joanne3482 December 16, 2014 Share December 16, 2014 Max and Caroline get a bank loan so they can mass-produce their cupcake T-shirts to sell at high-end boutiques. Also, the diner gang poses in Chestnut’s barn as part of a holiday decorating contest Sophie entered. Link to comment
Beach Party December 16, 2014 Share December 16, 2014 The ending cash total only went up about $800 for all those T-shirts. Oh well, it was all Han's labor anyway. Link to comment
scrambled eggs December 16, 2014 Share December 16, 2014 I wonder if they paid Hans anything. Doubt it, but I suppose the silkscreening supplies would have brought their profits down. I enjoyed this episode a lot, it's rare to see Max so happy at the end of an episode. 2 Link to comment

Texasmom1970 December 16, 2014 Share December 16, 2014 I hope their tshirts and the bank loan bring something new to show, I am bored with the same old stuff happening. 2 Link to comment
iMonrey December 17, 2014 Share December 17, 2014 They're never going to build a cupcake empire like Carolyn first dreamed of; they might start a successful clothing line but the t-shirt thing looks more like a fad than anything else. The show is kind of stuck, because if they ever found any kind of measurable financial success it wouldn't be 2 Broke Girls anymore. 1 Link to comment

It takes many years to build up a business to be a true financial success. I'd be okay with the title of 2 Broke Girls while they work hard and build their business (whatever it may be, I do agree the cupcake empire isn't going to happen) even if they weren't truly broke broke. These girls need some progress. Otherwise the audience thinks they are morons who probably SHOULDN'T try to run their own business. (Honestly I'd also be okay with them making that decision as well and moving forward in other lines of work.) 1 Link to comment
