I believe that picture of Kourtney was mainly posted because its being said she is so much more human, she's so much more responsible and non trashy than the other Kardashians. I'm going to give one example off the top of my head of a "celebrity"and I'm using him as an example because when it comes to stupidity he makes the Kardashians seem smart. The rapper 50 Cent regularly flaunts his wealth on instagram, but most noticeably he posted a picture of himself surrounded by stacks of 100 dollar bills while he was being investigated. for bankruptcy claims. So yeah really, its not just the Kardashians. I'm dropping this now though since its going off topic.

She doesnt normally have security but even Kourtney came back from the Paris trip with a small entourage of security surrounding her. I dont think he was in on it either, but the concierge was bound, gagged and shoved and then locked into a stairwell compartment after he brought the robbers to Kim. Being calm didnt help him much either. Exactly. Emotional trauma can also last a lot longer than physical pain.

I'm not friends with anyone remotely close to being as rich as Kim yet one look at my Instagram or Facebook feed and I see everyday people love to flaunt shit, even as you say if its a designer handbag. My boss' wife last year got mugged and her bag, a diamond ring and an expensive tennis bracelet stolen (found out later on is was the nephew of one of their neighbors who was the culprit). This woman was notorious for flashing her expensive jewelry around and even saying what things cost. She learned her lesson the hard way. I think the thing with celebrities, especially in the age of social media where people obsessively post everything is that you simply think it cant happen to you. Lesson learned hopefully. Even if Kim doesnt have the common sense to change her posting habits I can see people with a brain in her camp advising her.

People has a source saying that its normal for her guard to leave once she's presumably safe at home. Its easy to throw around the name Ryan Lochne but it's also being ignored that he didn't exactly come away from his stunt with sympathy. Its widely known he got in a shitload of trouble with the police, lost endorsement deals, has been banned from competitive swimming, hit with fines, and he's hated by many now, not to mention I'm pretty he's banned from Brazil.

The story E is running makes it sound believable YMMV and I trust E more than TMZ. Unless they inlisted security to be part of this elaborate prank and a concierge who was also held up at gunpoint and gave his account to a Paris Prosecutor's office I'm having a hard time believing this is all staged. The French Interior Ministry are also involved now and I cannot believe they would risk getting in trouble with the French government for a setup. Too many non family members are involved. Someone who's worth over 50 million dollars and makes a million bucks every day just by advertising on social media doesn't have to pull insurance scams.

Yeah if she wanted to concoct some story for attention why do it at the same exact time Kanye was performing and would not only have end the show abruptly but make him turn around and go all the way back to Paris?
