i was surprised to see that on my Hulu feed. Time does fly by us. But what is FCG? I copied the description, so I am not sure about it but Bulk Beauty was throwing a party, I have no idea of what FCG means, unless my brain fried.

I like Luca, I like that they are raising the unhoused/homeless issue but I am afraid they will do like they have done with other issues: throw it in the ring, then forget about the nuances, don't take it as seriously as it deserves.

On the other hand, they cannot get a hold of polyamory. Malika says she is poly, but what is happening is that she is getting into a bunch of open relationships. What a mess. Not interested at all.

It looks like they are going to make the sister story about a cult. Not sure why they want to go that route. This will likely end in someone getting kidnapped, some sort of cheap mystery/thriller story that doesn't really fit the premise of the show.

Oddly, despite all that, I didn't hate the episode.

Fight Club Girls. It is what Mariana and her friends called themselves when they were at Evan's company cause they had to fight the sexism there or something.

Mariana and Evan seem like 12-year-olds. He sees her kissing another dude and rather than asking her about it ignores her texts and attempts to talk. So then Mariana gets drunk at her launch party and jumps into bed with another dude. It's all so mature.

What's-his-name's missing sister is clearly in some kind of bad situation. For someone who claimed to be happier than she's ever been, she sure looked miserable.

Malika claims to be poly, but really she just wants to date multiple people and doesn't like them doing the same? Her political storylines were more interested.

I'm sick of Davia and Dennis. I'd rather him start something new with this food critic lady.

Isabella should not have trashed her dad's car, but he is a real asshole for blackmailing her. What does he care if she keeps the baby if she's not asking for money and they don't have any contact?

Thanks. That's how uninterested I am in those character

The whole thing with Evan and Mariana is really silly. I like Evan but it looks like the writers are going to commit a heinous act of character assassination. They also moved from Callie to Mariana when it comes to sex scenes, and the directors continue to be really bad at it. Nothing sensual about it. Hopefully they will not keep doing it the way they did with Callie, when it looked more like proto porn than intimacy.

I kind of liked the Isabela story, not the blackmail, but that she is conflicted. Now for the battle of custody: grandparents will sue to get the baby (yeah, they will do a 360 on it and fall n love with the girl) because Gael doesn't have a fixed income, they live in a "commune with drugs", and Isabela is not fit because of anger issues. More recycled TV plot

The dad is just cartoonishly evil at this point. He must know that "plan" wouldn't work. You can't take someone's kid away just because the father has an unusual job. Gael could easily move somewhere else, like he suggested last season. And if worst came to worst, he has the support of his own successful parents.

The show has apparently decided that poly is just another word for messy. Its quite disappointing, this was a good opportunity to really dig into a poly relationship and see what its like, but its all just fallen apart with clichés and drama. Which is sort of the show in general. Good ideas, and it works some times, but mostly it all gets drowned out in a sea of clichés and needless drama.

I like Malika, I wish they would’ve given more attention to her discussion with Luca. That in itself could’ve been a couple of episodes not just one conversation.

Malika has a really interesting story compared to Callie/Mariana who were also foster kids, and I have enjoyed her family storylines with her family more than her romantic subplots. (Although they have put her with some attractive people)
