He has bladder cancer. His lawyers are asking for bail (not sure if it would only be for the treatment and back to jail each night or completely out of jail bail.

Pretty sure he (and rest of us) will die before trial happens at this point..

That’s not how bail works. If he is allowed it he would be out until trial and they are also asking for the trial to be delayed indefinitely so basically they are asking for him to be let out of jail until he dies.

Despite knowing what happens, I'm enjoying the new episodes. It's truly amazing how many people are willing to defend or suck up to Durst just because he's rich. They all think they'll eventually get a piece of the pie.

I just finished the second season.  That last scene of him awaiting sentencing, I swear he looked like he was 10 minutes away from dying.  

And Deborah Charatan is a piece of shit.  How is she not culpable as an accessory after the fact in all three murders.   Didn't she admit Durst told her about Kathy?  She knew about the neighbor and Susan Berman.
