Chucky and Caroline playing video games is my new favorite thing.

I like the show is trying to humanize both Junior and Lexi.  They are still complete douche bags but they are relatable douche bags.

 I bet Halloween is a fun time for a possessed killer doll the size of a small child.  I mean Chucky can walk around unmollested and reek havoc on the neighbors all he likes.  You know good clean American Fun.

Another fun murder.  Pushing housekeeper into an open dishwasher full of sharp knives.

And another step into building Jake into a possible killer.

Chucky can creep you out one minute then make you laugh the next. I loved how casual he was playing video games with little Caroline. She’s a cute little girl.

And now he’s filling the abusive dad hole in Jake’s life. But he uses just enough kindness to keep him under his thumb.

Lexy continues to be the worst. Dressing up as Jake’s dad?! Not. Cool. I get your home life sucks, but all that and you have the nerve to call Jake the bully?!?

I don't really like any of the characters in the show except Lexi's mom, the mayor, and Lexi's sister. I don't even like Devon, his podcast is trivial, a sign of rampant crime is a woman cutting her hand while attempting to carve a pumpkin. I am surprised that his mother would allow him to use so many curse words in his podcast. I wonder if Devon pointing out how much crime is in his city creates conflict in his home life since his mother is a police officer.

Her mom/the mayor strikes me as pretty bitchy. She told Lexi to her face that Caroline’s drawing was better than anything Lexi had done in her entire life. Yeah, Lexi is a jerk, but still that’s pretty harsh.

So the implication is that Caroline is autistic: she doesn’t like to be touched, doesn’t maintain eye contact with anyone, including her parents, and is seeing a specialist. That explains her parents’ over-attentiveness and Lexi’s resentment of it. I hope Chucky doesn’t turn her evil; things didn’t turn out well for the last little girl he “befriended” in Curse of Chucky.

Who tells a small child their drawing sucks right to their face, even if it did (which it didn't), just because you don't like the subject matter. Mom saw someone being bullied and stood up for them, it may have been harsh, but she certainly didn't say anything that wasn't true.

I wonder how Barbara Alyn Wood felt giving that line, seeing as the girl playing her daughter is her daughter. I agree, it was a total bitch line to give to her daughter and I don't give a shit if she was sick of Lexi's attitude. My sister gets pissed at her husband when he personalizes their toddler daughter's behavior. I bet they will gaslight Lexi if she brings up their shitty behavior towards her.

@AnimeMania, what she said to her daughter about what Caroline's did being better than anything Lexi had done her entire life went too far, as well as both of them dismissing Lexi being humiliated at the talent show. It won't make her a better person, that for sure. Her science teacher last episode had the better tactic when she spoke to Lexi about her behavior. My parents pulled shit like that on me constantly. Even now, well into adulthood, I was diagnosed officially being let's say "neuortypical," and when I answered my mother with the diagnosis  when she questioned why I had hard time socially, she dismissed it completely because the case was "mild."

Still didn't make it okay for Lexi to mock the death of Jake's dad for his perceived bullying at the party. I don't care how unpopular Jake was; I have a hard time believing that even the general student body would be okay with that type of bullying of a kid that was recently orphaned (especially if she was mocking the "accident" that did it), even if the popular kids were instigating it. I would think more kids would have Devon's attitude about it.

Of course Lexi thinks Jake's a bully, ignoring her behavior. Why does she hate him so much anyway? I know Junior's a pushover because of his dad, but that was still his family member that died and Lexi had no respect for that. Showing us her parents are awful to her doesn't excuse her behavior. It seem everyone has shitty parents in this town. 

I don't know if 2 freak accidents are enough to suspect Jake, but if Chucky keeps killing people around him he will be a suspect. Although I wonder how the Detective thinks Jake controls his doll to walk around on his own. They think it's a dummy. Which would require Jake to be right next to him and the razer apple lady would've told her the "child" was alone. 

Also Devon, a person cutting their hand carving a pumpkin is neither horror or a crime. As Chucky said accidents happen more than murder. That doesn't seem like very interesting news for a podcast. 

Chucky playing a violent video games with Lexi's sister was creepy. Of course he didn't seem interested in killing her, only Lexi. And for that one I don't blame him. She is awful.

Does her parents know about the GoFundMe account she set up? Or is the middle school in some sort of circle jerk with her mayor mother where they don't report any of the bullying she does so Lexi in turn gets more frustrated because her parents aren't bothering paying any attention to her. At the very least, her mother might want to get a handle on her behavior instead of totally dotting on Caroline if she wants to be re-elected and she gets a challenger. I would love if that video of Lexi mocking Jake's dad backfired and the family gets accused of being bullying homophobes.

Lexy is a fucking bitch, the kind of person you actually root for one of The movie serial Killer(Like Chucky for instance) to viciously kill. Her mocking the Death of Jakes dad is vile, so are the people laughing at iy. I dont feel sorry for her just cause her parents suck. I bet she's fucking Oliver behind Junior's back.

That little girl in Curse of Chucky was an idiot. Her Aunt Nica literally said the same doll she's talking to at the end lamenting about how her Aunt Killed her mom and Dad killed her parents and she couldn't put anything together

I know!!!! Not to mention that Chucky didn’t even pretend to be nice to her! Most kids aren’t that stupid. You’d think that she would have caught on eventually but nope. That being said, she still didn’t deserve her fate..

I think I heard about it. Haven't watched Cult of Chucky yet but I heard Chucky or Nica said something about he possessed her, turned her into a killer and got her killed bascaially? Is that right?

It's probably good that I'm not a parent, because if my daughter was such a massive bitch all the time and then insulted her little sisters increadible drawing, I would have said something similar.

Yeah, your standard cheapo knives will get dull real fast and more expensive knives will rust. Really, the housekeeper deserved what she got.

Not really. Neurotypical is what they would have called "normal" a few decades ago. You might be thinking of neurodivergent.

I didn't get the misunderstanding at first otherwise I would have cleared it up right away. The question was genuine. I currently have the Rona and my brain is kinda slow, on top of being neurodivergent.
