That interview Ken Corday gave to TV Guide, he only singled out Hope, Eric and Ciara's exits which makes me think those are the three that are pretty solid right now. He probably knew at the time of the interview that CB and GG were already back.

I don't think she'll die (not yet anyway?) because RSW mentioned the other day something about the rescue that happens in the next two weeks is his favorite that he's filmed.. Ken Corday saying "no one really dies in Salem" when talking about the upcoming exits does make me think there is a death somewhere.

Oh GOD. Again, I made the mistake of entering the hell that is CIN twitter. I think I lost some brain cells. I wanted to see if there was anything about a final airdate for VK. Couldnt find anything but there is an interview with RSW. He tells the new SOD he would prefer they dont recast Ciara, at least not right away, that he respects she wants to try different things. Soooo the translation for that means they aren't recasting and basically means they already know VK will be back soon, that the secret return story is already written 🙄 I wonder if they think RSW is so valued that his opinion is what sticks.

Interestingly though Brandon Barash tweeted that the scene with Gabi yesterday arguing was his favorite Days scene he ever filmed. Its so funny how simply pairing in scenes unexpected characters can make you feel so differently. I've been actively disliking Gwen since she was introduced but yesterday the scenes with J&J really worked and I didn't mind her.

Let me word this differently. There are legacy kids *I* dont like. I dont have to have some connection to characters from the 80’s for me to enjoy a character. Bo and Hope are my all time favorite couple yet I cant stand Ciara. Same with Abigail.

Paul/Xander are popular. This show will be lucky to last another year or two. I don't think Paul needed to be a legacy character to stay on the show permanently. Some of the legacy children have turned out to be duds.

I feel like this is what will lead to Gabi's exit. Tbh I'm getting sad thinking about so many people leaving. However.. Buh bye 😅 I guess its too much to ask that one of her actual children comfort her?

I think Xander is interesting. I see different sides to him. Lani got slammed even before killing Stefan. Lani and Eli bore me to tears and I find that more offensive than accidentally killing someone.
