Late, but I love that Kristen called Gregory GG.  It was very endearing.  Loving seeing this other side of her.  She's so fun and funny.

He called her KK at one point, too!  Adorable.

"Sara-toga."  God, I love Sara Bradley.  Not in a weird way, just in a "wanna hang out and have cocktails and gab" way.  She was on the Pack Your Knives podcast last week and was of course delightful.

I cannot for the life of me remember a single thing about Joe Flamm, down to whether I liked him, from his season, but I thought he was fine here.  Except that he's one of the many people who pronounces mascarpone as "marscapone", something that bugs me in non-chefs and drives me absolutely bonkers in chefs.  "How old do you think I am?" in response to her asking if he'd ever worked for Wolfgang made me laugh.

I liked the shout-out to the importance of PA work to everyone else doing their jobs, as it's a wide variety of tasks, many of them not pleasant, for very little money (it's a job people take just to be part of production and try to make contacts).

I wouldn't eat the sweet pizza if you paid me, but I'd definitely try the spicy and sweet one.  I like a lot of seafood pizzas, and I've had one similar to the smoked salmon pizza, but smoked salmon is just okay to me, so that's how I felt about the pizza.

I enjoy Kristen's ranch love.  I don't dip pizza with toppings on it in ranch, but the only way I will eat any portion of crust that is bare is to dip it in ranch.

Same on the memory part. And "marscapone" from folks in the food biz is like restaurant people adding an 'n' to restaurateur. They presumably should know better.
