But, Danny, there's a picture of Spiderman under your screen name! : )I love Jake and Boyle's friendship. Octopus balls!
-
I liked Cam's distracted reply to Lily's, "Where's the little leprechaun?"
-
Yes! Especially because The Shining is on my list of top 5 scariest movies ever!
-
I have been thinking this, too. For a whole week, but I thought it might be too bizarre to post!
-
Marissa's mascara was all smudged up again. Chef's table. In the kitchen. When I waited tables, the kitchen was a circus. Chefs were always yelling at everyone. I wouldn't want to eat in a restaurant kitchen.

RCharter, loved your post. HIP, indeed. Julie's packaging was pitiful. It reminded me of Oriental Trading packaging. The Sharks would have shredded her. Juliet: Oh, dear. The RHoNY forum always makes me wonder if every reality show character is just behaving in any way that will improve her chances of getting screen time or a contract renewal.

I think that may have been unprecedented. And I shamefully admit that I have watched a lot of reality TV.

That was so funny!!!! The therapist's reaction was perfection. I don't know if the editors are geniuses, or if that is exactly how it went down, but it really made me laugh. Caroline F is really goofy. I do wonder if she's faking it. Could you please explain? I was half-asleep when I watched this, so I probably missed it. Thanks!

Oh, my gawd. That was gross and bizarre. It looked like a child had put crayons and play doh in a microwave, then let it harden. Then they showed Julie struggling with her fork or spoon. She couldn't pry it out. I think she even had to rest before trying again.ETA: Okay, I just rewatched. She did manage to scoop it out, but I would guess that the camera person and editors agree that whatever she was eating was odd. Several close-ups of the container. It made me think of Soylent green.

Now I'm giggling about the SNL NPR Delicious Dish Schweddy Balls sketch.
-
Marissa's husband reminds me of Roberto Benigni. How many Carolines have appeared on this show? Four?
-
Hee, hee! Bikinis are now jumpsuits.
-
I am surprised and pleased that more contestants are creating garments with sleeves this season. Instead of calling their vests "sleeveless jackets."
-
The jacket Kelly was wearing looked like something from Mrs. Roper's or Valerie Cherish's closet.
-
Hahahahaha!! Totally Patsy and Edina! Thank you for pointing that out.

Caroline's grandmother's sweater was really cute. So they tell her that they are going to film her that day, and she chose to wear that sweater. Hee!

S07.E02: The Day Alex Left for College

I liked the comparison to roombas. And I liked "Watch the sippy cup," but Gloria walking and walking and walking afterwards weakened it for me. French toast vs. toast for French people was kind of cute, but I agree with Mitchell that Cam should have known it was not clear. -
A brief moment of self-awareness: Caroline S says that there have been so many focused on her that she's beginning to think that she was wrong. This might be the first time I've seen a reality show character admit that.

So I rewatched Road to the Runway. Lindsay showed very simple pieces, almost all in the same solid slate blue fabric. One judge whom I did not recognize was very generous in her praise, even applauding Lindsay's "minimalist" style. I didn't notice anything in her collection that was particularly innovative.

I haven't had a chance to rewatch, but did Candice say that both her mother and father had problems (addictions?)? So she didn't have the greatest childhood. But I remember in the first episode, they showed her house. It looked really nice. I'm guessing that Candice married someone really successful or wealthy? I agree! Heidi seems to dig him big time. She has also been a little flirty with Swapnil. But I can't seem to remember Heidi flirting with any Caucasian men.

So I watched it again. Julie's hair looks quite pretty and natural when she's outside, in natural lighting. And it also looks good in her restaurant scene with Annabelle. But Marissa's hair looks green in the dead animal smell scene. I don't remember this being an issue last season.
-
Lovebug1975, thank you for confirming that; I also heard her say "restauranteur."

Why is Annabelle dressed as Alexis Carrington from "Dynasty"?
