekends with a beer in hand. Like Bobby could've had a life he actually wanted with a wife he liked who liked him back!?

Been watching the whole thing play out on Reddit and wow - Tori must be stunned that all this came out. I mean they moved in March 2019 and while there was a reddit post buried someplace from 2 members of that church/school, no one made a big deal of it. So they could spin it as - oh we missed home, first kid, he needed to make $, wanted to work with bestie [though at that time it was bestie's uncle's co. bc Kelton didn't start his biz until almost a yr later] and all was forgotten . . . . I wonder who in the family knew. I assume G&K and she may have told Erin, but as of yesterday EVERYONE knows - Carlin, Katie, etc. and are all judging. Does explain a lot. I mean he was NEVER interested in her, even a little bit; she was just loud and obnoxious and not his type when they were courting but he just needed to lock up a wife and was like NBD I'll just do life with bestie Kelton. He didn't consider that he wouldn't live with Kelton and Kelton would eventually be consumed by his own wife and fam and then when he was by himself with his annoying wife in Nashville, it took him all of 2 seconds to cheat. I question whether he hopped all the way in the sack with woman #2 of his life or if it was more getting way too friendly with the single moms, maybe some texts, maybe a kiss - and the church decided to nip it in the bud and "suggest" he move on. Also explains why they have a baby yearly + Tori has calmed the hell down. I mean in this cult anything a man does is a woman's fault. So if he doesn't like loud and boisterous, you change. And a baby supposedly fixes all, give him a baby per year and he won't possibly stray. That worked out well for Joshie Duggar . . . though admittedly Bobby seems to really love dad life and Josh hated it; so maybe it is a joint decision that they'll get thru this marriage by having kids until Tori is in her 40s - meaning the last kid launches when they are in their 60s and life just goes by without them having to interact all that much with each other. Also effed up that Gil recently preached a sermon about how men cheat with the ugly secretary at work despite having a beautiful wife bc the beautiful wife doesn't give them respect . . . . Way to blame your own daughter while defending your son in law. I don't believe G&K don't know - I have a feeling they go to G&K's church in huge part so Gil can keep an eye on Bobby and his interactions at church [bc at work he works with all men plus bestie Kelton is there to oversee him]. I feel like even amongst the other conservative siblings - Erin and Michael - they didn't attend daddy's church post marriage.

If you're adept at reading ultrasounds, what does Josie's new baby look like boy or girl? Odd to me that she posted such close ups on IG. Though maybe she posted them only bc any dick is nicely tucked away so ppl won't know if they're looking at a girl or a boy hiding the dick?

Honestly about $2000 per month for C&E on YT sounds about right given the well known YT $ metrics out there. At their level of followers, they'd make about $5 per 100k views. These days they eke out about 100k views for their YT videos; 4 videos per month at $500 per video = roughly $2000 per month. Great extra money, but not exactly what someone gives up a salaried electrician job with paid healthcare and retirement benefits for. Though I guess they'd say so what if it's only $2000 on YT, there's more from IG and BSB. IDK if Katie makes more - though they do have way more engagement and better ads - but damn that must REALLY piss C&E off. I mean K&T are already rich to begin with as I'm pretty sure Trav is getting a weekly/monthly check from his family's school and now they are making 5x the money on social media too - damn. Well now we understand the desperation to keep up with Katie and Trav. So Evan "plays" golf mostly at Top Golf and a few times we've seen him at really crappy public courses or frankly places that look like a high school field being used as a driving range when school isn't in session and he needs brand new custom clubs for this "hobby"? How often is he really even playing and as with everything, I'm guessing this hobby will be done by next year - if not sooner. [I mean it's fun so I'm giving it a year - the griddle was work and responsibility so that was done in about 2 wks.] So I take it money is getting tight? Bc shilling for a gambling app, really? I mean I know Evan is not fundie but I think all conservative Christians think gambling is from the devil, it's an addiction etc. Just last week Evan goes on about how he personally doesn't drink - but gambling is ok?? You can't exactly explain away gambling like Kelly did for dancing when Carlin wanted a first dance at the wedding and Kelly was all like - oh ballroom dancing isn't the one from the devil, it's soooo classy . . . . And Gil went along with it though he prob didn't like it. Gil must really be having a - come to Jesus, who did I marry my daughters off to - type of moment now. I mean Kelly is fine with anything as long as there is $$$ for vacations, Sbux, and made up BSB photo shoots and she can tag along. But Gil seems to be the one in the family still clinging to their teachings. And they can't even spin it as - that slots app is just for fun - bc that app allows you to gamble real $ and even part of their shill was you could win a $2000 cruise. EDITED - Carlin is taking IG questions and just said she has a date for her 5 day EEG. Didn't say when.

