Joe is in NY today with the panel. Joe said he knew that Trump 's business empire was overvalued. Joe said that even during the Apprentice TV show, business executives knew Trump was not a business genius. That didn't stop Mika & Joe from appearing on the show. Joe said he was asking questions about Jeffrey Epstein for years before he was convicted. Mika is in a different studio with Jackie.

During the 2020 Presidential campaign, Joe said Biden should get out of his basement and do more retail campaigning & knocking on doors to get votes. It was a risky strategy for a Presidential candidate to go door-knocking with the Secret Service I am surprised that Joe wasn't on the DC news every night. Joe said he forced Newt & Clinton to balance the budget.

Joe went on a long rant today against the Biden campaign for not fighting harder against Trump. Joe said when he was campaigning to be reelected to Congress, the Democrats accused Joe of cutting Medicare. Joe replied that he was only proposing to slow the growth of medicare payments to prevent the fund from going bankrupt. Joe said he won all the debates against his opponents, and no one opposed him again when he ran in 1998 and 2000. Mika beamed at Joe after he told his story. Will the Biden campaign listen to Joe? Mika & Joe mocked Senator Menendez for accepting cash bribes and gold bars. I doubt his daughter would appreciate Mika and Joe teasing her dad.

Joe is opposed to letting Trump take over control of the FCC & control TV licenses. Joe's show could get cancelled. Mika was upset that Trump had sex with a porn star. Mika is very agitated this morning and is holding her cup with her hands tightly.

Joe is mad at Trump for not supporting Mark Milley. Milley wanted to warn China in case Trump decided to use military action against China. There was a brief mention of Senator Menendez being indicted for bribery.

Joe said that the Biden administration has to stop promoting Bidenomics and focus on criticizing Trump. However, Joe spent the summer telling viewers that the economy was doing well & Biden should promote his accomplishments. Joe should try to remember his talking points from a few months ago. Joe did make a good point that Biden has been underestimated since the early 2020 primaries. Joe doesn't believe the Washington Post poll showing Trump ahead by 10 points. He called the Democrats bedwetters. Mika said that Morning Joe was working on getting the makers of Depends underwear to sponsor Morning Joe since many of their viewers get nervous about polls. Mika wants Democrats to get behind Joe Biden. She said Trump didn't work very hard when he was President.

Joe is happy that a new poll in NH shows Biden leading Trump by 12%. Joe said viewers should know that voters in suburbs that voted for Biden in 2020 won't switch to Trump. Joe said Democrats should be bedwetters over any national polls. Joe said Zelensky should say Thank You for weapons from allies. Joe defended Poland for saving millions of refugees when the war started. Mika was upset that Poland was stopping weapons shipments during the election campaign. Farmers don't want Ukraine grain.

There were rumours that Joe would give a speech at the UN assembly this week, given his numerous connections with world leaders. However, the UN would not pay for a private jet for Mika & Joe to get to NYC so they politely declined.

Can you imagine Joe & Chris Matthews being co-hosts of a show? Both of them would try and out-talk each other.

Why doesn't Senator Tuberville realize that Joe is the most popular MSNBC cable host TV show host who graduated from the University of Alabama law school? There are many statues of Joe throughout the state that recognize Joe's 3 terms in Congress & his rise to stardom in cable news. Joe's show regularly gets almost 1 million viewers. Joe used to brag about how successful Alabama was at football. I don't think a POA would allow her daughter to vote in the Senate. I was confused by Joe's statement. You are right about her not being replaced in the judiciary committee if she resigns.

Jonathan Martin was a guest. He interviewed Nancy Pelosi. She might run for Congress again to protect San Francisco's interests. They need help to deal with high crime & empty stores. Nancy wants Senator Feinstein to stay in office until her mandate ends. She wants Adam Schiff to be the next Senator. Gov Newsom said he would appoint a black woman to replace Feinstein if she resigns before her term ends. Pelosi is a friend of the show so there was no discussion about the ramifications of California having a Senator who is in poor health staying in office. Joe said Feinstein's daughter has a Power of Attorney over her. I am not sure if the POA allows Feinsten's daughter to vote for her on her behalf. It is a serious situation.
