Someone please "accidentally" drown Dr. Will.

It probably is good that he was made a player and not the Banker's Assistant.  He's the kind of officer that fragging was made for.   But I don't want him to go because I haven't seen either of Dr. Will's BB seasons and I want to see the "magic" i'm always hearing about.  According to Rob Cesternino and Co. he always starts out by antagonizing everyone.  Okay.

Seychelle was the one I wanted to go.  She lost me when she said, speaking of Rock, "I guess I should have made an effort to get to know Yosemite Sam."  Her snobbery and/or disdain got to me.  Of course, I don't know how he'd been treating her.   Maybe he'd also been dismissive.   But from what I've seen/paid attention she seems cold and more than a little angry while he was just a sweet, funny soul who likes to say use the word "fuck" as an adjective on a regular basis.

It really is too bad that Rock had to follow Luke's debacle.  Rock seemed to have the happy-go-lucky attitude and desire to go for it where he really might have gone to the end if he hadn't seen Luke go home leaving behind a 1 cent parting gift.

My favorite players at this point are David and Phillip.  Apparently Will has no idea that a) David was on Australian Survivor or b) that there is such a thing as Australian Survivor.   I'm glad Parvati sees both of them as allies and doesn't seem inclined to out David, at least as long as Will is around to attract the Reality Star Threat.

Maria-Grace explaining Survivor to the "clueless" Golden God?  Comedy Gold.

It seemed strange that CK (?) was targeting Rock so much.  But, she overplayed her hand too much by trying to dictate to Parvati and Phillip who to split.  She may have gotten her way on this one, but she totally put a target on her back for Parvati.  Parvati will use her until she decides to cut her off.  I liked Rock but really didn't like that the one player called him a simpleton.  I think she was stereotyping him based on his looks and good nature.  I hope Rock had fun while there.

Loved that Dr. Will outed Parvati (and wow was she not happy about that).

Am really liking Joe more and more.

Me too. She tries to act like she is fun and nice but she is cold and humorless and has RBF. And she cannot control her face when she is up for elimination and the person playing the banker is losing! She looked downright gleeful every time poor Rock opened a high value case. She is terrible at strategy and gameplay.

Parvati may be as phony as a two-dollar bill, but she sells being a caring person pretty successfully. I don't know her from Survivor, but she was a decent Traitor. I would have sent that southern chick whose name I can't remember back to her stand when she came over to dictate to Parvati and Phillip who should be split up. Like no, it's not your choice! I would have immediately split up her and whoever she was standing next to. She can go too - I don't like her at all.

I'm bummed Rock went - he was pretty funny in the after show with Rob and what a cool funny sweet Papa!

At this point, I am rooting for David, Lete, Parvati and Philip.

Parvati's real superpower is with other women, the flirty thing with guys is the obvious part of her charm routine, but it's the way she shape shifts into bonds with women that make her powerful.

I do think that most of it is phony and designed to get her what she wants, but she does sell it well.

That said, this season is really not grabbing me. The challenges feel long and drawn out and there's not a whole lot of interesting strategy yet. It's like the reverse of interesting to me, I really don't care to watch people running through mud or whatever, I'd prefer to hear the scheming and understand the gameplay.

Maybe it'll get better as they whittle down the numbers, but I struggled to get through the first episodes.

Yeah, its kind of like sitting through a whole season of ' THE FLOOR' where some random person you never saw wins the season pretty much by a random opportunity, no real strategy.

I think that's how this show goes since playing the banker ultimately comes down to luck. After all,

Spoiler

Jordan basically won season 1 of this show by flying under the radar all season. She kept her mouth shut, played friendly with all sides/alliances and did ok on the challenges. In other words, coasted.