M&B do seem "instant obedience" to me and I feel that's what they may do with their own kid if they had one but IDK I also feel like they are loving and structured enough that they wouldn't NEED to do the instant obedience thing. I feel like Jim Bob/Michelle and Gil/Kelly put the blanket training/instant obedience into play bc let's be real they didn't want to really deal with their children; yet they had to deal with the first half dozen or so bc there were no older sisters yet old enough to raise the rest. So instant obedience was a way to beat a kid into submission. And then when the sisters took over they carried it on bc hey these aren't their kids, they are children themselves resenting having to raise a dozen younger siblings so this just makes it easier. Michael/Brandon OTOH seem to genuinely love kids, want to teach them etc. so IDK I don't feel they'd need to resort to threatening them. I mean even Brandon. These aren't HIS nieces/nephews - if his wife needs a kid fix, she can go do activities with them and he doesn't need to. Yet when Michael invites them over, Brandon is equally involved. At any family gathering, Brandon has 1-2 kids glued to his side - often Bobby's older son and Erin's older daughter. And he seems to enjoy teaching them and is just as structured at his wife. A few yrs ago there was a solar eclipse so the family gathered to watch and Brandon is the one that is into astronomy and I think has a few specialized cameras and he was explaining to the kids what was going to happen, then showing them pics after. Being feral a few of the kids made a grab for his pricey camera and he was very elementary school teacher as he was like - no don't touch, look right here on the screen and you can see the sun/moon.

Half a dozen kids + a handyman husband without a steady income + no idea how they’ll buy a home or what state they’ll be living in in a yr or 2, but by all means let’s play hobby farmer with goats, chickens, pigs and wherever else. I’m sure feeding these animals and now building them secure shelter is entirely cost free. 🙄 Of course if you’re going to keep animals you must feed and shelter them properly - and it’s insane they’ve thus far just rolled the dice with coyotes, bears, and bobcats. But maybe you don’t NEED animals until you’re more financially settled yourself??

In addition to raising her own siblings, Michael was a nanny for a few yrs pre marriage for another family. I think she has a good idea about how to keep kids occupied but provide structure and unlike G&K when they’re in her care - she doesn’t let kids wander aimlessly acting feral. Early on when they moved back to Knox, they had Callie, Jeb, Jud and whatever grandkids were old enough over for an afternoon in the fall. The activity was making caramel apples. Brandon was keeping sweet but like any 20 something yr old guy was like great - sticky hands all over my walls and windows. And yet there was none of that bc Michael was so orderly and laid down the rules with the kids - one kid at a time would go to Michael and dip their apple and once done it goes on this cookie sheet and they are not to touch it again and once all kids are done, we all go play in the leaves or whatever for 45 min until the caramel hardens. And feral Jeb/Jud cooperated fully bc they wanted to do the activity + I have a sense they realize Michael means business and if they dick around she wouldn’t hesitate to cancel the activity and her/Brandon would give a sermon on obeying your elders.

She's really leaning into this 2nd parent BS for Jeb and Jud - second time she's said it in as many weeks. We know we know, you're ready to be done with children and are ready to pawn them off on anyone and everyone. Addie/Ellie are grown and they'll be gone in the next 2-4 yrs anyway as soon as a man comes along. Callie is younger but looks like Law and Tiff will finish raising her. So that leaves Jeb and Jud. Lets be real Jeb and Jud probably consider Michael/Brandon their FIRST parents since they're always with them + now Michael's inlaws their second parents. How sad to even say that your sons think of their oldest sister's husband's parents as their second parents - when they have 2 perfectly healthy albeit useless parents of their own at home. Hopefully Michael and Brandon's mom work on some homeschooling with those two and some manners as well bc as of a few years ago they were starting to see feral. Wonder if that's why Kelly pawned them off to Michael anyway - she didn't want to deal with pre teen boys, manners etc. so Michael can raise them until they're teens and then hand them off to Warden/Trace to complete their man/contractor etc. training.

