When Amos said "Hi Peaches" I was all crap crap crap I'm supposed to know who this is! I had to come on here to figure it out because I didn't remember who Peaches was and I didn't recognize the actress. Remind me did Amos and Peaches sleep together in season 3? No, unless it happened between season three and four. We're told at the start of season four that Clarissa (aka peaches) traveled on the Roci back to earth (must have been a bit awkward for her and Holden) 1 Link to comment

I wonder if she thinks about those times.. I wonder if Amos would be as sympathetic if that old guy had been a friend of his. I think he'd feel the same. The monster in him recognized the monster in her, he doesn't judge her. On the other hand, if she'd gone after children, he'd have killed her. That's exactly what I thought of, Swiss knives! This was one heck of an episode, now I am on the edge of my seat. Though I'll still wait before I watch the next one, I'm trying to make it last. 3 Link to comment
ahisma February 1, 2021 Share February 1, 2021 Fred, nooooooo! He wasn’t dead immediately and I so hoped. So, did Sauveterre and Babbage and those ships full of Martian Navy know that Marcos was going to attack Mars as well as Earth? Because that would be the height of treason. Bobbie and Alex are already upset about general theft; this is beyond the pale. 3 Link to comment
Quark February 1, 2021 Share February 1, 2021 This episode was unbelievable. Can't wait to see how the rest of the season unfolds. Fred Johnson was such a great character, I'm really going to miss him. And the actor that played him was superb. 5 Link to comment
Joimiaroxeu February 4, 2021 Share February 4, 2021 Okay, so at what point does Chrisjen step up and take control again? And what role is Amos going to play in it? Clarissa too, I guess since they're going to need to bust out of that prison first. I'm so confused. Are we supposed to be rooting for the Belters? RIP, Fred. You had a good run. Link to comment

Clarissa Mao (aka Melba Koh, aka Peaches*) and Amos first met toward the end of season 3, when she was caught trying to kill Holden as revenge for him bringing down her father Jules-Pierre Mao. At the beginning of season 4, Peaches called Amos on the Rocinante from prison. That's when we learned that the Roci crew transported Clarissa to Luna so she could go back to Earth for trial. Apparently during the transit to Luna, Amos allowed her to work in the ship's machine shop with him. And that's when they got close (well, as close as two killers can get). They never slept together. As for Amos visiting Peaches in prison, I think, after going back to Baltimore to pay his respects to his surrogate mother, Lydia, and remembering how she was there for him during his horrific childhood, he felt like he should see and be there for Peaches before he left Earth for the last time. *It's never explained in the show, but fans assume that Amos calls Clarissa Peaches because Melba was her alias while she was hunting Holden, and Peach Melba is a dessert, he thought Peaches was a good nickname for her. What can I say, it's Amos. Edited February 7, 2021 by Gillian Rosh 1 3 Link to comment
