Hanahope December 26, 2024 Share December 26, 2024 Interesting how many players are quite young, yet owe so much. is In-ho the new boss or is there someone higher than him? Did he go into the game before or after his wife died? Another new game. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8540715

I got the sense his wife died sometime during/after the first time he was invited to the games. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8540960
Hanahope December 27, 2024 Share December 27, 2024 In-ho was a former winner and now works at the games. Just unsure when and where he started . Has he always been the front man? Did he get promoted after the old man died? I agree he went into the games for money to save his wife but she died before he won. That is probably why he went back into help run the games 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8541025
Helena Dax December 27, 2024 Share December 27, 2024 I like the way everybody has to vote after each game because it makes it look like it's the players' fault. In a twisted way, the people working for the Games, 001 included, may think that they are being extremely fair. I'm still wondering why In-ho is playing this time. Perhaps the writers thought that younger characters would be more attractive to the audience, but imo, it would make more sense if most of the players were older. I have the feeling that the next game is going to be a blood bath. 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8541141
kittykat December 29, 2024 Share December 29, 2024 Damn it we have a lot more players this season that we're getting to know and I'm going to be a wreck when they start dying. They've definitely been more creative with the games. Still trying to peg In-Ho and his motivations. Like him deliberately fucking up spinning top. It's like a mind game this point. He's trying to prove to Gi-Hun that people in the games at heart are selfish but deep down does he hope Gi-Hun is right and people do want to do the right thing? I don't know but I'm intrigued where they go forward with this. It was disheartening hearing so many survivors bitching about not enough players dying and therefore not enough prize money. 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8542035
iMonrey December 31, 2024 Share December 31, 2024 I don't understand why. Gi-hun isn't explaining that the games are designed to eliminate 50% of the players going forward until only 2 are left. Why hasn't he told everyone about Marbles? It's so frustrating. Everyone who keeps voting to keep the games going seems to think a lot of them can all get through and Gi-hun can easily disabuse them of that perception. Why doesn't he? 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8543464

At this point I don’t think Gi-hun could convince anyone in the “O” group to change because the plan is just to survive one more game, then the prize money will go up even more and they can split that and vote to go home. It’s a gambler’s mentality of ‘my luck has held out so far, I can do just one more game’. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8543685
catherinejane January 2 Share January 2 My guess got the ext game is they will pick something like 128 so only one group can win and 50% go. or 150. this series seems less I tense as we are pretty sure that our hero can’t die. Whereas in season 1 I felt snyone could die. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151223-s02e05-one-more-game/#findComment-8545229
