Oh boy, if we use Loren’s thought processes, strippers want patrons to grab at them, to show support for their performance. (NOT!!) He's not only wrong about drag queens wanting patrons to flirt with them, but he "mansplained" this idiocy to Faith. He needs to go.

As for the the bit they showed re: next week, I let out a WTF when Brian said he didn't think Ingrid was with him "for the right reasons". Give me a break, Brian doesn't want a wife, he wants a caretaker /nurse. He has implied to her that he's independent, when he really needs more assistance than he's telling her.

I hate to be so blunt but if Brian just wanted a caretaker, he could find a desperate woman in the U.S. who wants some stability, etc. But he wants a hot Brazilian caretaker.

Fun fact: About four minutes into the episode when there's a shot of the water fountains shooting high in that public place, the footage is running backwards. 

I noticed a long time ago that this happens a lot in tv shows with water and especially campfires. It's usually fleeting, but it looks weird and you can see it if you go back in slow motion. I figure it's the editors deciding they want the shot to pan left to right, for instance, when it was actually shot right to left and they think no one will notice.

I admit I haven’t been out of the states in a while but can Niles just walk down an alley beside what looked like abandoned buildings and go to an ATM and come out with $109.?

Looked more like store fronts than abandoned buildings to me but as long as there's an ATM I don't see why he couldn't get whatever his daily allowed maximum is. It also depends on where you've been out of the country as not everywhere is the same or looks the same, not even the African countries I've visited look much alike.

I bet you Brian planned to pay her Brazilian wages, or none, if he convinced her to marry. I have a feeling Brian could never afford an American wife, because we all know plenty of hot US gals line up if there's $$. I'd hazard a guess he and Loren have similar bank accounts. Brian, I HOPE, can at least count on disability income. But that's all as his injury wasn't financially recognized.

Wow, what an interesting observation. Now I'll be watching for fires and water features during my guilty pleasure (watching reality tv.)

I've been to some sketchy ATMs over the years, where I swap out my bank card to an account with less than 600, just in case. Lol. It didn't surprise me to see Niles find one by an quiet, unpaved street, yet still convenient.

There are ATMs all over the world. Just because Ghana is a developing country doesnt mean they don't have a banking system.

I was mostly referring to the $109. It was probably in Cedi….i was half ass watching as  I’m finding most are producer driven set ups.

It probably accounts for the exchange rates and fees. I haven't seen the episode but I doubt if 4 US $1 bills came.
