Joe talked to world leaders. They remember that Kamala visited their country one challenged Kamala. She stepped up & made phone calls to Democratic party officials. She has unlimited talk & text on her phone plan.

Trump gaslights her. He spread tabloid stories about Doug's personal life.

Doug doesn't have time to get pissed off over tabloid stories.

Joe didn't wear socks for the interview.

Joe said he was on the cover of NY Times magazine with Kamala about 28 people that could be jailed under a Trump administration.Doug isn't worried about going to jail.

Joe was happy that over 100 members from republican administrations supported Kamala.

Trump is lying about disaster relief. Trump is degrading.

The show opened with Trump ranting about made up lies to spread fear.  Said the Congo is opening up their prisons and flying all their prisoners to the United States.  He said crime is down in Venezuela 75% because they are bussing all their drug kingpins to the United States.
Just crazy, crazy, easily fact-checked horseshit plainly designed to feed the fear of the yokels behind him at the event.

And then it's Joe's turn.  He just ranted and ranted and bloviated and bloviated and left me thinking, "I hate them both."

Doug is strongly opposed to antisemitism.

Doug said Kamala is family-oriented and likes to stick up for people. She is a joyful warrior.

Mika agreed with Joe and shuffled her papers on the desk.

Joe is happy that other polls show Harris ahead by 3 points.

Joe wants Democrats to work hard to get votes.

I imagine the director or producer in the booth direct the camera operator to not show their faces.  "Stay on Joe". 

I can barely take 10 minutes of the show when Joe is on. Everything he says he has to repeat three times, trying to sound so eloquent and important with his drivel and bullshit.  If I get up early enough I prefer Way 2 Early. 

Or  I'll wait til late afternoon and watch Nicolle.

I actually tuned in at 7 to see what Joe had to say about the Fox/Harris interview. Apparently he is off? While I hope he isn't ill or has an emergency....this is not the first time that there has been a large (political) story and Joe is not present the next day. Am I seeing "agendas" where there are none? I mean, Joe would have a chance to proselytize his I-am-so-much-better-than-Fox News schtick. 

Is it just me that wonders this? Meeka was a tad shrill. By 7:30 I was out.

I watch on mute and use bluetooth to listen to other things; I'll occasionally look up to read the MSNBC crawls.  My wife joined me yesterday AM and we pondered how much Claire gets paid to appear because she was on Nicolle the night before and that morning on MJ before 8am.  And as we discussed, my wife disengaged, and said, "You think he's going to ask a question?  He's just been talking.  He's been talking this whole time.  Look at her just sit there."  Then we quietly watched as Joe rambled and rambled and rambled and filled the air with his own voice until about 40 seconds later Claire began speaking.  I'd say joe bloviated for about 2.5 minutes - about the length of a commercial break - before even posing a question to Claire for her to reply to.
It was a split screen of patient Claire's head in her kitchen-thing-area and Joe with his sound hole open for almost 3 minutes.
100% there will be a crowd-sourced book on MJ down the line.  6 part HBO miniseries mockumentary.

Baier asked Kamala about the millions of illegal immigrants that Biden allowed into the country.

Biden had a bill offered to Congress to stop immigration in 2021 but the Democratic Congress & Senate rejected the bill.

Brett's home in DC is up for sale for $28.5M. I saw it on Facebook. It was worth more than Mika and Joe's homes combined when they left the Northeast.  Jupiter is similar to Palm Beach. Brett will be closer to Trump. However, Mika & Joe's home is in a gated community which restricts access to poorer friends & family of Joe.

I'm not sure where, as I stopped reading as soon as I came to the line "I am 57 and 60 is just around the corner and, you folks didn't really think this was about VP Harris, did you?  This is about me. Yes Mika anyone with two eyes and a brain can tell that Kamala Harris is youthful and energetic and brilliant and tough. Why I don't think once I've heard her cry talking or getting into a embarrassing argument with her husband on live television.
