That's fine that you see it that way. I don't. And it's not that I don't understand mental health, depression or chronic pain. I just see drug seeking behaviors. When I was working in sub abuse treatment in the corrections field...this is often what it looked like. And Jenelle can't as easily just get drugs on the black market because of her history, because she had legal charges pending at the time and because she is on television. It makes it so that if she wants to use...she needs to get prescribed the meds. That is what I see her doing.
-
Interesting because I totally saw Jenelle's behavior and symptoms as faking and drug seeking behavior. The long exhaustive list...how her symptoms seem to all but go away and then be so severe that she couldn't seem to deal with anything. The social media reports that the evening after she is in such pain she can't move...she is out with Dave and bowling like she doesn't have a care in the world.

S31.E11: Southern Shame/S31.E12: They All Go Home

She refuted it on the final clip they had in the final episode where she said she never had sex with him. I still believe him over her. She was batting her eyes and telling him in the club how much the music and dancing made her want to have sex....aka...I wanna have sex with you. I've also seen her deny deny deny things we saw with our own lying eyes all season long, so I have no reason to start believing her now. -

If I have to believe one person...Dylan or Jenna, I'll believe Dylan. Jenna showed herself as someone who will do something and then either say it didn't happen or say she doesn't remember it. So it is par for the course for her lying arse. She was clearly thirsty for him on the show, so all he'd have to do is give her 2 seconds of attention and it would be a done deal. -

I would love to see Dylan on the Challenge and try his "I'm an evil mastermind" schtick and just see him eaten alive by the Challenge vets. He's such a tool. Especially since after the show was over...per his report...he went back to the well and fucked Jenna. So, yeah...evil mastermind my ass. You wanted to tap that and then when it went sideways you decided to try to play it off as a game. -
I used to really dislike Wes, but as time has gone on....I have gotten to understand and even like Wes. Wes seems to really enjoy playing the "game" on the Challenges. He plays the part. I know Johnny says he does that too, but I see Wes just being better at it. He likes to stir the pot and try to mess up people's social game and alliances as much as possible. He seems to really enjoy it. I always find it interesting watching Wes' behavior during the show and then during the Reunions. He can get all riled up during the season, but he rarely is once it is over. Mainly he is done playing the game. He will often be like...yeah, I was a jerk. My bad. Johnny is still playing the part. I think now...verses when he was younger and probably considered the Challenge more a part of his life, it's mainly just a job. And as for Johnny. I do think the Challenge is basically his full time job. He makes a good deal of money selling his shirts and gear, but it is all Bananas and Challenge related. I do think he is different when the cameras aren't rolling...I didn't used to think so, but watching the reaction when Diem died and seeing how close those two were and how much respect people had for their bond and friendship made me change my mind a little. He also made sure to start selling Diem shirts that went to her charity. I made me loathe him about 7% less.
-
Wes has a business where he helps people from the ground up with startup businesses. It's seems to be pretty successful. It's the kind of job where he can go for a few months for the challenges and then come right back to the job. I have always felt more people who are challenge regulars should try to follow Wes' lead....take the money you won and invest it in yourself...and then go back to the money pot aka the challenge and get more funds for your own businesses.

If history serves me right....that has nothing to do with being a neanderthal. Unfortunately people have decided to make it about black people who don't behave like the white folks like. It's blatant racism. Horrible. I am no longer surprised. By your standard though, Jenna must also be a neanderthal, right? She attacked another person. Is a loud mouth who yells at people about wanting to beat their asses and says she is going to shoot people because they do not agree with her and voice it. She yells and screams at people all the time. She spews racists comments from her mouth all the time and laughs with joy when her friends tells an African American woman to pick some cotton. If that is your definition, she's in fine neanderthal form. Except she is not black and that term seems to only be slung at people of color. #Racist -
What would be interesting is that if Kail wanted to move to LA....I could see Jo being a lot easier to convince to relocate since I think he'd like being close to that lifestyle as well. Kail could also make the case that since Javi is in the military and could have to move at any time, that she should be allowed to make her family where it is most convenient for her. And a judge would probably go along with that. Good luck down the line Javi.

I know, but racists don't need knowledge to get in the way of their racism. It reminds me of a documentary I just saw recently of a White Separatist who took a DNA test to prove his White European heritage...turned out he was like 16% African. Oops. -
I would be shocked if Miranda doesn't watch the show....especially to make sure there isn't some Corey Leah interactions that she doesn't like. So, I would think Miranda would see what the doctors have said when the audience does.
-
I always assumed because Leah already seemed so upset when she got the call....that the scene was a reshoot. Why someone else is watching her children when it is her time she fought so hard for??? I just assumed that is because she is Leah and wants to win the battle, but will shove those kids off to anyone else....other than Corey.