Like what though - stay home and homeschool their kid who was starting "school" that same day? Lol. Stay home and cook for the kids - lol no. As for BSB, I imagine it's pretty much closed and/or not doing all that much for the rest of the year as Whit is out. I mean I thought it was telling that they kept screaming LAST WAREHOUSE sale and we were all like last until when? In one of the IGs Carlin said it was the last until Whit comes back . . . . So yeah C&E ain't stepping up there. I assume Zach will go back in the next few weeks to oversee employees and C&E will stop by once in a while but that party party element is now on maternity leave. This week must be ROUGH for them and I'm guessing they are having a hard week. I mean after the go go go excitement of vacation, 9 hr drive from vacation, straight to BSB sale, straight to days in the hospital with Whit - it's now all over and all quiet. And note how while they pushed themselves into the hospital with Z&W, they haven't seen them/visited in the last week at all as clearly Z&W are making clear this is family time, newborn photoshoot time etc. for THEM. The let down for C&E this week must be very real. Super quiet week on IG; I assume we'll see a few clips of the kids with the requisite "awww these are the best days of our lives" BS. I assume they'll pop in the Tesla for a week in Nashville any day now.

Not to mention I think Tori was doing homeschool for Erin and Zach's kids when she herself had 1-2 kids max. I think it's a bit different now - someone with 4 kids of their own who is pregnant yearly is likely not taking on homeschooling anyone else's kids. I'm not watching but you know it's bad when their Reddit leghumpers are giving C&E side eye on their "go go go" FOMO. Apparently they returned from the beach trip late on Friday night and then dragged the kids out to the BSB sale the next morning - which is why the girl was sleeping in a drawer/bin at the store?! Didn't feed the kids breakfast/lunch bc they were eating handfuls of cake/cupcakes at the shop. And then the ridiculousness continued at Whit's birth. They apparently spent all day every day at the hospital!? So I guess whatever little homeschooling they did on those first few days of school was 15 min made for camera every day bc they had to run off to the hospital 🙄. They'd apparently show up with "breakfast" for Z&W at noon and then stay all damn day - ordering pizza at night to keep the party going!? One day Michael shows up with dinner with Z&W and to visit their kid and guess what - C&E STILL haven't gone home!? I imagine Z would have no trouble telling C&E to leave if Whit wasn't feeling well but hot damn give people some space. I mean maybe Z&W would've just enjoyed some hours alone between visitors like Michael and Tori stopping by for a reasonable 45 min here and there; I mean the woman just pushed out a kid and they're going home to a litter of other kids - maybe some moments/hours alone would've felt good to Z&W. They def can't read the room bc their own need to "party party" comes first. Like with Katie - they did the same thing of being at the hospital all day every day. Katie apparently acted thrilled and like she "needed" them but then on the drive home Trav spilled the tea that Katie hadn't been feeling well, needed an iron infusion and then blood transfusion, had been in a lot of pain the whole time but when her fam was around she'd turn it on and then when they'd leave for a Sbux run she'd crash. So Trav was basically going on about how Katie needed to get in bed and rest as soon as they got home etc. Talk about making everything about what C&E need even someone else's birth . . . .

Wow they've only been in Fla for 8-9 mos and are already talking about moving back. I had to go back and look and it looks like they only moved last Dec. I imagine a LOT of reality has hit them in the faces in 8 mos. It's very possible that they moved thinking this new church family would somehow bless them with a house and now they're realizing that won't be happening. If they stay in Fla and keep renting a more expensive house, it makes it that much harder to save to buy a home - which will necessarily be more expensive in Fla than in Rocky Top. And all of this is going on with a smaller income bc it sounds like Chad is just getting fewer jobs in Fla. I believe these 2 don't watch/own a TV and they don't exactly seem like finance news readers to me, so they may not even realize that $ is just drying up for the kind of services that Chad provides. Sure big contractors everywhere are booked solid, but ultimately unlicensed guys like Chad or Trace aren't getting jobs for 10-20k+; they rely on jobs where some relative of some sweet church friend has saved up 1-3k and has decided they really don't like their kitchen floors or whatever. People have less money laying around for those types of things now - they've been paying higher food + gas prices for over a yr; fiscal stimulus money is long gone; student loan repayments come back in 1-2 mos; and people have resumed traveling, dining out etc. so they may be willing to live with their ugly flooring or paint jobs bc they'd rather go to the beach with their fam this summer. I mean there was a fair amount of commentary re Trace and how his kid's nursery furniture just looks cheap - I don't think that's shocking as I think Trace is not bringing in a ton of $, just like Chad isn't. Trace and Warden are also big on posting on social media when they're working on a job - and there has been very little for months. They always considered their landlord in Tenn a sweet friend and were soooo sad to leave. I wouldn't be surprised if they're keeping in touch, asking him to let them know when the house comes up for rent again and then we'll hear - we prayed and the lord is leading us back to Tenn . . . . IDK how they'd make that house work with 6 kids. But I can see them making a deal with the landlord to add on a new room in exchange for free rent for months. Or coming up with some ridiculous plan like - by the time Carson is 11, he's old enough to live in a trailer or tiny home on the property parked right up against the house and his brother can join him a few yrs later bc he'll have his 8 yrs older brother looking out for him.

