Did anyone see the dog case yesterday? The owners of the dog that bit were claiming as best as I could tell that the plaintiff's dog had a a "bad reputation" in the building because it stands on its hind legs. As well as it was the plaintiff's fault he did not get his dog off the street when he saw their dog coming out of the building. Add to that the girl hissing answering instructions to her cousin it was one case where the defendant should have received the judges's nastiest demeanor however they did not.

You get to a point in your life where you think okay I lost my mom, my dad and my mother-in-law my father-in-law had quit smoking, was taking car of himself then had discovered a lesion on his liver had a biopsy on a Tuesday and died on Sunday. Seriously a punch in the gut. Then my niece who lived with him was taken to her Father's home in Iowa the same day. Fortunately she seems really happy and her dad and stepmom are keeping in touch with us. Not a great April. I love you guys and you all helped me get through tough times! I would have gone crazy without you all! Thank you! Back to the audience those girls really distracted me completely from the episode.
