That's my always problem with Dr. Drew. He wants people to think of him and treat him as a addiction specialized physician when it suits him....but when he doesn't want them to, he's just a talk show host. I feel like Dr. Drew does damage on this show and more so on his previous show Celeb Rehab. I felt like as a doctor he was asking people to engage in things on camera that he knows is harmful, but he's a fame whore and can convince himself he is helping people.....so he jumped full force in. I also basically want to ring his neck when he gives compliments to people like Uncle Dave and Nathan and Matt when in reality....they should be questioned and questioned hard. Or his interactions with Amber this time around. Dude, you are a doctor and this is your advice....you don't realize Amber is out of control and not mentally stable? Your advice is that Amber and the step mom should interact and side step the bio dad? You're a professional. Shut it. If I counseled people the way he does on camera ALL THE TIME...they'd take my license. But then he just barks....I'm not their doctor, I am just a talk show host. Can't have it both ways Dr. Hack. Hate him.

She's lost weight two or three times to some extent since the show has been on...and faltered off and then gained it back. I remember when she was posting per progress pics on twitter and instagram a while back. Many people who are obese still struggle to lose weight. I am glad you can't even imagine that. I can relate to Cate on that level quite a bit.

For some it is not that hard....for others....it drives a multi-million dollar industry.

The other thing that didn't happened that I was SURE was going to....when they missed their ferry, I was sure that they'd get stuck out there and not make it back in time for Alison to have Joanie for her birthday. I was shocked when that plot twist didn't come to fruition.

I personally think marrying Cruise limited her career. She worked less because only one was allowed to work at a time. She also said she was selecting different types of roles. I remember the dumb movie with Queen Latifah as an example. Now that she is on her own, she has gone back to independent films that are much more interesting and where her career was going anyways. She didn't have to be pigeon holed by Dawson's Creek (Michelle Williams sure wasn't). And now she just recently directed a movie that looks quite interesting about the struggles of motherhood. ETA: The movie Katie just directed (and starred in) is All We Had. I haven't seen it, but when she was on a promo tour for it....I thought I'd like to when it comes out on DVD.

As someone who has struggled off and on with weight issues my entire life....I kinda get Cate's mentality, even if it is messed up. She wants to lose weight, however she also knows how hard it is to lose the weight, so if she is gonna have another baby.....she is of the mindset of have the baby first and then lose the weight....instead of lose weight, get pregnant, gain weight and then have to lose it again. It's not the way it has to be or should be, but as someone who struggles to lose weight and then keep it up....I can understand that head space. Of course, if she is of a healthy weight, she will most likely have a healthier pregnancy. I am also of the mindset that her postpartum symptoms were made worse because of the co-mingling issue of her weight and the self inflicted pressure she had to lose the weight prior to the wedding.

I'll just agree to disagree about Cate's depression being a joke. It is classic for people who grew up with her level of trauma. She shows signs of depression almost every single time we see her on screen. I think her life would be healthier and better if she was no longer on the show and could just live her life and try to get better, but that paycheck....she's never gonna be able to say no to that. And she and Tyler really enjoy being the D List MTV Celebs, so even when it is over...she'll try to keep it going some other way. I'm sure she will have another baby. She seems to believe that having something else will make her feel better....whether it is a pig, a horse, another baby, etc. Of course....those things never do the job and she moves on to the next thing. The new baby will just be the next thing to try to fix whatever is broken within her.

A lot of this seems pretty cray cray. And Suri looks quit a bit like Tom and looks more so as she continues to grow up.

Tyler has always had that I WANT A BOY mentality....so this doesn't surprise me at all. I do think Cate would like another child, however I also think she's terrified of going down the road of postpartum depression again. Her depression is so much more though and she is only addressing it a little here or there. She can't take care of herself, she shouldn't be adding another human to care for. I wish she got real therapy. Someone who could really confront so much of that shit that is down there under the surface. I also think she needs someone to be able to look at her and Tyler and say that until you can take care of the kid you have full time, it's not the time to have another one. It's great to have family help, even on a regular schedule, but we've seen that child be raised by others and every once in a while with her actual parents.

I was totally bored by Alison and Noah walking down memory lane. Sorry, not sorry. The only thing I am surprised at is the show didn't have Noah overhear that Alison slept with Cole. I thought for sure that would happen. Alison once again sleeps with both Cole and Noah. Please show. Please don't do...who's the baby daddy round two!!!!

