So the evil crime boss lady went to all that trouble to find the girl and people died and she gets off and walks away and what?  The girl she is so desperate and determined to find and take away is just off her radar now?  She can live and work in the town and in the flower shop like nothing happened?  Evil grandma will stay away and girl needs no protection?  All tied up with a pretty bow and all's right with the world.

Can anyone make this make sense?

I hope we don't see any more of Carla. I hate the old ultra evil nemesis plotlines shows like this seem to delight in burdening us with. The evil nemesis cackles evilly and plots our hero's demise. So boring.

What weird writing.  None of it added up to anything.  And now they added a long time big bad as some older lady somehow ruling the Kansas City (really, KC???) crime syndicate.  A black widow granny who wants to kill her grandchild???  LOL!

I'm only watching to kill time until NCIS Origins.  Good one tonight showing how Franks helped heal some of Gibbs' pain making you understand why Gibbs always counted him as his best friend through all the years.  There is better depth to the writing in that show.

I don't think she wanted to kill her grandchild, rather take her under her wings and groom the girl to be heiress to her evil throne.

I enjoyed it - even though the plot of agent needing to protect annoying target isn't my favorite. It helped that they didn't string out the antagonism for too long. And I'm always happy to see Katrina Law showing off her martial arts chops.

Evil grandma walking off might be a stretch but I'm in a generous mood today.

Andyourlittledog2, that was my thought, too.  The crime boss grandmother won't bother her granddaughter again because Parker told her to stay away?  After she goes to all the trouble of tracking down and then kidnapping her son's lover, a well known D.C. personality - along with a Federal agent! - and they just let her go?  Even if the guys who committed the crime won't talk, it shouldn't be all that hard to show that they worked for her.
