Just catching up, like EVERYONE else , so surprised that Lee tapped all ready, I thought he was all set up to be caching lots of fish. I don't think they even mentioned his raft again. I wonder if he was recruited on be on the show (didn't someone say his brother (?) has a TV reality show). It seems like he had good skills but didn't really prepare by gaining some weight before hand. He should have spent 18 hours straight fishing instead of building but I guess he really thought the fish would come. When Ann saw that giant bull moose, I said out loud "how are you going to handle that?" She needed to focus on the small food, like that older lady from previous season that lived on the berry leather. I like Alan from BC and his attitude about ethical hunting and not disrupting the land too much. I like his Teepee and that is how first nation people made their shelters so their must be some way to protect the opening on top once it rains/shows, I think it is a smart structure. I didn't catch how Cade made the tips for his arrow, just by sharpening the wood tip? I can't believe in 1 week he wouldn't have waked past where he had dropped it, how far away from his camp was he? I call BS on that. I like how Luke planned ahead, custom making his gators so he could use them for drying berries. At first I thought it seemed set up but then I realized a trail cam set up is motion activated so ya you better watch our what you are doing when you walk out of your tent in the morning 😄. Both of them made some serious rookie mistakes like not marking their trail but mostly losing their cool/borderline panic which seriously hindered their thinking. If you watch the time clock a few hours did go by, but they were definitely focusing on him loosing his shit.

I guess when he got his damn self lost he kind of proved Cade's point about how hard it is to find his quiver in that environment, however I think both of them should be embarrassed at how the first sign of adversity they panicked. (that is how the editing showed it anyways) But he didn't seem to panic, not that they showed anyways. He seems like the kind of person that would just eat burnt fish. His canoe was beautiful!! I don't remember a season when it was such a food vs shelter group, or maybe that is the way they are editing it. I liked Wyatt ("Freedom" yell aside / Canadians will know the reference) he is familiar with the landscape like Lee. Considering Taz is from Brazil I think he will go far. I loved his house in Mass. I also loved Melanie's house in NY state, although she just is a player in survival. I used to pee out side of my tent (sorry TMI) but then once on a guided kayaking trip they said don't do that because the smell will attract animals so I'm no sure that is a good idea,

I just went and read Lee's bio so I am all in, Lee for the win!, and I haven't even seen more then half the other contestants lol! I need to go rewatch the part on how he made his fishing rod, he said he copied some other contestant's design from a prev year? Did Lee have to bring something special to make it? Why doesn't everyone make one, or does it come down to choice of your items you are allowed to bring?

yes they have similar skill levels. I had picked JB to win last year because I could tell he was willing to really suffer and do whatever it took to win. I think the prize money really meant a lot to him. Lee has the skills and temperament to win, but he already is a business owner so I don't know how much pain he is willing to go through just to win. He will go far because he has his net set up already. Once it gets into winter, I don't know how long he can last because of his low body weight. Unless he is just as good a hunter as he is a fisherman.

I believe Woniya was indigenous. I can't remember her but now that I think of it the winner from last year (whose name I forget) was an Indigenous person from Mexico or partly at least. (if I remember correctly but obviously my memory not great!)

No kidding, has he ever watched he show? I agree, Has there ever been an indigenous person on the show before? he has lots of different skills and life experience. He has no extra weigh though, but I think with his net he will have a lot of fish coming in for a long while. At least this year they are allowed to use nets right away. The time clock made it look like about an hour or so, but that isn't very long. Hmmmm obviously not busy enough, the PCPD not able to get any of that evidence against Esme. Sam's pool outfit made me laugh because I remember when she was with Jason, I honestly believed she was flat chested. A lot ff today, I really can't stand Curtis. I am glad Jordan finally stood up for herself. I wasn't really a fan of Jordan's look but today she looked fantastic. Did they change her hairstyle or something. How much longer does GH have before they have to go into reruns? The strike has been about a month now right? I think I have just about had it with these dumb storylines. I can take a certain amount of crazy soap stories....multiple marriages, return from dead, scheming, lying, cheating etc (wasn't into aliens or devils so I guess bad writing has been around awhile) but I can't take boring repetitive writing in storylines that don't go anywhere. The only reason it seems I am hanging on is for the giant cute baby. I was away all week and didn't miss watching it and apparently didn't miss a thing. Now with the nice weather it might be time to finally tap out of GH or ease out until the strike ends up pulling the final plug. Certainly no offense to anyone here, this forum has kept me watching GH longer then they really deserve.
