After bailing on the series premiere last year, I gave the show another shot.

Well, I liked the season opener, and I think Amy is more than a "foul-mouthed Cathy." Granted, the Anna Kournikova-esque sketch shouldn't have made it on the show, but I thought the rest of it was pretty good.

It wasn't a very good season premiere but I felt the first season didn't really improve until a couple of episodes in. Here's to hoping the pattern repeats itself.

Liked the focus group. Never seen her standup but in many of the bits, she seems to make fun of her insecurities.

On occasion, she does. Unfiltered, she can be quite dirty.

Like you, I thought the focus group sketch was quite funny. It managed not only to plumb the depths of Amy's low self-esteem, but to make the point that men are idiots. As a man, I appreciated that.
