It just seems highly implausable that a 12 year old child, even a bright one would be able to suss it all out.
Seriously. We all get it; he's going to be Batman one day. Dial it back a notch; he's only 12.

Ray is so evil it's not even funny :p Daniel Shaw 2.0 guys
Dead things should stay dead! (To borrow a meme from TWoP)
LOVED that Felicity called her on whether they were "favor friends" or even "friends" and then hung up on her.
Well, somebody on the writing team gets it.

... The one thing I don't think fits her is the false eyelashes.
... And the hair extensions. Not everybody has to have princess hair!

ETA- Subtle thing: when Fish responded to Nikolai by essentially saying "in my country, things work differently than they did in yours", Fish didn't say that "we live in the United States of America" or even simply "America", she said "we live in Gotham." Makes me wonder if we're going to get some Simpsons-esque puzzle about where in the world Gotham actually is.
Probably, Gotham City apparently has its own license plates.

So they'd better find a really good hook if they want me to stay.
What are the "hooks" for this season?
- Finding Sara's killer,
- Laurel becoming Canary? blegh
- Thea's journey... to... ?

So now I just hope that Iris finds out soon, that she also figures out about Barry's feelings soon.
Yeah; there's two things that have to happen eventually: 1.) She finds out about his powers, and 2.) she finds out his feelings for her. Unfortunately, I don't see the writers letting both of those things happen soon (within the same season). It'd be great if I wrong, but TV likes to drag these things out as much as they can.

I think the only way she's leaving is when Oswald is truly in power as crime boss, The Penguin. I don't don't see that happening in the first season.

I've pronounced "harlequin" both as "har-la-quinn" and as "har-le-kin", so her version didn't bug me at all.
It wasn't about the pronunciation; it was the wrong answer. The correct answer was "Harley Quinn".

Yeah, it's a pillow that she's embroidered IC on, with a tree in the middle. For a minute, I thought it meant "Ichabod/Caroline" but then I realized it was probably just meant to be his initials.
Hey, two birds, one stone. :-)

A weaponized drug hits the streets of Gotham! Will Gordon get enough clues dropped in his lap to find the distributor? (Yes.)
http://previously.tv/gotham/its-a-gas/"> Read the story
The best part for me was "I wandered onto the set by accident". --Hee

It's ambiguous on purpose.

Hetty escaping from the 2nd floor and falling into the dumpster was funny after she said,"Maybe I am getting to old for this!" lol.
My only problem with that scene is that they obviously couldn't find a Hetty-sized stuntwoman!

The Gotham part is only in the beginning of the video:

Oswald didn't kill anyone, so that's a plus. And no extraneous regulars. (Okay, there was a Selina cameo) I'm sorry that they can't find more for Montoya to do, but so far she's not vital.
So the mystery of the Waynes' murder deepens. It could be anybody related to Wayne Enterprises, it seems.
The villains and the super drug were creepy and worked well for this universe. Obviously, the Waynes couldn't control everything their subsidiaries did, but I hate to think that their company is as corrupt as the rest of Gotham. ('Cause Gotham sucks. We get it, show.)
Looks like Secret Weapon was using 21st century earbuds with her 1980s tape player.
Poor Gordon; so he's under two crime bosses now? Great.
The CGI when guitar guy was crushed by the ATM machine was just terrible.
Did they even need CGI for that? They could have gotten the point across about the brittle bones another way.
I can't get over how gorgeous this show is. I just like looking at it, the sets are fantastic.
They're doing a pretty good job with "disguising" NYC in the outside shots. I'm impressed.

Harvey: "Let the scumbags have at it -- voilá, the end of crime!"
Way to have the worst ideas in law enforcement, Harvey!

Why did they even bother with Nate when he was barely in the episode?
Hetty was the highlight here; and the rest of the episode was kind of off. We should have had more time with the villain if we were supposed to take him seriously as a threat. There just seems to be a lot of extraneous stuff in this one.

They shouldn't have given Emma points for "Harlequin" when it's "Harley Quinn".
I almost never comment about Jeopardy, but this annoyed me greatly. It's two words!

... but I don't see why there's any reason to root for Ray/Felicity when he's only around for 1/2 the season to stall the Olicity ship. (That's why I'd rather their relationship be only professional.)
Funny story, Brandon Routh already played this exact role on Chuck. (With his character being kinda creepy too!) But on that show, the romance of the two leads was one of the main themes of the show.
Great. Now I'm having yet another bad Chuck flashback. :(
Yeah; basically. This storyline sucked over there too.

She is his best friend slash adoptive sibling like. Iris and her dad are like Barry's family, so I think she will always have a part to play in his life whether she is a romantic interest or not.
This is another reason why keeping Iris out of the loop is dumb. It's not like on Arrow where Oliver was keeping his (sometimes criminal) vigilante activities a secret; if we can classify Barry's new abilities as say, a medical condition, family would be among the first people you talk to about it.

How ‘Arrow’ And ‘Gotham’ Crossed Over – And Why It’ll Never Happen Again
Apparently, it was unintentional; at least from the producers side. There's probably an Arrow fan in the effects department. :)

Interesting; I'll post that in the Gotham forum. Maybe the higher-ups didn't intend to make a reference, but somebody did.

I dunno. This is going to be Batman. ...
For me, the key phrase here is "going to be"; he's NOT Batman yet. I just wish they'd be a little more subtle, at least with the child characters.

I wanted to note the new intro for Season 3:
My name is Oliver Queen. After five years in hell, I have come home with only one goal: to save my city. Now others have joined my crusade. To them I'm Oliver Queen; but to the rest of Starling City, I am someone else. I am... something else.
The most notable changes are 1.) no reference to the island, and 2.) the inclusion of "others".

It was in the pilot. I only know that because someone on TWoP linked an interview with the producer that talked about the origins of the gag.
S03.E03: Corto Maltese
in Arrow
Hee! Is the Arrow Lair competing with the Castle on Chuck as the Most Un-secret Secret Lair?
