So apparently the new "kicking the ball away and delaying the restart is an automatic yellow" only applies to Arsenal players who already have a yellow, to judge by both the Brighton match and the City one yesterday.

I know, I'm asking for consistency from the referees in the Premier League.  🥴

So I guess Arsenal getting screwed over by questionable red cards is going to be the theme of this season. 🤬

Edited to note that credit goes to Bournemouth for taking full advantage of being a man up.  I've seen other teams fail to capitalize on it (Arsenal, I'm looking at you) but they did what they needed to do to win.

Ah, farewell Ten Hag. You weren't the right fit for utd and you never stood a chance, what with those players and the media tearing you down from day dot. Take the money, run back to Ajax and have a healthy, happy life. This will be nothing but a blip on your career.

As for the new guy? I give it 4 months before the likes of luckhurst etc start throwing you under the bus; and it'll be sooner with Rashford etc. Good luck!

Oh Arsenal, what am I going to do with you??  I was hoping with Odegaard back, it would be okay.  And it was better, but clearly he needs time to get back into his groove and I'm not sure how much more time Arsenal has if they want any chance of winning the title this year.

Other than Liverpool, all the teams are struggling with injuries in the EPL this year, especially Arsenal. Having this stupid international breaks is not helping, of course. Nonetheless we already celebrated "Invincibles Day" so another season with no challenger on that front! 😺

Yeah, this does seem to be an injury-plagued season all around.  They really need to can some of these international matches.

Oh, Arsenal, I despair, I really do!  You could've gained 2 points on Liverpool this weekend but, no . . .

It has been a rollercoaster season, eh? At least we are in the semi-final of the CocaCola Cup and with any luck will get to kick Tottenham's ass in the final in a London derby.
