It varies by time zone. Usually it’s 12am Eastern/9pm Pacific. But the first two episodes have dropped early.

Same. My one bone to pick is it was very dark, lighting-wise. I could have used a little more light.

Why is the company beauty pageant called Little Miss Hastings? Shouldn’t it just be Miss Hastings? I thought Little Miss Whatever were kiddie pageants.

I assumed the pageant was titled "Little Miss . . ." by the author of the book or the show writers (I have not read the book) to emphasize how women were be𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦d, or considered to be less than men.
In that era a wife was often referred to as "the 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 woman."

But others may post here who have read an interview that gives the real reason.
