To me, as a lawyer, Chandra's actions just weren't believable. It doesn't seem realistic that she would be that inappropriate.
Both the trial and investigation were badly done and hard to believe. I just kept thinking - how could they get that testimony allowed? All that stuff about Naz in school - just no basis to admit it. Why didn't the defense lawyers go over the films, the phone records, the computer records, and the financial records with a fine tooth comb? Why didn't the defense lawyers create a timeline of every activity of the victim and of Naz in the day leading up to the murder? I've worked on murder cases, and just about every aspect of the investigation and defense was not believable. I was yelling at the TV but kept watching because I thought John Turturro and the guy playing Naz put in excellent performances.
