I knew that fool went to Atlanta. That's where they go! How many warrants did he have out & he was out there free to kill that woman!?!!! WHEN will they learn to keep them off the streets to protect the public?!!! How many more people must be killed?!! 🙄 He better not claim self defense when she didn't even have a weapon.

It was the other guy!!! PLOT TWIST!!! I thought it was Dino from what the other guy said. I wonder how he's gunna feel when he sees what he said about him. Their stories were so bizarre, I thought for sure they were lying. They thought he was shot with a bb gun & was okay, just never moved after that?!?!! They slept there with his dead body & thought he was okay?!! WTF?!! MAKES NO SENSE!!! Such liars! That's why they should just watch the tape first. How did he end up in a sleeping bag on the floor??? Just. Weird. That's what I miss about Crime 360°, the dramatization of what they thought happened. I can't picture anything with that ridiculous, vague story. 😒 That man shutting down the other interview was highly suspicious, like he knew what he did. They should've had a gun detecting dog & GSR tests, maybe the shooter still had some residue on him. Didn't say they found the gun at the end. I hope they at least traced his steps to see where he might've dumped the gun. Probably in the trash, but they check that. 🤔 I wonder if they drug test since he claimed he was high. Still. Sounded unprovoked. Not even over typical dumb stuff, like losing a game. Demonic possession? 🧐

Why would you not go over and check on someone after you heard a shot and saw a man standing over the victim with some sort of a gun ( pellet or not), and then the man leaves?  You just go back to sleep and then think the guy is ok because he’s just laying there?   What is wrong with these people?  Can they not think their way out of a paper  bag?

I'm sure they realized he was dead but they simply didn't want to "get involved" and figured they could be far away before the cops came. How many of those not involved in the killing had warrants, I wonder?

They can think their way out of a paper bag. They just didn’t care and were probably high too.  Remember the first individual interviewed who said he was in the room the night before playing cards but left, said that Dino (and his girlfriend), who were there when the shooting happened, were leeches and not good people at all. They didn’t care about the victim probably only cared about what they could get out of him. His mental health issues likely did not help the situation, making him vulnerable to bad characters. They probably  finished sleeping off whatever substance they’d been abusing the night before then left the room.

I felt bad for him as well as the victim in the other case profiled him this episode. It’s always risky trying to help someone in a domestic dispute and/or violent situation. Her instinct was to immediately help her friend, but calling the police was probably the safer option.

Sometimes I really don't get why some cases can't go to trial without a body. The episode tonight while circumstantial everything pointed to the roommate. The victim disappeared after taking out a large amount of money from his 401K, is roommate suddenly had money and paid the rent even though the victim always did that, they found a huge blood stain in the apartment that the roommate said he never even noticed and later claims it was oil from a car part the victim supposely brought into the house and set on the floor. He doesn't even bother to remember anything that he tells the police. That should be enough but no they wait months until the body turns up to arrest him. While it's the body there's no DNA or anything found on the body or the blanket he was wrapped in.

Another old one the victim went to a casino for a few days and never came back. But they find her suitcase and purse back at her house she lived with her son. They have video of her son collecting the suitcae and purse from the casino, and a call of him trying to impersonate his mother to transfer money from MoneyGram. But they still wait until they find her body after putting a tracker on his car. But why did they need to wait that long? The video of him picking up the suitcase and purse is really all they need.

Two words: Double jeopardy. Let's say they try and make the case, arrest, and indict the subject but the evidence is flimsy and he gets acquitted at trial. That's it. Game over. He can't be tried twice for the same crime, even if they find the body later win incriminating DNA evidence. Do they need a body? No. But it's foolish to try a case without iron-clad evidence, especially in an era of mistrusting police and government. The words "beyond a reasonable doubt" have a very clear meaning, and that's a very high hurdle to overcome when there's no body. Not impossible, but very, very difficult.

Too, they'd have to be able to be sure  the amount of blood loss was such, that a person couldn't lose that much and live.  (I saw this in some case at some poinr.0
A victim could have survived and fled the area.

How've they not determined who the shooter was in the first case?!! No results from the shoe cast or phone?!!! No surveillance footage anywhere? REALLY?!!! They didn't show verifying the guy's story that he was with his cousin. Anyone can tell a convincing story, VERIFY it.

Life is truly worthless. 1 guy only got 28, really 85% of that, for murdering 2 PEOPLE?!?!!! & A paranoid madman was sentenced 20 years, with 15 years suspended because he's obviously safe to have out in society. He probably already has a gun again & it's only a matter of time until he hurts another person. SICKENING!!!! WHERE'S THE JUSTICE?!!! WHERE'S THE PROTECTION OF SOCIETY?!?!!!! TAKING SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE SHOULD MEAN TAKING YOUR OWN LIFE. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD!!!!!