Let's be honest, in this fam/cult all the dads pick all the boys names bc they are actually excited and they actually care for boys. For girls, they don't give two shits as they just look at it as another mouth to feed until she goes off with her headship in 18 yrs, so whatever the mom can pick whatever cutesy monstrosity of a name she likes. I mean the grandsons in this fam are named Bradley, Charles, Robert (Kade), William, Rhett. The granddaughters OTOH Khole, Kacie, Lexi, Zoey, Maci, Willow, Hazel [I know Willow and Hazel are real names but still hardly serious names], Everly, Cambree. I mean there are some exceptions - Charlotte got a real name, while Kolter and Ryker got made up monstrosities. But by and large the males get traditional important names bc they will need to be manly men out there in the world getting business for their plumbing companies or whatever. And these two are so divorced from the world it's amazing. They can't start calling Carson Charles, why exactly? The boy doesn't go to school, doesn't play sports; who is he seeing besides his 5 siblings and 20 person church cult? This isn't like he has to correct 8000 classmates and teammates re his name. And even if he did, kids do it all the time. I had a classmate who went from Andrew to Drew in the middle of his senior yr of high school bc he had been considering it for a long time and wanted to graduate HS and go out into the world as Drew. He told his best friends and his teachers, once they started calling him Drew - classmates/acquaintances caught on real quick. This kind of thing happens with kids, what's the big deal!? Haven't watched it but per Reddit - apparently in the YT they say Chad is working a lot but it's "tricky." They're vague about it but me thinks he's finding that being an unlicensed, not bonded or insured contractor in Fla is a challenge, esp in a new place where they don't have a large community of "sweet friends" who need to reno a kitchen or bathroom. And then apparently CHAD says they're open to moving back to Tenn - if that's where God leads blah blah. Super interesting. I do wonder if the cost of living of Fla vs. rural Tenn is hitting him. Harder to find work + paying more for housing + if they ever want to buy a house it'll be harder in Fla than in Rocky Top.

If it helps you, Carlin and Evan did some fake "interview" IG reel yesterday where this child's 25 yr old mother says her name and then says "did I say that [i.e. MY OWN NAME] weird?" And then goes on about how she thinks Carlin Stewart is hard to say. And then Evan goes on about how Carlin says he says her name wrong. Uh yeah so these two are educating this child . . . . I mean by 3.5 yrs old don't you teach their kid their own name + nickname? I feel like at 3.5 kids definitely say - my name is Buddy, my real name is Michael Andrew Smith, but I like Buddy better. I understand they don't always know mom or dad or grandpas names bc often when asked they'll say dad's name is daddy. But how hard would it be to teach Layla that Sissy is just her nickname!? That kid is so behind and they don't even realize it. I mean even still when she speaks you can't realize understand a lot of it - which by 3.5 isn't a problem for most kids usually. It's horrifying that these two are educating this child. Of course today's education seemed to be Evan singing along to some DVD re how strong their God is. That's all well and good but isn't that what church is for? Shouldn't there be some other learning going on the rest of the week? But hey I guess picturing her at that mini desk is better than earlier in the week where the child was taking video of Evan and Carlin who had to model Cuts clothing together . . . . Looks like Michael and Brandon are over for dinner tonight and either Michael brought the meal or came to Carlin's and cooked - but either way homemade dinner for these two. I'm actually surprised they don't have Michael/Brandon over more for these types of reasons . . . . Not suggesting Michael should have to do this but I feel like she would cook for her niece and nephew rather than just bring over a bag of CFA.

