kili January 10, 2015 Share January 10, 2015 (edited) X is for Xyphoid Process .- that small bit of cartilage at the bottom of the sternum which is used as a land-mark for doing CPR or what Regina probably uses as a landmark to re-insert hearts (in Season 3 - Henry's, the Lost Boy's (hopefully), her own (twice), half of Snow's Heart x2).
