I've been wondering if what Kim is dealing with is not so much trauma but rather a lot of guilt and blaming herself for what happened. She may emerge as a new person with a new image but as far as surgery? I doubt it. One of the big Kim superfan sites said hat selfie that Caitlyn posted was taken when Caitlyn went to visit her after Kings birthday party which was very recent. Other than no makuep her face didnt look different as if she had some type of major surgery she would have to be hidden from showing and she already lost a lot of weight so I cant see her body being changed drastically enough that it would require surgery. They were just discussing Kim on The View and they all think her "hiding" is something as not just giving her the opportunity to come back with a new persona but also the longer she stays away, the more demand there will be for a first interview.

The sound is a little fuzzy but if you listen carefully to the video of his rant the other night he does say "our kids never even played together". I too have been thinking he might backpedal and try and spin his comments so he can get back in Jay Z's good graces, but on the other hand if he's starting to get the hint now that that Jay and Beyonce really dont care all that much about Kim he might not bother. That video is adorable. I don't envy Kim for her money or lavish life but I'm very envious that she has so many videos of her father and her childhood years. Things like that are priceless. IF this concierge is being 100% truthful then I feel he absolutely could sue and could have a good case.
