I didn't even make it through the first episode - this show suffers from being aired at the same time The Pitt is on. It is so inferior in every way that it's unwatchable.

Danny is unlikeable.  The other characters are okay.

I'm sure the Pitt is better, but (even though I'm a Dr. Carter fan from way back) I'm really trying to avoid subscribing to another streaming service. 

Pulse is ok. I mainly like it because as someone who spent a big part of my childhood in Miami (including during Hurricane Andrew) it brings back memories.

Exactly. I couldn't even finish the first episode. It's like a cheaper Grey's Anatomy. Hard pass.

It is very unfortunate timing. Or was it planned like when SyFy broadcast a public domain Thor movie on the weekend that Disney releases a Marvel's MCU Thor movie

I just finished watching The Pitt last week and found it to be wonderful. Pretty close to perfect. I tried getting into this today and am finding it odd. I can’t quite pinpoint what bothers me about it—too many flashbacks without first properly setting up the “world” to get me into the story, maybe. Not finding the characters engaging. It seems I am not the only one unable to make it through episode 1.