I had the same reaction as DAMN COLE! However, I can get it on some level. There are some people that you move on from and there are some who you love so deeply that the love is always there. It doesn't mean it's okay to fuck your ex-wife and be a jerk bag cheater to your current wife, but I understand that since she came back Alison has been swimming around in his head for quite a while now. Is Alison as deeply in love with Cole? Maybe, but I doubt it.

I think Cruise is basically a psychopath, so I do kind of revel in the joy that he has done movies and had roles that were nominated for an Oscar, but always been denied the prize. It seems like an award he is desperate to put on his mantle. How come he hasn't been able to use his ever so awesome Scientology powers to get that done, oh Tommy boy!!!

Jealous? I find that laughable. And Maci takes care of herself just fine. Amber and Cate, not so much. But I doubt they makes them jealous of Farrah doing porn. And I'll always think the 3 girls disdain of her is because of how she treats people. They've been saying it for a long time now. When Farrah had the blow up with MTV last season where she screamed and shoved, they had a little reunion show afterwards and all the girls said how disgusted they were with how she treats everyone, but especially the crew. Farrah thinks the crew is shit and treats them accordingly and as a result...the other 3 think she is shit.

Agree. While it is legal, I think the porn industry can be really abusive, especially to the women who participate. It's safer being legal than it would be if it wasn't, but that doesn't mean I march in the RAH RAH Porn parades and I think that's okay.

True. I also see her react that now the cameras are a burden. However the paycheck always draws her back. The same as with Chelsea in TM2. They both don't seem to enjoy the cameras being there. Maci's business would still benefit from the TM stardom is she wasn't on the show and then she could go about her life, etc. Now Cate and Amber....they love the lime light and NEED that show.

I remember reading there is speculation that Katie signed a lot of clauses in her divorce about her behavior post divorce. One of the clauses that someone mentioned was that she could not publicly date anyone for 5 years. It's been wildly speculated that she has been dating Jamie Foxx for years, but that is why she never goes anywhere in public with him or ever speaks about a relationship with him. That could just be TMZ malarkey, but it makes ya go hmm.... I remember reading an article saying they took a look at Penelope Cruz when Cruise was briefly dating her, but it was decided that she would not bend to Scientology and they moved on to interviewing other candidates. I think Katie was the perfect choice for the Church. She saw Cruise as that glowing celebrity too....she was young and probably easy to control. I don't think they ever thought she get all cloak and dagger and actually get her and her daughter out of there. Joey Potter has more moxie than they bargained for! Kirstie Alley can be a downright cold hearted bitch. Follow that woman on twitter and wowza. She's a piece of work. And hell to the yeah about her weight issues. How has Scientology not been able to cure her of her food addiction? I also wonder about Kelly Preston and how she justifies the Scientology stance as well. She has had two children with significant delays, so if she is such a good Scientologist....how does that happen? I have heard she is much more into it than John is and you would think it would make her question all she knows and believes, etc. Or did those kids suffer because they weren't able to advance enough into Scientology yet, so their brains weren't able to heal themselves like Tommy's brain healed him of dyslexia.

I will always say that the 3 girls dislike or trashing of Farrah has zero to do with porn. It has to do with Farrah constantly saying how she is the star of the show and the other 3 are side pieces. I do think Farrah is right about her assessment of Amber "walking away" from the show though. It's all just drama and for show. If there is a new season...she'll be there and filming. I think Farrah and Maci would be fine without the show. However, Amber and Cate need that cash cow that is MTV.

Nah. This is Teen Mom. Since he shockingly didn't knock Amber up....his role in the show would be highly diminished with her behind bars. Matt wants the attention and the paycheck. Amber is his magic ticket.

Yeah, the shaming on the net and social media is pretty vile all around. The slut shaming of Farrah and we can add in a bunch of the other girls as well. Kail and Leah have been slut shamed all over the place too. The always and constant fat and body shaming of Cate. The gay bashing of Tyler. I could go on and on. It's all pretty disgusting. I also personally doubt Amber wants a friendship with Farrah anymore with how easily she was able to label her partner a pedophile with nothing to back it up. While Matt is pretty flawed, I think it's over the line to throw out calling someone a pedo, way worse than slut shaming someone. Simon isn't the only one who did it either, I heard Farrah do it with my own ears on the reunion show.