Such a strange case!!! Was he acting or what? So dramatic!!! They seriously didn't ask him HOW the boy was messing with him, WHAT exactly he did??? I can't stand people leading, trying to put words in others' mouths. Don't ask him if he touched him, ASK HOWSO!!! How hard is that??!!! It made him look like he was crazy & paranoid & made up that he was messing with him, which might be the case, but due to their poor questioning, we don't know. 🙄😒 Why did the driver omit a stop they made? Why were they going to wash his vehicle? Nothing makes sense!

Ugh. That poor boy was killed fighting back. Too bad he didn't have a gun to eliminate those vermin. What a crap investigation. One blurry video of the car? No other video??? No footprints? No DNA? Oh ya, they did get DNA off his body, how do they know it's the killer's? Crazy that the original victim confused another guy with one of the suspects. They're probably kids & they're on SM with guns. Hopefully they do genetic genealogy & Parabon & catch them. They'll probably get one & not do anything to find the other one. As usual. 😒

That poor girl!!! WTF?!!! Why'd they wait so long to report her missing when she was expected home shortly & they saw her change direction?!!! So true that they're probably already dead by the time they're reported missing! PATHETIC INVESTIGATION!!!!!!!! They looked for the phone SIX MONTHS LATER?!?!!!! SERIOUSLY?!!!!! They must've looked shortly after, I mean, come on! So they looked 6 months later to put on a show for the cameras??? Did they even bother to question people at the apartments??? He would've been an easy find!!! & him reporting his gun missing & nobody thought anything of it?!!! They obviously need to put a flag in the system since everyone missed it. PATHETIC!!! They would've found her body within days!!! Couldn't they find video of the vehicle she was possibly in since they had video of her walking, if they went the opposite direction? Couldn't they find phones traveling with her's at that time or is that too advanced? They could've done a tower dump. What if her phone's bluetooth showed his device? Idk if that's available online & not just on her device. They're lucky he dropped his gun & didn't go back & find it & move her body. This case would've never been resolved. I thought he shot her since the gun was there. Maybe he strangled her. I wonder what happened. If he pulled the gun on her & made her get in his truck or offered her a ride, took her up there, assaulted her, & took her into the woods & killed her. She was the perfect victim because unlike the others, he had no direct connection to her. He didn't have to kill her. He didn't have to do anything to her.  Who knows what he was intending with those other women he knew & they didn't bother to ask or it wasn't aired. Again. If they would've investigated him after he reported his gun missing, they would've found her within days!!!!! It was all luck. The cops did nothing that found her or her killer. & Nobody pressing charges & allowing him to become a cop & kill that girl?!!! WTF?!!! FAIL! FAIL! FAIL!!!!!

Tulsa often FAILS to impress!!! I'm not impressed by them contaminating the scene with all that driving and walking through it. WHERE WERE THE FOOTPRINTS?!!!! Couldn't they ping his phone & find out where he was? Couldn't they contact the people who had protection orders out against him to find out his address? Why are they waiting for his mom to give an ex's phone # & her to give them his address. It's like they want everyone to just tell them all the information, I swear! 🙄😒 WTF happened to that girl?!!! Maybe she steered the car in the pond to escape. WHERE'S THE WEAPON?!!! WHY did go back to get her? How did putting on a jacket take 20 mins? How did they get her to the truck? WHY wasn't he locked up?!!! WHERE was the intervention by the state to stop him from eventually killing?!!! I vote we experiment on these freaks!!! Implant them with a kill switch to eliminate them if they harm another person. I hope he saves Tulsa money & takes himself out. Otherwise, they might let him out to kill again someday. 😬

Idk about the charges for that woman's overdose. How do they know she was dead when he dumped her? I think he should be charged with failing to render aid. I guess that's a lesser charge. They should've brought in a dog to track the driver's scent. What about DNA in the car? Her keys & phone? What's the location data of her phone show? Where are the clothes in the surveillance footage? Any other footage? Too bad she didn't leave drugs alone. When someone gets sober, the same amount they did before could be lethal. Her sister looked just like this woman abducted from a bar on I Survived.

When it comes to drug overdoses, I don't think others should be charged because it makes people not want to be involved (like that guy who'd rather leave her in a car than call 911.)

The justice system plays both sides. If he called 911, police would charge him with  a) drug possession OR b) selling drugs

If he doesn't call 911 re: overdose, police will charge him with a) failure to render aid or b) murder (if they think he sold it).

Make up your mind. (I'd just keep away from any of that).

Can’t Let Go /  the episode where one owner of a car lot hired a hit man to kill the other owner, who was also  his ex-girlfriend.
First, the lead detective was clueless.  The other detectives had it right all along, but she bought the male owner’s story hook, line,  and sinker.
Second, the male co-owner got 11 months time served, 1 year house arrest and probation.  He was a career criminal!!! And it was conspiracy to commit murder.   Just, no!!!

That was a terrible sentence for the crimes he committed.
