Matthew Morrison has never been a Jim Carrey type of comedian though so I don’t think that he will have the same take on the Grinch.

In the clips out there he is more angry and menacing.

Of all musicals they picked to do live this year, THIS is what they pick?! 

I hate Matthew Morrison. This is going to be a trainwreck.

I recorded it. Just made it through the first ten minutes or so, started fast forwarding when Max was doing a very long musical number with his past selves, got to where the Grinch showed up, then gave up and deleted. Wow, that was bad. They even managed to ruin Max, one of my favorite parts of the original cartoon.

(Did you notice they didn't bother using that verse (and that line) in the performance??)

It was like the last sketch on SNL but it just kept going on and on and on.

Started it but haven’t finished it.  The pacing is horrible.  It’s so boring and too many unnecessary filler scenes.
