Is that bridge named after his father or grandfather? His father was in an episode on an early season and I see where TRav gets his sense of entitlement. The father was also disgusting in his comments about women, as I recall. Apple does not fall far from the tree. I wonder what TRav's mother thinks of this entire mess. She must be so proud

I agree with every issues above, and make that a table for two regarding Patricia. I guess the thing I dislike about her the most (and there are many reasons) is how oblivious she is about what a weird son she has and her "southern" manners she thinks people need to be worthwhile.

Stop and think about it. Would any normal person even date one of these chuckleheads if they had any pride at all? They are nothing but frat boys (no matter their age) and walking STDs. I think Cameron is adorable in her wardrobe and style, but I cannot imagine why her husband would be happy with her hanging with this crowd, if for no other reason than the fact that people can be judged by the company you keep.

TRav also gave a song and dance about his background and protecting it from lower class or something like that. As if Landon was somehow the answer to that dream. (Yuk) I can forgive him for the drug issues he had, as he paid his debt to society and deserves a second chance. However, that train for moral responsibility left the station a long time ago, and his behavior with Katherine and as a father to two children because of it, is just one more nail in his coffin not to mention his catting around and being an embarrassment to everyone when he is drunk. Did anyone ever tell him he cannot hold his liquor?

I thought I heard Erika say (about wearing the t shirt dress) that she had been sick with the flu or something for a couple of days and that was the best she could do at the moment or something. I remember thinking I would have just stayed home because I felt lousy and/or did not want to inflict my germs on anyone. Does anyone else remember or was I dreaming?

I adore the Rainbow Bridge poem and cry every time......but it is sweet. I had a copy of it in my paperwork folder when my husband passed away a couple of years ago, as we both liked it and got comfort from it. My priest had never read it and asked if he could make a copy, as he was quite touched by it also. I surely don't want a "stack" of them to keep count of the losses, but I find it very valuable.

Cannot help but have some empathy for Brianna. Look what she had for a role model. Considering that, I think she turned out fairly well. I don't believe she pulls the "work" card as much as Vicky does. And, honestly, her health issues are primary......it can take years to confirm Lupus and it can hit every part of your body, and it is exhausting. Her medical problems have been going on since she was quite young and lupus is not all that is going on. That said, I thought she seemed happy to see Ryan when he showed up for her birthday. And although he is not my cup of tea by any stretch of the imagination, she chose to have two kids with him and seems to like being married. Vicky was the biggest phony in the world, in more ways than one, and one of her major offenses to me was being the loving mother in law, just so she could be in Brianna's good graces and see her grandchildren. Not sure if Michael would have a real job or not, without his mother, but he at least can ignore her to some degree and perhaps have a real life. Brianna could use our support and not condemnation for being born into that family IMO

Loved this show. Rarely missed a show. My favorite weird but happy one was the cute puppy who got tangled in the phone receiver cord and kept tapping the operator or emergency bottom with its paw....and heavy breathing. I always had small dogs and never doubted it could happen

I agree totally about a good relationship between President and Virginia Madison. And absolutely no sexual tension or affair required. Let us not go with the obvious. Like most of the cast, want to see Michigan gov around to. Great actor. Loved him in The Mentalist. And Seth is a great favorite of mine. I'm in!!!!

Gabriella was always the smartest of the lot. Run, Gabriella, run. The oldest one did definitely step up to the plate and her folks should be proud of her efforts, if they ever think of anyone but themselves. However all the contact Teresa had with the family during her prison stay was crazy. Phone calls? So many. Really annoyed me. Sounds more like a vacation than a teaching lesson. Miliania? There are no words, based on previous shows. She is probably worse than before. I did not watch last night and probably won't for the season....but will come here to read and snark

The main reason I came to "read" is because I was honestly curious if the viewers were still behind them or not. I absolutely refuse to contribute anything to this cause...tv shows, wine or whatever and will do my best to stick to my guns on principal alone. I watch most of the shows regularly (not Atlanta or Washington or wherever it was recently,and Dallas after a few episodes) and enjoy it a lot for the absurdness of it all. I enjoy the house porn and clothes and trip locations but have to deal with middle school behavior. I have grandchilden under 10 who are more mature than most of these women. A couple of the women are a hoot to watch/listen to but still.....at bit absurd. In the case of New Jersey, I refuse to support a couple who relentlessly continued a way of life they could not truly afford and managed to take down some hard working small businessmen and who knows how many more. To have Bravo glamorize this situation is just deplorable to me and I won't even go into the effect on their children. They will all need therapy in the future I fear. If Bravo changes some of the people, I would be willing to give it another chance, but I doubt that will happen.

I am still reading page 4 of this, but I have always wanted to throw this into the mix, perhaps not valuable insight, but it did happen on the show. During one season (perhaps the first?) there was an episode with TRav's father in it with him. I found him despicable, in his attitude toward women in particular, his good old boy and his politician attitude. The apple does not fall far from the tree. I pity TRav's mother and any other women that join the family.
