Question: Where on the invite did it say "plus one"? I ask because Viktor and Nikki got separate invites, Jack and Diane got separate invites, Michael and Lauren got same. Is it the proper way now to just assume an invite means you can bring whomever you want? And wouldn't it be funny if this whole 'come to my chateau' invite winds up like the Fyre Festival? Exactly. And I couldn't help comparing it to The Colonnade Room's elegant soirees with lots of people. Here, including the servers and pianist, there were maybe two dozen people present. Good thing they didn't book the Colonnade-it would have looked like a Covid-era gathering. The dark Jazz Club was perfect in that it looked as if a lot of people were there. If you're going to have dancing-have a dance floor! Michael and Lauren looked ridiculous twirling around next to their table. I hope they didn't pay the fanboy partly planner much. You could have spent an hour in Michaels and come up with a better look. He didn't even go get the cake! And if they needed someone to gush/idolize Nikki, why didn't they get Mo Rocca?

Was is it one of Agatha Christies 'Ten Little Indians?" It wasn't Ten Little Indians, for sure. I watched it on Mystery Science Theater 3000 and didn't pay attention to the name. (Yeah, I'm a Mystie, especially when I'm laid up with bronchitis.) It was black and white, but I think a little later than 1932-and maybe a Roger Corman film. ETA: just checked, not on Roger's filmography.

Table for one here, but I thought the conversation between Diane and Traci came off sincere. It had a beginning, middle and end and the characters actually said something meaningful to each other. Mayhaps the actors wrote it themselves? And Ashley's acceptance and convo with Jack seemed genuine, as well. I got the feeling that the angst about whether grownass adults will like the change or not is over. =fingers crossed= I couldn't figure if it was a beach coverup (circa 1950 in the south of France) or something his granny knitted him for Christmas. Do the actors pick their own clothes? Guess he wants to show off his colorful ink. Not gonna be a trial because Show doesn't do that anymore. And I presume Martin pled out given the tons of evidence against him.* Although, Michael is out of a job and wouldn't it be fun if he was the defense if Martin was going the 'not guilty' route? (Not!) *Food for thought: if Martin was put in a mental facility for criminals, could it possibly be the one Ashley was in? (Or someone in that facility relocating to the prison Martin is in to help him out?) She kinda implied there were shenanigans involving Martin there. Not that I want to see another prison story like Jordan/Ian again.

Unless it was hand-painted by blind Keebler elves, I think it's a titch overpriced. I think there is something in the water at the eateries/drinkeries of GC that makes people, (with absolutely no viable plans/qualifications/business acumen or anything else to convince me), sure that they are qualified to be a CEO. It would explain why Chelz and Sally left really nice jobs that they begged to get and were granted by Summer. Nothing really explains Phyllis's delusions but she's so manic I think the water accelerated them. And don't get me started on Billy. Look out, Amanda. Don't drink anymore water!

As Nikki so emotionally pointed out, when Viktor goes off the rails it will be directed at Jack and Jabot.* All because of what Jack did to Nikki that night of drug and alcohol fueled debauchery. (That also saved Nikki's life, but, whatever.) What I don't get is, if everyone knows that Viktor is a terror without a handler to keep him in line or get him out of legal scrapes, why they just keep letting him do it. It's as if he's a five year old that loves candy and they give him as much as he can stuff in his chubby cheeks and then wonder why he's bouncing off the walls. Stop enabling him. *which is a really dumbfcuk excuse to keep Michael in a job he hates. Why do Michael and Lauren have to suffer to make Viktor happy? But she also has to live there. It's not as if she razed the place and rebuilt or destroyed any of the memorabilia. She ran it by everyone and they could have stopped her, I guess. My point is things change and the grown 'kids' should be able to roll with that. If Diane has gone to Paris when Ash was in treatment and completely re-done her apartment, then I'd say that was over the line.

I agree with everyone who says this show is boring. I come from a family that likes to sit around and talk/gossip about everyone and anything but the repeated conversations in this soap make my family look like mutes. Why do they give a rat's potato chip about any of this sh!te? Most romances wear thin after six months and Claire really looks as if she's having second thoughts-and kinda taking control of the menfolk (Viktor and Kyle). Why care about how grown people who do not live in it feel about a much-needed redecorating job on a house? And if A. Doofuss can not show his face or even have his minions explain him-WHO CARES? I haven't watched a show clear through in about four weeks. I've been in Seattle and then I'm battling bronchitis and the only good thing is when I try to watch I get the much needed sleep my doctor recommends. A few questions: Did Sally actually say "we should go to the office" at one of their interminable feedings at the GCAC? There's an office? So did Cole go to Urgent Care and then hole up in the GCAC? Housekeeping must be thrilled. (Bet he has bronchitis. #beentheredonethat) Why did Michael have to buy out the Jazz Lounge? No GC denizens frequent any of the eateries/drinkeries of GC since each became a venue for the Legacy Families to argue and air their dirty secrets. Why did Viktor give Audra her money? Did I miss where she screwed the Pomp and posted it on SM? What's Michael going to do now that he's no longer in the thrall of Viktor? Is the DA's office still open? How is Damian qualified for any position if all he has done is be a frontman for (and also pretending to own companies of) A. Dumbass? Oh, and overseeing some tenants in his buildings. What was that creepy scene with Viktor putting the locket on Nikki? How hard is it to attach two magnets?

I agree. He doesn’t hear how ridiculous he sounds. I know how hard it is to get someone to seek medical help but this is turning into a very dark, sad situation . What I don’t understand is why grown, adult people are afraid to cross him or even listen to his rants. All this plotzing is making me sick, too. Shut up, people, and get on with your life!

She's a Newman, they probably set her up with a trust fund immediately and she's also working for Grandma-and probably pulling a healthy salary. If that's not enough she could sell the horse.... Grampimpire already built that into the contract: 1) she has to lure (seduce) Kyle away from Claire and prove it AND 2) the Clomps have to be totally broken up so that they will never, ever be a couple again. The only thing Audra is going to get out of this is losing Nate and more egg on her face.

That's just the beginning of a story-there has to be more coming. Which we won't know because "Tessa can never know". Show will drag this shite out forever. Far as I know, getting shitfaced is not grounds for divorce in any state.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to have Mariah go through some serious PTSD from the return of Ian? Maybe having nightmares about him still being alive or something? I don't understand why something that Dina gave John should have priority over his portrait. Didn't she cheat on him, abandon him and the kids? Is everyone supposed to forget that no matter what anniversary present she gave him, they did not have a happy marriage and the kids all suffered. And besides that, the picture doesn't really go with the tone of the room. I still want the 80 in. flat screen.

He was at boarding school, and living with Jill at the Chancellor Mansion and traveling abroad when his gambling got bad and as an adult has pretty much had his own digs. (I actually miss the old trailer with the retro refrigerator and the Father Knows Best house.) Maybe it doesn't feel like home because it never really was. Rant: What is it with the CEO/COO Roulette that this show continually utilizes? I've never been an executive or worked in a corporation so what exactly does/do the job(s) entail? Is it so generic that you can just climb into the saddle, pick up the reins and go on to win the Triple Crown? How can someone who loves and lives for fashion go off to become a media COO? WTF kind of skill set do these women have? Or anyone else, for that matter, that they just plop into the C Suite? The story would have been better if some outside PROVEN exec (who was a woman) was hired by either/and Billy and Adam and given 'the girls' a run for their emotional money. And don't get me started on Phyltthy-she hasn't seen the inside of a corporation in years and I don't think she's keeping up with her computer skillz all that much. What an asset...not.
