And a good thing, too, because Davon Fleming, certainly lacking a filter, posted a story on his Instagram that finally answered the question of Team Jennifer's top three.  Team Adam, Team Miley, and Team Blake have had their top three known since the Playoff tapings, but no one was generous enough to tell Idol Forums Team Jennifer's for some reason or other.  They had be offered up by a poster there who claimed she knew who they were.  Two of them -- Davon Fleming and Shi'Ann Jones -- had reasonable evidence of being there, but the last person was unknown betwen Chris Weaver and Noah Mac.

But thanks to Davon's Instagram, the entire top twelve are revealed:

Well, Addison Agen's local NBC affiliate apparently revealed that her Knockout match airs this Monday, and that her opponent is Dennis Drummond, so that locks in all of Adam's pairings, as that means that Jon Mero officially beats Dylan Gerard.

Well, once more, the pairs must be posted, because another new promo revealed that two of Miley's pairings were wrong.  Janice was seen singing in the promo, but Moriah wasn't her opponent.  Karli was.

So that means that Moriah actually made it to the Playoffs without being a Comeback.  It's Karli who's Miley's Comeback.

Some posters on Idol Forums pointed out, quite rightly, that Megan vs. Red is the least likely to be montaged since Knockouts including Battle steals are never montaged.  (For that reason, I don't think either of Miley or Jennifer's remaining two pairings will be montaged, either, since Stephan, Whitney, Noah, and Katrina are all Battle steals, and the editors will clearly want to show their new coaches working with them at least once.)  The Knockout montage always comes down to two artists who've been on the same original team from the beginning.  So either Dylan vs. Jon or Anna Catherine vs. Mitchell will likely be that one.

Tomorrow, I'll have the official list of pairs for each night once their iTunes previews go up.

ETA: Kathrina also confirmed that her and Keisha's Knockout matchup is tomorrow, so the pairings have been adjusted.

I just watched a preview for the upcoming season.  It's pretty good.  This girl sings Scrubs and she's totally not what any of the coaches expected when they turn around.  Pretty good, imo.
