Mika was excited that Haas's book is coming out in paperback. It's called the Bill of Obligations. He wants kids to read the Federalist Papers.

The big guest today was Richard Haas. He wrote a column on Israel. he advocates a third option which would be to let Palestinians govern the West Bank. No new settlements or annexation by Israel. He said Bibi will have to leave office. They need a leader to back the third option. Biden could support the new leader. Joe blamed right-wing extremists for not focusing on Gaza.

Mika & Joe are very upset with the NY Times polls showing Trump leading in most of the battleground states. Joe went on a tirade about Trump saying nonsense on the campaign. Joe said Biden has to work harder to fight back against the perception that he is too old to be President. Joe said Biden has passed legislation, rebuilt NATO etc. Joe is mad at Trump for having 91 indictments against him. Heilman said he is worried about core Democratic voters not supporting Biden. The drought is affecting voters that come out in the rain.

Joe invited Desantis on the show. He told him the 6-week abortion ban is extreme. Joe supports 15 weeks. Most of the interview is about Trump not being a good debater. Joe is baffled at Trump attacking pro life voters.

Joe was mad at a poll that showed Trump ^ Biden tied. There is another poll with Kennedy at 22%. Willie said people are fed up with Trump & not excited with Biden.

Joe is mad that Bibi criticized Morning Joe on Twitter several years ago. Joe is not a fan of Bibi. Joe said Bibi was not a good leader. Former congressman Adam Kinsiger is mad at the UN for not caring about dead Israeli soldiers.

Donnie Deutsh is furious at the protests on college campuses. Joe wants safe spaces for Jewish students on campuses.

Joe went on a rant against Senator Tommy Tuberville. Joe said every country is afraid of the US military. Joe said he respected the generals when he was on the armed forces committee.

Chris Christie was a guest on the show. He believes Trump will be convicted before the nomination next summer. He is a regular guest on the show. Mika gave a nice tribute to Eugene Robinson's wife who died from cancer.

Mark Mckinnon from no labels came up with a plan to run Republicans like Mitt Romney,Paul Ryan and Tom Ridge in various battleground states to get enough votes to deny Trump the electoral votes. He supported Biden in 2020 but thinks he is too old to run in 2024. Joe supports the plan.

Joe is mad at college campus Presidents for allowing antisemitic rallies.

Joe complained about Mike Johnson being reckless with government spending. Joe is mad at him for not protecting Israel.

Joe said his friends in Israel warned him that Bibi was taking professionals out of the military and replacing them with clowns. he appointed supporters from the religious right. Joe said he knew Israel was vulnerable.

Joe was there Friday. Mika was off. He was in the studio & lectured the other panellists on Israel-Palestine relations. Joe did receive the key to the City of Jerusalem when he was in Congress.

Mika is excited to announce that she will be returning to Abu Dhabi next March for the 30/50 summit. Forbes will be sponsoring the event.

Mika invited her brother to discuss Google helping Ukranian women in Poland.

Joe said he grew up around guns. Joe said he kept his guns safe & locked up. Joe didn't need an AR 15 to go hunting. Joe admitted he changed his position on assault weapons after the Sandyhook massacre.

Joe discussed his time in Congress. It was a very productive time for Congress. Joe worked with Clinton to get many reforms done and balanced the budget. Joe wants Congress to get its act together.

Joe was happy that the centrist parties won the elections in Poland. Joe said the new government will support Ukraine. Tusk supports Western democracy.

There was a special tribute to Mike Barnicle today. He turned 80 years old ! They showed clips from early episodes of Morning Joe. Joe called him one of the best columnists in Boston history. Joe said he wakes up early & likes to work with family. Mika hugged Mike at the end of the segment.

Joe was left alone in the Jupiter bunker today. Mika is in the studio today. She is wearing a black jacket. Joe was happy the US government listened to him and froze the $6 billion in Qatar that was supposed to go to Iran. Joe wants to tighten the screws on Iran so they stop funding Hamas. Joe is mad at the House Republicans for not picking a Speaker. Joe is mad at Trump for praising Hezbollah & attacking Israel . Joe said he led the charge to get rid of Newt Gingrich as speaker.

Joe also went on a rant against Harvard students that supported Hamas. Joe said there is too much anti semitism on college campuses.

In the 3rd hour, Joe went on a long rant against President Trump. Joe said Trump has to stop praising dictators. Joe is mad at Trump for insulting allies. Lemire agreed with Joe. He can't believe that Republicans would nominate Trump again. Joe said Trump should not show war plans about Iran to random people at Mar A Largo.
