The Oscars can keep them from the actual ceremony but many of these parties are publicity driven given by celebs who the family are in with and little can be done to keep them away. Years ago they got banned from one of the big parties IIRC from being drunk. Things have changed. Last year Khloe even got into the prestigious Elton John bash.
