  1. Not to mention that she bragged about (and demonstrated) wasting lots of work-from-home time--e.g., by taking breaks every 15 minutes to play with toy trucks, mess about the apartment, etc. She lives in a generally conservative part of the U.S. and has been frequently gross and disgusting for shock value, perhaps most of all toward her parents. Her mother, as some folks here may know, is the longtime mayor of Statler's home city and her father is a prominent attorney. If she still has the job now she had in episode 1, I would be amazed. Without Dempsey's income and if without Crapler's...I feel bad for Dempsey, who's a hard worker and a homebody and created a life and a little home that work fine for her. I can't imagine what her father must think of all this, bet he's appalled.
  2. Didn't see it but I assume he's playing it again Sam that "because of my medication, I wouldn't be able to get someone pregnant." Well, Genius, stranger things have been known to happen. Ask my parents.
  3. Anyone notice that Meisha goes for that pose that Princess Diana used--chin down, looking upward with doe eyes? Meisha does it constantly and it drives me nuts. I have to admit Koala Man looks relatively good tonight. Meisha looks her age and maybe somewhat more.
  4. What's with the dissing Demps as not financially independent? She works her tail off, hard physical work, not fiddling on the computer and taking a break every 15 mins. to play with toy trucks. Also, I don't believe this National Lampoon Vacation was all Dempsey's idea. I think that Crapler wants more space and a working toilet and I'm guessing Dempsey's line of work is rural. They don't have big bucks. A camper van doesn't sound like much of an improvement.
  5. Yes, now that you mention it... I'm torn between Shirley Temple and Baby Jane Hudson.
  6. That dress is a bad fit on Jazzy and the material looks cheap. I like David's beard. Christian is doing his usual trying-to-talk-the-double-talk-get-myself-in-trouble talk. Why are they showing Crapler every other camera shot?? I can do without her nonstop smirks. Dempsey looks amazing. I think she can do a lot better than you-know-who, but that's JMHO. I hope Razman dumps Amanda. I am here for it! If I were him I wouldn't have worn a fishnet tee, however--tacky. Like those wild-and-crazy guys on SNL, send-ups of Eastern Europeans. We've seen enough of Razvan this season, 99% of him, if you know what I mean. Who's gonna win the Riley-Violet beatdown?
  7. Ugh, Jasmine and those wax lips... the crying and screaming whenever she doesn't get her way...cannot stand her. She and a lot of these cast members are so babyish. I have worked in the federal government. You don't get anywhere with them by acting like that. Be a courteous, respectful adult, and (as you are the local) inquire what the specific issue is in case they are missing a piece of paperwork, etc., and when they can get back to you. COVID has really slowed a lot of processes down. Frankly I would not be surprised if Jizzmin has a history of arrest(s), e.g., for violence, resisting arrest, etc., long trail of legal suits, that Gino doesn't know about.
  8. True to form, Riley will try to make her grovel six ways from Sunday, and continue it until he breaks her, except that she won't.
  9. She gets off on exhibitionism so she'll take care of it her own self if she has to. ldemarge, so sorry to hear about that guy you've been seeing. Do what is best for you. (I might want to tell him to go out and live it up, and oh BTW get tested...but to do that is not my roll, if I want more with a guy.)
  10. Nicola is almost the Missing Link, if you know what I mean. But I actually understand his not wanting to live with her over months while waiting to hear about the annulment. Granted, it's not like he has a job in Israel (or anywhere else for that matter). A couple of weeks to visit, okay. Longer than that, "it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck" as far as living together, and as a traditional-Catholic man he may also feel he'd have more trouble staying chaste. And what about the daughters at home? I kind of want to say "this pair of dolts." Meisha acts like she has arrested development, and Nico doesn't know what the hell is going on except if it's the Catholic religion.
  11. Y'all are killin' me heah!! It's a good day for me if I boil some water for pasta and open a bottle of pasta sauce. I lost motivation to do more at least a decade ago.
  12. Self-centered and immature. Whinging on about her symptoms, her anxiety, her her her. Maybe Dempsey's counting down the hours 'til that plane home to the Armadillo takes off.
  13. Yeah, Eau de Bar and Pickup. But Cleo can be glad it's not Statler's. To me, she always looks like she smells, now that I know too much about her GI issues. And what's with the pajama obsession at all hours? I bet they smell, too. I loved the way Dempsey barged into the head with Crapler on the can (I think) during their fight.
  14. I hope this isn't to disrespectful but is Cleo on some heavy-duty hormones that could be bringing on nonstop crying jags? And I thought my PMS, not to mention "the change," were bad. Meanwhile Christian is so eager to get out of there he's practically whistling. Quite a cold number, actually. Poor Cleo, who wants a touch of romance, anything, a nice little gift, a hug, sweet talk. She's barking up the wrong tree. Anyone else catch his massive eyeroll and shudder (he stopped to do it) on the walkway just after he stepped outside?
  15. She made him into her spiritual guru for 7 (?) years, when he's just some fellow believer. it's odd, and so is he. I hope she knows what she's doing. Saying "cute" about the engagement ring your (shudder) BF can afford isn't a compliment. She should have been invited to go browse the store while said BF and the merchant talked price range. Quietly, if that's even possible.
  16. I agree. I find it odd though to be letting a 12-year-old decide whether he will come to the U.S. My family moved a number of times before I was 13, and we were told about our moves, not asked. We had to go with our parents. Her son has just Sheila and his grandpa, I think, and anyone can see that grandpa is in poor health and living in a disastrous structure. Do they have senior group homes there? Apply to have the kid come to the U.S., he has no other parent.
  17. It's sad to see Molly so over Kelly. Why is he even there? (And he has said basically the same thing). The vibe is like she hates him and just wants to move on. I read somewhere here that the last straw was a terrible fight between him and her daughter Olivia that led to him getting arrested. The first year of retirement is a real transition time for many people, and Kelly also took on moving to GA and moving in with Molly and her family. Maybe his biting off too much too fast, and her not giving him the amount of attention he expected. Between PrED; Asuelu; and Jovi laughing like a 7th-grader at any sex stuff (and not to mention two couples who aren't intimate), this seminar wasn't going well.
  18. Frustrating to try to have a convo with someone like that, who's all about himself and legalistic. Turns into a pretzel trying to justify gravitating toward women alone in bars and showing off his act and trying to pick them up--only this case it's "this friend I'm staying with is having T'giving, why don't you come."
  19. Can't take my eyes off all the surgeries, heavy makeup, and fake stuff like extensions, etc. She's close to a plastic doll
  20. Check out social media, etc...Michaela had some very difficult stuff going on behind the scenes. I'd have to admit I'd be taken aback if a guy showed up in my town without an invitation or any firm plan, to stalk me. Meesha in the preview looked like it was all she could do to not cry or puke sitting across from loser Nicola.
  21. Just when I'm starting to enjoy the show a bit (David and Sheila) TLC foists five couples on me ("The Last Resort") who I wished I'd never see again. Talk about a waste of a nice vacay destination, too.
  22. Tough choice for a hot, humid night outside. Anyone who watched Match Me Abroad will get it when I say he could use a Harold-style makeover, including a date-night outfit that's not a tee and jeans.
  23. My mother and I had a terrible, even traumatic, road. She passed 4 years ago. I'm shocked to experience times that I miss her and long for her. Maybe someday on the other side .
