Yikes Ingrid, way to have your friend’s back. Dan is a complete ass and I hope he somehow gets some bad karma coming his way.

Tyler is my favorite character.  Yuks to Dan for making a comedy skit out of the book White Fragility.

This was probably the best episode so far. The discussion about racism with HR was very interesting to watch.

The guy that plays Tyler did a brilliant job this episode. Arden Cho was great during her scene with Tyler when she was telling him the outcome of the Dan situation. You could tell she didn't really believe what she was saying, but said it anyway.

So how long have they been dating for this proposal? I know it was like maybe 2-4 weeks initially and then her apartment needed about two months to get fixed so best case scenario it's been like 3-4 months? And they're engaged? WTF?

That’s why she freaked out (along with her burning love for one night stand). She said things were moving too fast, but I wished she said something to Nick first instead of telling everyone else they are moving too fast except him.

I don't know how Nick isn't aware that this is moving too fast. I mean, I think he's better than the one night stand but lord that man has some co-dependency issues if he's proposing this quickly.

Nick also seems a wee bit possessive: Anytime Ingrid is talking to another man, he runs over and introduces himself or puts an arm around her or otherwise indicates she's "taken." Gross.

Nick is a bit too much. the proposal setup was beautiful, but it's too fast. I don't like the English guy. 

Marty is hanging partner over her head, for everything. She's been going against her principles, in every episode, it seems. Now she's gone against one of her best friends, for Marty. He's just using her.