Not planning to watch but Law/Tiff seem confused re the concept of vlogging. They just released a - OMG we were in Germany/Netherlands - YT. I saw the thousand posts on IG pushing for views. Then I’m like hmm it’s August, neither Germany or the Netherlands should be so cold that Law needs a puffer coat. Cue pics of Tiff in a winter coat with a scarf and gloves. Do they think this drives views to be like - hey 6 mos ago, we went to x? Are they soooo busy they can’t get a YT up in under 6 mos? Do they think people wait with bated breath to see what they were doing last winter?!

So that's going to be this girl's schooling - coloring pics of fruit and school buses (the other day)? Oh and Carlin doing a flashcard with her on the letter I and then telling her school was all done at 12:50 pm; I realize preschool isn't a full day thing but IDK I don't imagine PK in that home starts at 8 am either. I bet they start at 10 when they roll out of bed and realize it's a weekday. I mean let's be real Carlin's been too busy living Whit's life the last 2 days. Hanging out at the hospital before during and after birth. Then at the hospital again this morning to bring them breakfast. Sorry but someone who was actually trying to run a homeschool situation wouldn't be peacing out to bring their SIL and brother breakfast at 930 when they just had kid #76. Like sorry they have done this before they don't need that much help. And if you cared that much, you could always uber eats breakfast to them. And Evan looks like a lame ass as usual. Texting Whit during labor that the "waiting room be bussin bussin" - w a pic of him, Warden and G&K. Uh first off - you look like a douchebag bc I don't think you know what that actually means. Secondly you continue to look like a loser with FOMO - and lol what isn't more exciting for a man than sitting in a waiting room waiting for his SISTER IN LAW to push. Like I'm sorry but what real man even cares about his BIL/SIL's baby beyond the - oh I'm happy for them, so cute?? But he did the same thing with Katie too - not only went and stayed there for weeks but then also left their own kids with someone else bc EVAN had to be sitting in the waiting room as if this birth somehow involved him!? Really though he just can't stand the thought of being bored at home with his own kids when he could be where the "excitement" is - in this case excitement being OMG Warden is there to talk to; G&K; snacks OMG!!

Someone remind me - how early in pregnancy can you find out the sex now? Kid is due in March so if she's 2-3 mos along, is that long enough to know? Somehow I find it VERY hard to believe they don't know. IDK they are OBSESSED with all things pregnancy, can't understand any of the medical details of it even with their higher risk scenario, but they understand boy vs. girl - so I can see them leaning into the boy vs. girl thing and just not sharing. FWIW the Websters' reveals have gone really badly and they may be trying to avoid that. I mean for Maci, Alyssa could not hide her disappointment and John was like - whatever I don't give a $hit. With the boy there was Alyssa's famous - haha I can favor him and if the girls complain I can tell him that's how boys get treated. I could 1000% see the same with J&K. If it's a girl - neither will be able to contain their disappointment, Kelton won't even try to contain it. If it is a boy, 100% certain both would say something about how much more blessed they are now with a son blah blah. Though it'd still be better than A&J bc Willow is only 4. You can say certain stuff in front of a 4 yr old and they don't truly get it; Alyssa had no trouble saying she'd favor a boy in front of an 8 yr old who 100% understood what was being said. If this one isn't a boy, pressure is on. I don't think Kelton will rest until he gets 2 sons. That means pressure is on to get boys with pregnancies nos. 4 and 5, and if that doesn't happen - then I think the road lengthens to maybe 6 or 7 kids. As @BitterApple says - Kelton is someone who 100% sticks to his planned vision of life and I can't imagine his planned vision of life did not include a few sons, given that he came from a household with a majority of sons and his brother/father/son relationships seem to be important to him. Plus he's building a business he needs to pass down.

I take it as code for - the drs were explaining it in layman’s terms as they do for everyone but I had no clue what they were saying so I batted my eyelashes at my brilliant plumber headship and turns out he was equally clueless but we can’t admit that. So it’s easier to go with - the drs don’t know (or Carlin’s fave - drs don’t do anything anyway) (or John fave - they use SUCH big words, they say it’s x, so they say but what do they know it’s in God’s hands). It’s alarming to see these people navigate healthcare. The females have been raised too stupid to understand anything bc they’d be in the care of genius headships who’d navigate the world for them. But turns out the headships are no better and don’t even have high school level comprehension and logic skills - so they can’t take in info and say - dr I have question, does this mean x or y? So then they turn to what they know best - god speak. While it sounds like it’s possible to monitor all the way to make sure the antibodies aren’t attacking too many of the baby’s red blood cells and causing problems - IDK sounds not worth it when you already have a couple kids.