Chelsea's mom is the only one I have seen pushing with that conversation about how Aubree would like calling Cole dad. I've never seen Chelsea say that. She has asked Aubree if she likes when Cole does this or that. I think it's her own way of showing Aubree what it is supposed to be like. She doesn't finish it with "Don't you like how Cole takes us apple picking...you know....like your dad never does...because he is a loser." And I don't rewatch the show, but I am pretty sure that Aubree is the one who said with sadness, why didn't my Other Daddy come?? She wasn't being pushed there and she showed her disappointment and sadness. Chelsea is providing her a family...which always included a dad figure (first Randy and now Cole) because Adam refuses to do his part. I am sure Chelsea wishes that she took him up on his offer when he wanted to sign off and called her a mistake. She was too young and immature to see the golden opportunity he was giving her and her daughter. Aubree would have been better off in a million different ways if that had actually happened. But yes, I agree. Dead horse. We all see the show and see what is what.
-
Wonder how Adam had a sex offender sitting at a table with his daughter at a play center if he is only to see his daughter at his parents??? LOL. Chelsea probably went into the editing room and created that to screw Adam. Nah, his choices. And the courts agreed with the visitation order, so it's legit in my book. Courts don't usually just support one parent trolling the other. And when Adam took off on Father's Day because he needed some ME time...Chelsea's fault. When he didn't even answer about the dance...Chelsea's fault. When he doesn't show up or spend most of his visits with Aubree staring at his phone...more Chelsea's fault. Chelsea is taking care of her daughter. Better than most on this show and better than Adam has ever shown himself capable of. And she took her time finding a relationship and then introducing that person to Aubree. He is part of her life and that's a good thing, especially given how many times Adam just doesn't care to show up.
-
Adam thinks MTV gives him a bad edit. Cry me a river. MTV gives him an accurate edit. Heck, MTV could have pointed out that the guy he brought along to his parenting time with Aubree was a registered sex offender. Adam just didn't care enough about his daughter to even contact her about the dance. That's not a dad. As for right now, Cole's a dad. Adam's a sperm donor.

Yep. Jenna didn't say the comment. She did say a bajillion other racist things, but not that horrible statement. True. She did giggle and laugh at it. That is not only condoning it, but supporting it. But I am sure because she was drunk again. Not her fault. I still don't think it is right that Ceejai put her hands on her, but I can see why it happened. I wish one of the roommates had taken Ceejai and went for a walk to vent and cool down. They saw how livid she was...rightfully so. I would have done that if it was me. Taken my friend for a walk. -
It'll be interesting to see how it plays out this time. Kail seemed to calm down and be a lot more agreeable with Jo...and didn't want to go back to court, etc. It was Javi who seemed pissed that she worked something out with him and didn't drag him back into court. That attitude of Javi's....it's petty, but I hope it comes back to bite him in the booty.
-
Yep. Adam is responsible for his own behavior. And we've seen how much Adam can chirp on social media when he thinks Chelsea is doing him dirty...and he's been pretty quiet. Him not responding and not going to her dance is on him...but I am sure for the Adam apologists it's still Chelsea's fault. I actually had a lot of respect for Chelsea when Aubree wanted to ask if both her dads could go to the dance...and even though Chelsea realized it would be awkward for Cole (and probably for Adam too), she supported her because that is what Aubree wanted. It was a moot point because like usual...Adam didn't show. And let's be real....what DOES Adam show up for???

I think the only thing that Chelsea could have done differently or better is to give Adam a deadline to let her or Aubree know if he is planning on coming. The text could have been, "Hey Adam there is a father/daughter dance at the school. Let me know by Wed if you plan on coming. If not, I'll plan on having Cole take her." If Wed comes and goes and nothing...Cole it is. (and given how many times Adam has said he was gonna go and then flakes....still have Cole in the wings ready to go if needed).
-
Chelsea texted Adam about the dance. Adam never responded to Chelsea and even worse...to Aubree. He's a suck of a dad who thinks of himself first and foremost and his kid if it is convenient to him. Clearly in terms of this dance, she wasn't. As per usual.

That doesn't change what the physical and legal definition of assault. In terms of the actual definition...what Jenna did was absolutely assault. Just because the girl who mentions over and over again how much she wants to beat people's asses proves to be very poor at it...doesn't change the fact that she still initiated it. -

Except Ceejai isn't a trashy black woman. Maybe next season they can fill their Southern White Racist trash with someone who doesn't put their hands on people and say on the phone how they are going to shoot someone or beat their ass.
