Mikaela and Tommy help Jayden transform into a Scorpio after he learns that his dream apartment has astrological-sign requirements; Neil attempts to raise mayoral awareness by putting this face on trash cans in the city.

Airs 4/5.

I vote for Jayden for MVP on this one. His transitions to and from Scorpio!Man were worthy of a full moon. This made the trash cans the 'B' plot.

This wasn't my favorite episode, the forcing scenes seemed forced (OK, that sounds stupid, but hopefully you know what I mean).

Would the mayor's face on the trash cans constitute campaigning on city funds? I'm not offering that as criticism of this shows surreal view of LA's laws, I'm just curious.

I don't think so, because there's nothing about voting on them. It's akin to having your name/picture on the signs welcoming people to the city, that sort of thing.

I want to like this show- I like the premise, but it is SO DUMB. You have Ted Danson and Holly Hunter and this is what you do with them?!

It really is stupid, mindless  comedy. Good to have on in the background. If not for the cast , it would be shit.

Jayden's inability to remember Neil's name on one of those "on the street" shows might be a reference to that bit in Billy on the Street where no one he talks to can name a single woman. Including several woman who didn't even name themselves.

Its hard to be a Scorpio, we're so tragically misunderstood...

Scorpios are great if you like intensity! It's not all rage!

The mayor's mouth as trash receptacle was a funny gag, but overall this show is really grating on my nerves. It's trying to be too cute. I can go for quirky and off-beat, but it's gone past camp, past cartoon, and into just irritating more and more.