Do tell - I hadn't heard this detail before. KELTON controls whether Josie gets an epidural?? Not the woman laboring?? Damn I wouldn't be having any of his babies, let alone 5 of them. But then again I also wouldn't marry that douchebag and think he's ALL THAT bc OMG he's got a business. While I'm sure she judges her business partner secretly for prioritizes travel over making babies, there is NO way she isn't a little jealous here - come on to be 24 and saddled with 3 kids!? But for Kelton and her cult upbringing, I could have seen her going to college, getting a business degree, working for a company gaining experience, and then starting a biz doing something more sophisticated than hair and selling barrettes. Frankly I could see her at a company in marketing doing software sales and the like if she was born into a different fam. If he was a normal not brainwashed human, you'd think with the trauma his family endured he'd be the type who'd tell his gf/fiance/wife very early on that's he up for zero babies until they're at least age 30+ and feel that clock ticking and then they'll go to a big medical center and under the care of an experienced dr have one and then if that goes well MAYBE 2 and that's it. I mean they could do the same thing at age 25 or 28 or whatever but he only lost his mother around age 13 - to then find his wife 5 yrs later when she was only 14, rush to the altar 5 yrs after that and have a baby 9 mos later!? Uh I guess these people don't believe in healing and time. But for all we know they see it as - Kelton's mother passed doing what she was meant to do - have babies. So the talk on Reddit is that whatever blood disorder Josie has is not as simple as rH factor but something more complicated, for which there is no prevention, and it affects that baby [IDK if it's harmful to the mother or not]. Apparently that's why Hazel ended up in NICU and was lucky to only have jaundice. But babies can end up with worse things like heart failure!? And apparently it is/may be progressive - like worse for future pregnancies than for earlier ones. Uh??? What's the deal having another baby then? Whatever happens - it's the baby's destiny not ours!?

I’d imagine even if it is a boy, he’ll need a brother in 2-3 yrs. Not only bc fundies believe that a boy raised with all girls could turn out gay but also bc Kelton is one of 3 boys and makes a big deal re brothers. And clearly Kelton is looking to replicate his family - I mean it doesn’t take a genius to figure out he wants 5 bc he’s one of 5. Josie is only 24 so I’m sure Kelton’s concession is - pregnancies are tough on you, no sweat, we can space it out and have one every 3 yrs instead of 2. But I’ve always had the vibe his way goes in that fam so Josie is pushing out 5 whether she likes it or not.

Pregnant . . . shocker . . . .

While it was all well and cute to make a reel with "we should bring the grandparents next time" reality is they never brought the grandparents for vacation help - it was always the siblings. They leached onto the grandparents' vacations and then relied on his sisters/nieces or Addie/Ellie/Callie to deal with the kids while they were out getting ice cream at 10 pm or taking 1000 pics of themselves. But the vacations they chose to take were with either Z&W or K&T. I mean bringing Kelly to help - lol. Reality is their party party buddies - Katie and Whit - have moved on. K&T are totally devoted to Hailey and I think just aren't interested in going on vacation where E&C the whole time will be like - come on let's do a midnight ice cream run, Hailey can just sleep in the car seat blah blah. But I think Katie is still a good aunt who cares so I can see her being the one being like - Layla nooooo you can't be that close to the ocean without an adult or Zade you're so burnt, let me put sunscreen on you; she prob doesn't want to feel obligated to 2 more kids. I feel like Whit has ZERO interest in doing any of this for Carlin's kids given that she has a litter of her own that she is now invested in spending time with. I mean it's super clear that Z&W work with C&E but then also want vacations FROM them, not WITH them. I still recall the time where after a work day, Carlin was pestering Z&W to come out on date night and Whit looked HORRIFIED - like I can't spend one more minute with you two - as she made an excuse about getting back to the kids. Or the time where they wrapped up work early so Whit was like I'm going to go to the new house and get some painting done, Carlin followed, did nothing to help - was affirmatively like stepping in paint and tracking it thru the house - and Z&W basically were ignoring her. I also feel like grifting is likely an issue too. I mean Evan himself boasts about when he stays with his parents it's a free weekend - free food, lodging, and hell he'll line up behind his sisters at Sbux so they'll buy for him. I 100% expect Evan would expect Trav to pick up a lot of the tab on a vacation bc hell he's rich. And with Z&W I can TOTALLY see a scenario where when it's C&E's day to provide lunch, everyone gets an uncrustable and a bag of doritos and yet when Z&W provide meals, Evan expects pizza on the boardwalk for lunch and a sit down dinner at night. I'm sure Z&W give their kids junk but it's only C&E who seem to think that bags of chips are meals!? Whit even said when they were in SC that the kids favorite thing daily was pizza for lunch on the boardwalk. I highly doubt Evan would be up for providing 5 days worth of pizza. LOVED the IGs yesterday. Layla starting her day sitting in the bathroom eating potato chips and ending her day laying on the beach with Doritos while Zade had a bag of muffins; you can tell it was the end of the day bc the sun was getting low. Most parents of young kids would be like - we need to get the kids off the beach by 5 pm, get back to the hotel, get everyone cleaned up, and hit up dinner by 6 pm. But C&E - nope - here Layla chow down on some Doritos. There's no way that kid isn't uncomfortable - even his back looked red yesterday. Most people go on vacation and allow their kids way more snacks and ice cream bc it's a special treat. I've def seen people at Disney World give their kids Oreos for breakfast and be like - do not get used to this, you are never getting this at home. In this case these two should have found a diner near their hotel and go there 2x/day and get their kids a meat + vegetable - that'd be a treat. But nope - clearly they were economizing and hit up a Walmart and got a few boxes of uncrustables and convenience packs of muffins and chips.

