seacliffsal April 1 Share April 1 Okay, I think they need to move the story along a bit (about the 'death') as the show is getting bogged down in minutia and timeline confusion (for me). I'm almost at the point of not caring about the murder storyline. I am enjoying the male lead and his new girlfriend (and what a birthday party for his son!). But, Alice's jealousy just makes her look bad. Was surprised the realtor didn't just let the nanny/babysitter take care of her daughter so she could take the interview for the job it seemed like she really wanted. Guess it's a different ball game when one doesn't have to work for a living. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152684-s01e06-plant-parenthood/#findComment-8622482
heatherchandler Tuesday at 06:43 PM Share Tuesday at 06:43 PM Yeah they need to move this along. Wonder why they are changing the date and time.. that usually isn’t good right? 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152684-s01e06-plant-parenthood/#findComment-8622946
Absolom Tuesday at 07:50 PM Share Tuesday at 07:50 PM It looks like they're dumping the show to Friday just to run out the season order. If anything for me it's gone downhill since it began. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152684-s01e06-plant-parenthood/#findComment-8622984

Wonder why they are changing the date and time.. that usually isn’t good right? It's hard to know. Suits LA bombed and is a terrible lead-in. I don't know that Friday will be worse. It's an earlier time slot. The biggest problem is that anyone who'd like to watch a show of this style likely won't pick it up in the middle of its run even if it's a better time slot. 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152684-s01e06-plant-parenthood/#findComment-8623140
Ms Lark Wednesday at 09:56 AM Share Wednesday at 09:56 AM I too am hoping they move this along at a faster pace. Too much filler! It was fun in the beginning, but now it's just a trudge. I also applaud the move to Friday. Sunday my DVR gets a major workout with PBS and other shows that are much more compelling. Fridays are empty unless a decent streamer comes along. 4 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152684-s01e06-plant-parenthood/#findComment-8623410
tennisgurl Thursday at 07:58 PM Share Thursday at 07:58 PM I got a kick out of seeing Connor and Michaeka from How to Get Away with Murder back together again, poor Aja Naomi King just cant escape murdering people via time jumps. I did enjoy watching Brett show up his ex wife terrible new husband, he was really cute with his son at the party. I don't trust him to help him out financially at all, he is still up to something. I'm glad that the kitty is alright. At this point I am invested enough to want to know what's going on and I still like the cast, but this is really starting to drag.
