  1. I saw it differently. Kate was on nobody's side. Kate listened to Kat when she told her about what Adrienne said but never said anything negative about Amy. The only think Kate said was that they have jobs to do right now and they'll figure it out after the charter. What pissed Kate off with Amy was that Amy accused Kate of going to Kat's level and talking crap about her which from what we saw wasn't true.
  2. By the time Tre gets out of prison, Joe, his mother, and the girls will be living in Patterson in a rented place. With his mother's houses already in foreclosure, his brother declaring personal bankruptcy a few years ago and who knows what the financial status is of G and G Stucco, the Giudice empire is quickly crumbling.
  3. Thank you Jesus! Lost the pool but it's so much better knowing she got more than what I thought she'd get.
  4. Teresa Giudice breaks down in tears addressing judge: 'I am more sorry than anyone will ever know.' #RHONJ

  6. As I was reading the article in North Jersey.com, I noticed another article about Emporio Motors. That's where Joe and Melissa's Bentley comes from. http://www.northjersey.com/news/ramsey-luxury-car-dealer-under-probe-after-accusations-of-fraud-1.1100311
  7. IIRC, if you give someone a 'gift' over a certain amount, taxes have to paid on it. Either by the giver or receiver. The only way around it as I see it, if it is a loan. With that said, I think it's a crock for the most part.
  8. Morning everyone and it looks like it's going to be a long afternoon. I apologize if this has been posted already but here's VickiDish's twitter feed: https://twitter.com/VickiHy
  9. The only thing Amber is not delusional or trying to spin in her blog is that her white eyeliner is not good. Starting off with Ash Wednesday is not a holy day of obligation? So, leaving church to go outside to call Tre is ok? Yeah, no honey. You may know more about Catholicism than the twins but that's not going to work on the rest of us. The rest is just a poor, really poor, attempt to rewrite what is on film. Just forget that she was as mad at her husband as everyone else...until they got back to their room. I can't stand Dina but she didn't create the Gotti mess. And no one forced Jim to bring it up. I think Amber and Jim came on this show thinking that they were going to show the viewers how much better they were than everyone else on the show with all their 'education', and they failed. They have found out very quickly that they're not all that they think they are. Not even close.
  10. Joe's probably pacing. Teresa lied in bed for a while thinking love, love, love. Prison? That can't possibly happen to me. I have four beautiful daughters to take care of as she drifts off to sleep while thinking about her next endorsement deal. Scary part is that she may get away with it. And it just infuriates me.
  11. And this is why the situation is so infuriating! They don't care. They continue to portray themselves as victims. There is no remorse (except for being caught) and no acceptance of responsibility to pay back the people and businesses they stole from. Hopefully the probation officer who is doing the sentencing report as well as the judge are aware of the Giudices' true attitude about their crimes.
  12. I haven't followed the Jim - Bobby contract and quite frankly don't fully understand it. Is Jim saying that 'he' interviewed people to be on the show and when Bobby and the twins decided to try out, Jim made them sign a contract with him - basically for the opportunity to maybe get on the show? If that's what it is, what a lowlife! I also don't understand why Jim is soooo mad at Bobby. Bobby told Joe and the guys Jim didn't want to hang out with them because etc., etc., etc.? Wasn't that the truth? How was Jim going to handle not hanging out them? Oh wait he has. Am I missing something?
  13. Yeah, I noticed both predictions came from defense attorneys which lowered their validity in my mind. I still think that Tre will get some prison time - 6 to 9 months and Joe will get 36 months. Of course this is not an objective prediction. It's mostly based on wishful thinking.
  14. I doubt most Americans can even remember what states comprised the thirteen original colonies and the other 37 states don't care all that much. I don't think any of the original thirteen are free of shame and some embarrassing residents. Are they also reflective of the whole state? No.
  15. His father's name is Bob as well as his grandfather who actually founded the business. I don't know if Bobby's father is still running the dealerships or if Bobby has taken over. Bottom line is we have to be careful about accusations about 'Bob'. It's very confusing. Bobby's father and mother apparently went through a not so nice divorce. I'd post the link to the original document but it's no long available. http://www.majicbus.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=9749
  16. A few people have commented on Kathy's closet. From what we could see on the show, her main walk in closet is quite large. I've seen the two story closet done a couple of times and the way I've seen it used is as a secondary closet for things that you don't use very often like ski apparel, Halloween costumes, formal attire, etc... it's up to you. It saves living space on the more desirable second floor.
  17. If people feel that Jac is doing a disservice or exploiting her autistic child by having his journey filmed for TV, then what should parents of autistic children do? Should there be no documentaries showing autistic children? No stories on TV news programs? How are people going to fully understand autism if no child can be shown or talked about? Or any other child with special needs for that matter. Should they be kept behind closed doors like they have in the past?
  18. I've said a number of times here that I like and miss Kathy's mom. Tonight showed why! Finally, someone who said what everyone on this show has been afraid to say. If you do something wrong, it will catch up with you. What the heck was Dina crying about? She has a nephew with severe developmental issues and she doesn't even bother to reach out to her brother or his child but she's crying over people she just met. Give me a break Dina....and you want to take home the alligator without a tail. How about your own nephew? how about getting over yourself and reaching out for him. I don't think any of us are in any position to say that they think Jim is a homosexual.based on seeing him for probably less than an hour of air time on a reality show. He's a guy with a big ego who needs to prove it all the time. He wants everyone to think that he's better than everyone else on the show. The problem is that he just comes off showing how insecure he really is.