While Layla sits in the bathroom eating potato chips while getting ready. Sour cream and onion chips for breakfast - WOW - she really is their 21 yr old frat bro, not their 3 yr old child. And when Layla asks should I put this on my legs - Carlin says no you don't need it. Even Carlin's arms yesterday looked bright red. Interesting that only your countenance can burn. And btw isn't it the OTHER kid who is always red and crispy looking? Acting like full time parents with 2 kids on vacation appears to be going great . . . .

He's such a helpless, lazy moron, not wonder he wants to move back to mommy and daddy - where he'll stop by mommy's home 5 nights/wk for dinner and daddy will be there to take care of his house and do things like replacing his propone tank. Dude is leaving the store with a propane tank that feels light and instead of swapping it out with one that feels heavier or asking a store person if this one is full etc., he just takes the light one and oops it's empty. So then he LEAVES the burgers on the grill as he drives back to the store and get a new tank and hook it up. Uh and it's a griddle with no cover so they burgers are just sitting out there - hope no birds pooped from above. Dude you DO have a stove and an oven inside. Most people would take the burgers off the griddle and finish them indoors in a pan, eat, and THEN deal with the griddle/gas tank!? Also interesting how cooking isn't cheaper for them - just shows how 100% understocked their home is. He's going on and on about how they can go to Five Guys cheaper than buying beef, buns, ketchup, mustard tomatoes. IDK if anyone has been to Five Guys lately but a burger for an adult will be at min $10 and prob $6-7 off the kids menu - so $27 for just him and Carlin and Layla before another $5-7 worth of fries plus whatever sodas cost. Uh Evan usually you can buy 2 lb of ground beef for about $10 and a pack of buns for $5. Difference is in most homes run by adults - no one is buying ketchup, mustard, tomatoes every time they do a burger night bc adults HAVE that stuff on hand. But then this is the couple who had the friends come cook fried rice when they first bought the griddle and they had to buy SALT. What home has no salt!? We're not talking organic saffron from India that you may not buy unless a recipe calls for it!? It's been what 1-2 wks with the griddle - Carlin has said before he has cooked 7-8 times but now Evan has announced he doesn't want to cook anymore . . . it's too stressful. So that was a fun couple weeks. Only saw parts of the video, but it ends with him at Smoothie King buying a $12 acai bowl and handing Layla a $5 smoothie. Back to normal . . . . And on a different note, are they allergic to putting sunscreen on their kids? The boy's arms and legs constantly look burnt - not even just at the beach but just normally around Knox - and now even moreso at the beach. Carlin has posted a pic of his arm once going awwww tan lines - as I was like uh that's sunburn you idiot. Do they think it's a good idea long term for anyone to get burnt routinely starting at age ONE!? What am I saying - long term - lol.
