I get a very strong vibe from her that she is very heterosexual so is really not loving the fact that her husband has changed his gender? She's not into it at all.

"We talked about this . . . that love is love is love." "Yes. But . . . first you were a younger man. Then a perky woman. Now you have the thick Southern accent. I'm really not good with ludicrously thick accents." "But what about my orig-" "Three years. It took me three years to grow used to the heavy South African accent. Right now, it's like starting for scratch." "Understandable. I'm going to plan Flash's demise, put a bit of hay in my mouth, and spit in a metal jar. It just feels right."

I know, he's telepathic. I just wanted to be funny. And [the original] DeVoe was from South Africa, right? That's what I remember, and I hope I'm not wrong.

Okay, finished now. Some good here, but overshadowed by the endless repetitions of heroes standing around talking and letting the bad guy get the first shot in constantly; heroes standing around while other heroes get beaten up; omnipotent villain with questionable motives (why did Devoe, who seemingly started with the good intentions of using his intellect to make the world a better place turn evil once he got powers? And why is he getting more and more evil? Did he get the Killer Frost meta-virus or something? Still dunno.)

I kind of liked Izzy, even if I feel her plot and Ralph romance was a couple of episode arc packed into 45 minutes, and have to echo the sentiment that her suddenly not being capable of using her powers without the fiddle was pretty idiotic.

On the good side, everything is better with fiddle. Even a bad episode of the Flash. So there's that.

Also, are we sure that all these bus metas are dying? I still don't think it's been confirmed that they are dead (although it seems to be the case). And if so, why? Why would you introduce a whole bunch of new villains/heroes only to completely kill them off and limit your future storytelling possibilities like that. If it were one or two, okay, but like 5? 6? just this season? Waste.

Hey! Looks like Buzz McNab transferred to Central City! Does this mean we will get a Psych/Flash crossover sometime!?!?!?

(Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease! lol)

What? Was it an uncredited role? Because his imdb doesn't have him appearing. He did appear as the guard on Supergirl. No. No to any Psych crossover with THIS show.

In the producer preview, EP Helbing says that they've been killed. But yeah, I also think it's a waste. Dominic, Becky, and even Kilg%re I think would have made good recurring characters.

The show has introduced a lot of characters that would make sense for them to return occasionally, but they haven't. I know some of that is actor availability, but there are still a bunch of missed opportunities.

Well, yeah, but this is still a comic book show/universe.  On Arrow Sara Lance was killed, buried and rotted in the ground for a full year before her sister dug her up, dragged the corpse to Nanda Parbat and got her resurrected.  Well, really, reanimated into a kill-crazy zombie.  But then John Constantine came along and restored her soul and now Sara Lance heads-up Legends of Tomorrow.

So, really, dead for now, but if anybody really had a story they wanted to tell with any of these so-called dead characters, they could finagle a way to do it.  Maybe Kil%ore uploaded himself into the Internet.  Perhaps Black Bison has an uncle who's a shaman (or maybe once DeVoe is dealt with she'll use her powers to re-animate her own corpse).  Maybe shinker-guy has a machine slowly growing a very tiny clone of himself somewhere.  Pick your goofy-ass excuse and somebody might well run with it.

It was a "blink and you'll miss it" moment. As Barry steps off the elevator into CCPD, Sage Brocklebank is one of the first two officers (the other is a woman) to give Barry a dirty look.

I admit that I got about 15 minutes into this episode (mostly to see the "You nasty!") and I don't feel I can be arsed to watch the rest.  I'm obviously spoiled about what happens in the end and I really just don't care enough about DeVoe's "Gotta catch 'em all!" quest to see how he(she?) catches this particular Busemon.  Next week, with them trying to deal with a nuke in the process of exploding?  That looks more watchable.