  19. The Bentley is a comp from the dealer in exchange for the dealership's name being shown on the show. No surprise there. Just like they have shown the license plate holder with the dealership's name on Teresa's Mercedes.
  20. I can't believe that there is a debate over Amy having her wisdom teeth removed. A wisdom tooth is a tooth. It can get infected just like any other tooth and cause severe pain, swelling, etc. And yes, they have oral surgeons in the Caribbean. Obviously, the boat she and Kat were on at the time wasn't 'on' a charter. Friends don't come visit crew when the boat is working. They were probably in between. Adrienne was wrong to bring up the 'rumor' to the guests. I think we all agree on this. Kat wasn't professional in her handling of it with the guests on the beach but the whole scene was unprofessional. One of the 'guests' tells Kat what was said? Sure, hindsight is 20/20 but what was told to Kat came out of far left field. It was crazy. So, Kat tells Eddie and Ben. the two people who know Adrienne. Should she have? Debatable but she could have also figured it would have gotten back to them anyway. Was Kat wrong to do what she did with the guy Amy 'liked'? I don't know for sure because we don't know what Amy liking someone meant at the time. There's 'like' and then there's 'like'. There's a lot of speculation being made but we just don't know. Should Kat have been mad at Amy? No. Adrienne? For sure. Should Kat have told Kate? I get that. She's letting her boss know what's going on and why she's upset. Should Amy have gotten pissed off at Kate? Nope. Kate didn't talk crap about Amy. Kate just listened to Kat and basically shut down the conversation with we have a charter and we'll figure it out after. Amy then tells Kate that she's as low as Kat. Amy was wrong because Kate didn't say anything. This is what pissed Kate off when she was just trying to be nice to Amy who is playing the victim card just as out of proportion as Kat. Amy approaches Kate again for sympathy that night and Kate's having none of it. She's got a job to do and Amy wants to be stroked by Kate for things Kate never said. So Kat shut the door on Amy who interrupted. This is Kat and Amy's problem. Not Kate's. Amy and Kelley are both immature and needy people. Sure, I understand Amy being upset at the time about Kat doing a guy she liked but that's not what she was upset about on the charter. And sure, I understand her being upset with Kat being mad at her but she went off the deep end about everything. She wanted to be coddled by Kate but Kate's priority was the charter and just ending it. That's why she moved Kat out. Move on. Amy's conversation with Jennice was just weird. Jennice handled it really well. My brother will be the best thing that ever happened to you and you'll regret it. While she's saying this, I'm wondering if his girlfriend back home would feel the same way. A little over the top. It was uncomfortable to watch. And lastly, Kat is a very insecure person who drank way too much and her way to make herself feel better was to get the guy any way she could. I've know a lot of them in my younger single days. It's sad but it seems that she's getting over that with having a present boyfriend. We'll see. Kat needs to apologize to Amy. Amy needs to apologize to Kate. Amy also needs to shut up talking about her brother to Jennice. Kelley needs to grow up. Adrienne needs to go far away so I don't have to see or listen to her along with the primary and her family. Ben needs to learn how to get a meal on the table in a timely matter.
  21. I just read Captain Lee's blog. I think he summed it up pretty well. At least that's how I saw the situation: http://www.bravotv.com/below-deck/season-2/blogs/captain-lee-rosbach/captain-lee-i-dont-get-to-choose-our-guests
  22. The way I heard it (and I'm always open to corrections), it was a guy that Amy liked. They weren't dating. Amy had her wisdom teeth pulled and was on serious meds. Apparently this guy and Kat got drunk and she did him. According to Adrienne, Amy walked in on them but I don't think Amy verified this. If Amy was sooo upset about Kat doing this (and I'm not saying it was ok and Kat is in the clear because she claims not to remember) why would she sign up to be with Kat on another charter. And why hasn't she confronted Kat about this earlier. Keeping this all in mind, from what I see Amy is as immature as her brother. She jumps to conclusions and assumes that Kate was talking smack about her to Kat but Kate didn't say anything about Amy. She listened to Kat and said that they'll figure it out after the charter. I'm team Kate on this one. Shut up and do your job Amy. What did you want? Ain't Adrienne a piece of work? And the rest of those people on the charter? They're all family?
  23. Interesting that you brought up Kathy's mom. It also could be a case of Rosie not moving out because her mother would be all alone or that she can't afford to keep the house on her own. I also don't recall Kathy's mom ever driving a car or arriving places on her own. I realize we don't see enough of her on the show to make assumptions but it's also possible that Kathy has plans for her mother to eventually live in the new house as well, giving Rosie a chance to be out on her own.
  24. I don't find it strange at all for Kathy to want a bigger home. Joe is still in high school and Victoria is in college. They're going to be home for a while. And my experience with kids close to this age is that they're not moving out right away. They're staying at home and saving their money to buy their own place. And plus it's not all that cheap to live in NJ. Renting is not an option for many college grads just starting out. At least in the NY, NJ, CT area.
  25. Doesn't look like a community pool to me. It looks like the back of Kathy's house: http://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/season-4/videos/distance-yourself-from-teresa
