I didn't see him do anything with it. Guessing the show just thought it was funny. To me, Oliver, Lyla & Diggle were the least interesting part of the episode. Glad Diggle is reuniting with the team though.

Detective wasn't in the episode tonight.

I guess the anti-Felicity POV was expressed when Ragman went after the missile manufacturer in 5.02. I loved the Felicity and Rory scenes. In fact I found the Felicity and newbies scenes much more exciting than the Oliver breaks Dig out of prison. Yeah for Quentin driving the get-a-way van!

If this is really the death knell for Olicity then I have to wonder if Oliver and Felicity will continue to share scenes. Either that or someone needs to tell SA & EBR to cool it. They were a little too friendly in 5.01-5.02. Speaking of Felicity, why are we convinced the story line paying dividends through at least 5.12 involves Havenrock? Did BFS specify that? 5.02, when the story starts, also involves vigilante recruitment. I thought maybe we would be getting a network because I have trouble believing all the newbies will be around all year. Whatever it is I hope it doesn't remove her from the story like Diggle has been. (I know he's coming back 5.04/5.05) Characters I like who lift right out of the narrative make me nervous.

SA-"Detective Malone should be afraid of his connection to Felicity." Is boyfriend biting the bullet in 5.09? LOL! (I'm actually expecting him to be around all season if Oliver has a relationship in 5B. Just thought the wording was funny.)

It is more about the Detective. What is this Olicity you speak of?

When Felicity told Rory what happened at the end of 5.03 I figured that was the end of her POV and that 5.04 would show his. I will be surprised if this story isn't wrapped up in a line or two. I don't know exactly what will happen but I expect he's not going to think she's a cold blooded murderer of thousands. (anti-Felicity viewpoint)

The problem is they set THIS Oliver up to want a life outside the mask. This Oliver might want some of those things more than Felicity does. I don't know if they are endgame or not. Felicity has been set up to be slightly dark and damaged via Havenrock.

Count me as one who doesn't feel that way about Sara.

Another thought on "Who Are You?". Maybe it's not literal. 5.09 is "What We Leave Behind". I am assuming Prometheus is revealed and whatever his connection to Oliver is. Oliver is going to be devastated by what he unknowingly "created" by his actions as the Hood. Maybe 5.10 is where he really has to decide (for like the 100th time) what kind of person he wants to be and start striving for it in order to get there by 5.23. Black Siren in this episode might simply be to redirect Oliver's thoughts to fulfilling his promise to Laurel on her deathbed.

Maybe they're counting Canadians in their diversity stats? LOL!

Would SA have to go to LA? If they narrowed it down to one or two could they not fly them to Vancouver to read since filming crossovers was going on? The read could be filmed and sent back with the dallies. (I actually have no idea how this industry works. It's why I like this board so much. Some of you do.) I would love to be wrong. MSF = Mid Season Finale which I hope is the Prometheus reveal.

I don't know what the sides are for either but timeframe wise it seems to fit. I would love to be wrong but I'm more of a realist. If I am correct I would expect them to hold off on the casting announcement for a bit. More than one group is going to be unhappy and I think media might overlook the ?, MSF & KC's return. Then again this is the CW. It might get their target audience back so the sooner the better.

Also, in the ? BTS picture SA posted he has sides in his right hand. The romantic chemistry part of the sides we saw was based on "the lunge" in 2.13 with Sara. This character is over 18, an ex-marine turned kick boxer. Do we really think they are going to resist going there?

I wonder if the reason we are getting a 4th canary and MM became Artemis is because DC didn't think she was physical enough or because they set her up as too young to be a LI?

Is Barry in 5.09? SA posted a BTS picture with Grant & his daughter at a bar set. He tweeted that he just shot his final scene and it destroyed him. He's so proud. Antonio Negret usually directs the more emotional episodes. Curious whether this is the Prometheus reveal or does it involve Black Siren (because of Barry's presence). Hoping Prometheus.

I am wondering how Rory's response to Felicity's admission about Havenrock is going to play out. Will Felicity have a role or is 5.03 her POV one and done?
